Amazing! I took my 2013 GLK350 to the shop yesterday to have an exterior clean. When I came to pick up my car I couldn't believe the difference. I mean, I keep it in good shape, but it has a few war wounds. But now... well... it looks new. The team here are real pros and very customer oriented. Well done!

Probably the only division, from GAIN Group , who knows what they are doing at professional level; competent, in terms of their work quality, service and transparency. I serviced my vehicles here and there but this was the most satisfying service I received in recent years if not the whole time being in the island. If you care your car and need a detailing, go to Gain Detailing Studio.

My first visit to these folks was well rewarded. I was greeted enthusiastically and with respect as if I was a valued customer. I was fit in for an appointment without excessive waiting time. When my vehicle with 56,000 km came out of their shop, it looked as it did when it first came out of the showroom. No detail had been missed. I would highly recommend these folks if you'd like your vehicle to look and feel like new.

As the owner of a Porsche and an Audi that are destined to become classics--and having dealt with Andrew in the past--I did not hesitate for a minute before taking them to Gain for the best in protection and presentation. Great service, the best products on the market, attention to detail--in short, perfection--are just some of the words that come to mind when thinking of them. In a city the size of Victoria, we don't always have access to the best, but auto detailing by Gain Studio is one happy exception to the rule, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I first became acquainted with The Gain Group Detailing Studio in 2016 as a newcomer to Victoria. I had been conducting a search for a high-end detailing facility capable of maintaining my late model Ferrari at the near-concourse level I had been enjoying in Ontario. I can report with confidence that one need look no further than Andrew O’Keeffe and his team of detailing specialists at THE GAIN DETAILING STUDIO in Victoria. Contemporary high-end automotive detailing, at the level practised by THE GAIN DETAILING STUDIO, can sometimes seem a black art to the layman. There is a confusing array of products, processes and technologies that are for many, myself included, difficult to understand. THE GAIN DETAILING STUDIO professionals, after what seemed like a positively forensic survey of my Ferrari, presented me with a master plan custom designed to elevate my car to a cosmetic level it had never seen before. Products and processes were demonstrated and explained to me in plain English. We started on this recommended programme about one year ago and with a maintenance timetable of visits we have been keeping the vehicle at an exceptionally high level of cosmetic presentation. This plan has yielded results far beyond my expectations and I am confident to recommend THE GAIN DETAILING STUDIO as the only high-end detail facility in British Columbia worthy of the name. To all concerned that have a treasure in their garage. I have owned my Sunbeam Tiger for the past 35 years. I recently had some work completed covering repairs from bumper to bumper from a trusted garage, It was nice to have done, but when ever repairs or invasive surgery is applied to your baby, there is usually some tell tale signs that work was performed in the reflection of the paint. I was at a loss when I examined my car after a thorough cleaning, and was dejected. As much as I like my car, it just wasn’t the same anymore. But having said this, I had an Ace up my sleeve in the way of the Gain Detailing Studio. Employed at this establishment are the most “Talented” thoughtful, polite, detail oriented (pardon the pun) people who love their job. It is not an occupation for the likes of Andrew and Jace, but a passion. You just don’t see this in everyday business. They welcomed me, made me feel comfortable and explained that they would use great care in providing a trip to the “spa” for my car. I was given a call the next day to advise me that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I was astounded at how they accomplished their goal in bringing the paint back to flawless once again. It was a mirror finish like it use to have. My only regret is that I only had the opportunity to meet just two great employees that work their craft, Andrew and Jace, I felt that these two employees are absolutely exceptional. I give top marks to anybody that wants their pride and joy looking spectacular. Many other highly qualified, talented employees do the very same work as I received on all makes and models at this location, and I’m sure all customers are treated to the same ear to ear grinning results as I had. I really cannot say enough good things about the Gain Detailing Studio. Take my advice, and be prepared to be very happy!

GAIN detail does amazing work, my car looks better than when it rolled off the lot. Prices are way cheaper than you'd expect and comparable to any other shop. Pictures are worth 1000 words so check them out.

