I took the 85 dollar deal. The front of the car and drivers side door were both missed. Inside the spray cleaner was on half of the dashboard. and over spray on windows and displays. I left my telephone number. they did not call. The only thing that got cleaned was me.

For a 115$, cleaning wasnt that thorough. Everyone there is friendly. The place is immaculate: clean bathroom and waiting area. It looks very modern and comfy. there’s a lady there that’s constantly cleaning the chairs when a person leaves. Happy with customer service but the cleaning service itself is not very impressive it feels like they wiped the rug and prayed that all the spots have been hit. I might come back as I want to give them a second chance.

Visited this place June 02, 2018 around 4 pm. Busy place, car wash was fantastic, bit pricey, but we did get the suv special and the car did come out pretty nice. When paying the tab the cashier wasn’t the friendliest, especially for the price your paying you’d think they’d be a bit friendlier, hence the four star review. Other than that great job!

I contemplated leaving when told the overpriced service would take 45 mins, but decided to get it done. They were aware I was hesitant. Interior was hotter than outside waiting in the sun. At 1 hour I checked on car and was told 5 more mintes maximum. As I was walking to the service area to get it myself at 1.5Hours they drove it over. I had to put my items back where they found them - and had to fix my mirrors and seats! No service at all. All your competitors are CHEAPER, FASTER, and FRIENDLIER.

I knew Bubbles would have some kind of Covid controls in-place, but imagine my surprise when after I was greeted I was asked if my forehead temperature could be taken!!! "Absolutely" That was a great start to an always excellent experience. When you walk in the door, there's an automatic dispenser for sanitizer and if you forgot yours, they offer masks. The young lady at cash was behind a barrier and wore her mask. She was friendly and helpful. In that first minute or two from my arrival, I was impressed by the lengths to which Bubbles was going to make sure I, and its staff, was safe. Their comfortable waiting area followed proper social distancing guidelines by restricting access to every other chair. Once my car was washed and ready to go, the staff member came into the waiting area, with a mask on, and let me know. It's great to see so many businesses doing the right thing and following the guidelines. It's so simple to do, it protects everyone, allows the them to keep their doors open, employ their staff and continue to serve their community. It may "only" be a car wash, but it got me out of the house for an hour, kept me safe and made me feel good to have a clean and shiny car again, at least for a little while. We'll done, Bubbles. Thank you.

They did a great job steam cleaning but a mediocare one detailing the rest of my truck. It was a little over 4 hours to do and it was maybe worh worth 300, not the 420 dollars i had to spend to get it done. You can take your car to a dealership, pay the same amount and have it come out looking showroom fresh, not like something i could do. They didnt even bother to wash out the bit of dirt from the box of the truck. Update: i take back the steam cleaning comment. After it dried i had to go back because it dried to a white powder on my black floors. Inbetween and under my seats wasnt even vacuumed. STAY AWAY FROM BUBBLES!! I wasted a total of 7 hours of my life at bubbles over a two day period and it looks like my 8 year old was told to go out and clean my truck. 420 dollars down the drain. They charge 20 bucks to even have an exterior was that runs it through an automatic was and leaves soap everywhere. What happened to the worry free wash. I had to take it down the street to the wand wash to finish rinsing it off and cleaning out the box.

So slow. They should be pumping out the cars but too focused on detailing and interior cleaning. Spend 1.5hours here to get my truck washed which took 5min. Where is the manager ? Upon further inspection looks like they scratched my whole vehicle with there dirty rags. Thing is truck has brand new paint last year... now got spend 500$ getting it cut and polished on a simple wash. Not very happy. Spend your money elsewhere I won't be washing any of my 5 vehicles there ever again. Look at the runs on the side they didn't even get rid of the water which sows me very poor training or laziness of the staff.

Took my car in for an interior clean and shampoo package. I was very disappointed with the end result. They didn't even do a basic wipe-down of the surface areas on the car and there was still residue. It wasn't like it was in a difficult place to reach or it was hard to remove; when I got home, I took a damp cloth and just wiped it clean. There were also obvious spots where dust was still visible. When I contacted them to raise these issues, they said they did the best they could (even after I told them how in less than 5 minutes, I managed to clean the spots they missed) and that to make it up to me, they offered me $5 off a future car wash. This was their way of making up for a poor job for which I paid over $200 for. I will never go back to them again and I will make an effort to advise people to stay away from them if they need their car cleaned.

Absolutely horrible. I paid $55 for a detailed cleaning which I could have done myself - the job was so poor. For example, the car wasn't vaccumed properly. I had to go back and ask them to redo it and they still did a poor job. They wiped down the car but it wasn't a thorough job - honestly save yourself the money and either do it yourself or find a better company that's worth the money you're going to spend.

High pressure upsale at 9:00am! Started out at $99.00, down to a lesser price, then another lesser price! It was only when I threatened to leave that they got realistic. I regularly get my car washed in the US & comparatively, ......well there is no comparison! They did a nice job, except that one of the staff for some gear on his towel and spread it all down the side of my car. A different person cleaned it up. For a hand wash place they were really limited on the choices for washing, I only wanted a wash with under carriage, but they said under carriage is only available with waxing which I didn't need.

I really am not sure why this business has poor reviews. My visit was nothing short of excellent. I had brought the company car in to remove a rather brutal solvent and oil spill/smell out of the front passenger seat and ended up going with one of the interior packages. The car looked and smelt way better when I got it back, so I let it dry overnight. It turned out the smell had resurfaced the next day, so I brought it back to see what they could do for me. I had thought it was a long shot to get rid of the smell in the first place because it was that bad, but I brought it back anyway. This is when I dealt with Scott, one of the managers at Bubbles. He immediately let me know that they would take care of everything and would pay special attention to the seat and make sure the odor was gone. I left it with them for 45 minutes and when I got back, the car was ready to go, and smelling fantastic. It has now been several weeks and the car still smells great with the extra deep cleaning steps that were taken. Once again, am very surprised to see the negative reviews at this location. All I can say is if Bubbles brings on more managers like Scott, they will have more than enough business for the summer. A happy customer returns and recommends others to go. The extra time spent to take care of a customer is always well worth it!!! Thanks Scott!! I appreciated the great customer service!

The staff were super friendly, I love how there's windows inside the building so you can watch the staff tend to your vehicle. I definitely plan on returning!

What a fantastic experience! My truck was disgusting, covered in elm sap and chips, and hadn't been washed since... July? A long time. Yeah, so it's beautiful now. Inside and out. I was blown away by how personable all of the customer service was from arrival through pick up. Brendan explained the service and suggested an upgrade that made sense given the state of my work truck. Sarah was very friendly and explained what horrors they managed to clean out of the seats and off the side of the truck. I'll even be able to leave my ladder on next time! Phenomenal service totally worth the price. I will be back for a yearly membership.

My & my fiancé have now used this location a hand full of times which yes I know shame on us however we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are always so busy & very friendly. Today was my last straw every time we use them our cars are still not cleaned properly. I called ahead of time to see if they were busy the lady said no there was no one waiting so I headed over when I pulled in there was only one car being worked on so thought for sure they would do a proper job, boy was I wrong after they pulled the car out I put my son into the car & noticed a couple spots were not cleaned at ALL then when I got to grocery store I noticed the back wasn’t touched at all & if it was WOW is all I have to say the front was done but super sloppy! I couldn’t go back cause I had an appointment so yet again I am very irritated, I paid $60.00 I don’t expect it to shine inside but I do expect it to be done right & I am not kidding when I say my 13 year old nephew could have done a better job!! I work at a body shop & our shop does minor cleans after the repairs & we don’t charge nearly as much but yet manage to do a WAY better job. There was no excuse for the lack of effort put into the cleaning of our car today I had to go back & re wipe everything I paid them to do. I will never return nor will my fiancé & I have also now informed all my friends & family to stay away! They need some serious quality control in that place. I took photos of the wipes I used & how bad they were after I went over everything again wish I could attach so you could see but it won’t allow me to.