5 stars isn’t enough to rate my experience with Andrew and the GAIN detailing team. It’s refreshing to meet people who show genuine passion in what they do, and their passion is clearly shown in the quality work (paint correction/exterior detailing) they performed on my BMW 428i. Massive thanks to Andrew for answering my detailing related questions, providing me a free microfibre wash mitt, and even completing the job for less than the quoted amount. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my car in the hands of GAIN detailing if you want your car looking better than brand new.

I was shocked to see the difference that Andrew and his team made for my car. A gloss red paint is notoriously difficult to remove swirls and scratches from the dealer, but they managed to get it looking perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else to detail and maintain my car. It looked like a different richer shade of red when they finished! I even had a ceramic coat applied and Andrew offered to personally show me how to wash my car and help me to maintain this show car finish. This is the sign of an excellent team that cares about your satisfaction and truly deserves your business, 10/10.

Dear community I am truly inspired to write this review regarding GAIN DETAILING GROUP. I OWN a special car for me a BMW INDIVIDUAL 330CI which I bought brand new back in 2001.it had been 2 years since I got it fully detailed at another detailer. A friend suggested I try Gain Detailing and he mentioned he has always been very satisfied. And so I went down and was greeted by the manager Andrew who clearly explained the packages available and all work that would be done for each package. After selecting my package I left my car in Andrew and his staff's hands. When I went to pick it up I was stunned!!!... I had to take a video of my 19 year old car because it looked inside/outside like I just bought it for the first time! I was completely floored! I went to start the car and left elated, above being completely satisfied and do not hesitate to go see Andrew and let his staff create for you your own miracle. Andrew to you and your staff I say a big heartfelt "thank you" No need for me to ever go elsewhere.

I took my black Porsche to GAIN detailing on the recommendation of the Porsche dealer in Victoria. I had unfortunately acquired swirled surface scratches on the hood and the trunk of my Boxter. After leaving it in the amazing hands of the GAIN team, they returned the car to me looking better than the day I bought it. Andrew, the manager with a ready smile, knows all things detailing. He explains clearly what the process will be, and could be a full professor in Car Detailing School. He takes so much pride in his work that he treats your car like a pampered guest in his shop. Jeremy amazed me with the care he took in making my car sparkle and look better than new. The cost is comparable to other detailers, and the personal attention is worth a million bucks.

I had super great experience at Gain Detailing Studio. When I entered the shop, I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Andrew. I showed him my van and he took his time looking at it and gave me a full details of what it needed. His detailed explanation gave me confidence that he is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I left my van and before I leave he assured me that I would be happy when they finish detailing it. When I went to pick up the van I was very impressed . When I took my black Fiat 500 convertible into Gain Detailing in Victoria with my car loaded with pitch from parking under a tree they had never seen a worse case of it but were confident they could remove it...well did they ever! Such a fantastic job they did and shined her up and did a complimentary vacuum inside. I’ve never been so pleased having my car detailed. This is the 3rd car I have brought to the GAIN Detailing Studio. I met Andrew just over 2 years ago and was very impressed with his knowledge of detailing cars enough so that I brought him my first car. I brought my Ferrari 355 and was extremely happy with the result, it looked amazing though the car was a 1997 the paint looked like it just came out of the factory. About a year later I brought my Porsche 911 (991) and again was very happy with the result. Recently I just brought my 2015 Audi R8 for a major detail and was blow away with the result car looks spectacular and that might be an understatement, better than new. Lastly aside from the amazing job of detailing the cars I am as equally impressed with the communication during the process. Andrew was always available to answer my questions and takes extreme pride in his and the employees work. It has been a wonderful experience to deal with the professional group of employees and will continue to bring my cars there. I

I took my brand new Nissan Frontier Pro-4X to Gain Detailing Studio and it was the most amazing vehicle experience of my life! From the professional staff starting with the very pleasant, intelligent, organized, and knowledgeable Manager Andrew O'Keefe who has been in the business for over 20 years, to the meticulous, well-trained Detailer that performed an incredible Ceramic Coating on my truck. This experience was one I will never forget! The finished product was mind blowing as my Frontier looked at least 10 times better then the day I drove it off of the lot! I have since put 10,000 km on my Nissan and it looks just as great as the day Gain Detailing did the Ceramic on my vehicle. I would recommend this place 110% to anyone looking to get their vehicle looking its very best, especially at a trustworthy Detail Shop that delivers what they promise. 10 out of 10 rating in my books for sure!