I’m here at least once a week, and actually purchased one of their car wash memberships. Unfortunately, I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to return to this location after my experience today. I dropped my car off for an exterior wash, and when I arrived, there were no issues with my tires. I have to drive on the Anthony Henday to get here, and would have noticed the pulling, and shredded a tire and damaged my wheel to get there if there was. Upon getting my car back, I got in, pulled out of the parking lot, and could hear flapping from my tire. Due to construction and one-way roads (and another vehicle leaving behind me), I could not turn around, and had to loop carefully around the building to pull back into the lot. After the guy helping me re-filled my tires, it became apparent that the leak came from the stem, and that it had been pulled away from the sidewall. I suggested that this may have happened from a pressure washer hitting it at the wrong angle, or someone bumping the edge of the track as they drove the car into the right spot for it to be pulled through the wash. He insisted that this couldn’t have happened, and went to get a manager. She then came out, gestured to the (completely smooth) salt damage on my wheel and says, “Looking at the scratches all over this wheel, I’d suggest you probably hit the curb and did this yourself, and are trying to pin it on us.” I indicated to her as I ran my hand over the salt damage to show her that they were completely smooth. She indicated that she disagreed, and that they wouldn’t admit that there was any chance that they caused damage to my wheels, but that “these things happen to old tires” (mine are less than a year old) and suggested it might be $20 to fix. I’m writing this from the waiting area at the Trail Tire down the road, as the technician here took one look at the wheel and remarks, “Ah, so these wheels got to meet that new salt solution on the road last year,” and went as far as to comment that there were no scratches whatsoever on my wheels, save for one little area at the very edge of the rim that seems to be a little gritty, likely from having to circle the building to get back into the Bubbles parking lot, but not enough to have been scraped against anything. It’s going to cost me (a very minor) $39.99 to get the stem re-attached to the tire, and the technician believes it was likely bumped right on the tip where the stem sticks out when the vehicle was being maneuvered onto the track (because there wasn’t any other scratches around the area, and he didn’t think a pressure washer would be able to pull it that much). This is a situation that could have been easily remedied by saying, “hey, we don’t think it was us (but it could have been), but we’re willing to help you get things sorted out and split the cost of the repair in case it was us.” The manager even acknowledged that I am a regular customer, and how inexpensive she thought it might be to fix. Instead, she suggested that I was trying to “pull one over” on a place that I visit regularly, and even went so far as to remark that I don’t take care of my vehicle appropriately. Overall, I’m pretty disgusted, and think I’ll cancel my membership and take my business somewhere else in the future. Update: Since leaving this review, I received 4 calls from a blocked number, followed by an email back from the woman mentioned in this review (who I have since learned to be the owner, and the man mentioned was the manager), and have attached the exchange for anyone who is interested to find out how Bubbles is handling this situation, including asking me to no longer use any of their locations for leaving a bad review, and the owner doubling down on accusing me of lying.

I stopped at this location as I had spoken with a very friendly and polite woman at the Oliver Square location regarding a quick vacuum & wipe-down and a dry cleaning for the header of my car (thanks to a mechanic not taking due care.) Awful service! -The wash that is given to a vehicle was terrible, I do a better job using only 3 coins at Hughes. -The dryclean was decent; there were only a few streaks I had to wipe out with a cloth. -The vacuuming was poorly done, they left several spots un-touched. -Whomever was in the vehicle managed to rip my floor mat from it's fastener. Permanently damaging it. -After service was incredibly rude when I called back to inform her that my floor mat was torn, there were new marks on the seat from dirty shoes and tons of dust left behind by shoddy materials. This is just an update from a few months ago; posting the review publicly to help others avoid leaving their vehicles in this location's care. BEWARE.

This detailing centre is the best in town. Great customer service and excellent management team. This is my second visit to this store. Last winter I did a detailing at a different bubbles location and couple of days later when it was -40 the trunk door got frozen I took it to this location explained the situation to the manager she was very helpful took my car into their detailing area and was able to fix the issue. I would strongly recommend this place.

I have to admit I was not overly impressed with my "clean" car. I had read reviews before going and did not see any good ratings while reading. I went there to actually write a good review. I was greeting very well and had wonderful customer face on service. However for 90$ I did not receive a very clean car. I had left a jacket on the seat and they could not be bothered to pick it up to vacuum the seat. They had not even washed the ledge where the gears are. In my eyes was very visible to see. I even had to ask the guy to come back and wipe down the side of the car where there was obvious marks! They had offered a smell out into the clean and I had said yes. The very awesome vanilla smell only lasted till the next day and made me disapointed to know the a 3$ air freshner would have lasted at least a few weeks. All in all I think I would rather pay my children to do the same job and it would never cost me no 90$!!

They do a very good job, cost a bit more than doing it yourself but the end result is very good. This last time they missed a spot on my roof carrier, but when I told them about it they were very apologetic and fixed the issue immediately.

First of all, this is the first time I have ever written a review or publicly complained in this way. At the beginning of the week I took my brand new 2015 ruby red Lincoln SUV to Bubbles in Kelowna and purchased the outside wash. Upon completion of this seemingly simple task, I could immediately see a sloppy job had been done. When I opened the hatch at the back I could see the back bumper had not even been done nor inside the back door jam. But the worst is yet to come. Almost immediately, where the paint, window frames AND windows were flawless and pristine, I noticed literally thousands and thousands of scratches covering the entire vehicle !! They even managed to scratch all the framing around the windows and, and incredibly, even the glass of the window!!! When I returned to Bubbles and spoke to the manager, she had the gall to say "This happens to all vehicles after time" This is a six week old 55 thousand dollar Lincoln SUV!!!! So she then decided to blame it on my previous car wash establishment, which is a brand new 100% touchless car wash in North Vancouver that offers all the latest technology. Also, they have all the clean soft towels for the customer to dry and shine their own vehicles if desired, which I did the whole four times my vehicle has ever been washed in it's life!!! Always, my Lincoln came out like a mirror , Except of course this last wash at Bubbles. The manager then offered to rewash for me and add some kind of a "clear coat" Her EXACT words were "that might improve the appearance of it". The scratches are so visible that my 13 year old son even noticed !!!! (boys that age usually don't notice things like that at all) So, I left my name and number for the mangers boss, who, of course, was not there. I Was told he would be in later that day and would call me which, of course, did not happen. Will get an estimate on repair for paint and glass and sue!!!! Gina

I brought my car in yesterday for a cleaning. I was a bit surprised by the prices but the manager seemed very keen to negotiate, and after much back-and-forth, we agreed on a price. For the most part I am happy with the cleaning, however two things were noticed after I drove away. 1) There were brown spots splattered across the ceiling of the front area of my car. I know that these were caused by their cleaners, as these same brown spots were splattered on the back of the tag that they hung from the rearview mirror once the cleaning was complete. 2) The cleaners left a full-sized wet, dirty rag/towel in my car on the rear seat. Obviously I threw it out myself once I got home, but it seemed pretty unprofessional that this was missed. I do wish I had noticed the brown spots before I drove away, however as I am from out of town (2.5 hours away), it was not convenient for me to return and have them clean these spots out of the ceiling. Thus far I have not been able to get the spots out, so I will likely need to invest in a heavy-duty product to remove the stains myself.

Big sign on entrance says $14.95. Just wanted a quick outside only wash, but the least expensive deal was$28.00. Had it done with mediocre result: panel below the doors was still dirty as well as some areas at the doors on both sides of the car. Very disappointing. Pressure selling service combined with a below average result is not a good marketing strategy.

I visited bubbles and it was quite an easy to follow setup. After I dropped off my vehicle at the side I was sent inside to pay for my package and then waited inside. The waiting area was clean, covid friendly and had a friendly atmosphere. When my vehicle was done I was impressed with the $60 package but I wasn’t impressed with the way the seats were left in the back of the van. It was like they didn’t know how to move the seats and they were left off, like they didn’t even bother to attempt to try and make the seat right. Not a bad spot but not detailed enough for my repeat business and or further vehicle damage.

This is my go-to place but I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED with my service on Sunday. I had to send my car back as there was still mud on three of the five mats. PLUS, I had really emphasized that I DID NOT want any SCENTED SPRAY. I have SENSITIVITIES/ALLERGIES to artificial scents. They give me a horrendous headache. So what happened after I sent the car back for re-cleaning? IT WAS SPRAYED with a disgusting, lemon scent. And I don't just mean sprayed, but saturated. Now I have to drive with my windows down. Even still, I get a terrible headache and have to take and Advil after. How long will I have to do this? My car is quickly getting dusty with the road dirt. And it's not exactly warm out there. What would make it right? Nothing really, but how about a refund?

Leaving it as a 4 star review as my car came out looking great, a few missed spots but otherwise very shiny. I did find that there were a few surface level scratches on my car. I am very particular with how my car is washed and taken care of. I noticed the Man who took my car into the wash completely sat directly on the bolster of my seat, which isn't a huge deal in itself but should be common practice to be aware of. As they are bucket seats and repetitive abuse can cause them to rip tear or completely lose all support. The inside of the car looked good for the price point. But Upon inspection of the exterior of the car I noticed a long surface level scratch on the passenger side door. (Not a huge deal it will buff out). But I also found what seems to be a Rockchip of some sorts on the drivers side rear door. It seems to only be clearcoat level but still disappointing as just before winter I had completely power polished the entire car. On the website it states "Hand wash" But this isn't entirely the case. This is a hand prewash, then it goes through a automated car wash machine. So if you are looking for a proper HAND WASH don't come here.

I don't understand the poor reviews, I went recently with my 1.5 y/o son a week before Christmas, this was my first experience as we recently have moved from Manitoba. I was given excellent service the whole visit from beginning to end. I paid for the vinyl package and I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the building/waiting room and the car! The cup holders were clean, the instrument panel was cleaned even the pocket where the shifter sits was cleaned. While inside, my son sat in a chair and made a mess of his snack, I had staff tell me not to worry to clean up after him as she was mopping the floor. I was really surprised by her kindness. I also was greeted by another staff member who then proceeded to tell me more of the services, duration, costs etc. The entire service took 45min which is what I was told too. I live in the SW of Edmonton and I will specifically drive to this location because of the service I received. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Usually I come here to get my truck washed but this time I had my car washed. They missed plenty of areas from vacuuming under the seats to the vinyl and windows. I asked for an interior only service (as I had quickly washed the exterior myself), got charged 74.90 cn$ for interior clean plus vinyl interior, they said it would take between 30 to 45 min for completion, to which I agreed. It took around 15 min until I was informed that my vehicle was ready, they missed the rear seats, center console and between the seats, they vacuumed the carpets though ;) . I shouldn't have to come back for fixing it or have to point it out as I'm not the professional. I do not recommend this establishment...

I went on this Car Detailing today, i picked the leather care package worth $229.00 plus i added the head liner to be steam wash thats another $89.00. The crew told me its gonna be an hour and half job! So when i went to pick it up and check on the detailing job done on my truck, air vents interior are not clean, seats corners, center console is just a messed! I went back and showed them the half ass job the've done! One of crew said they will clean it up! Waited for half an hour, my truck is done. I checked and they never touch the corners and between seat and center console and the vents interior! This time blood pressure is rising... I went back again to let them know, the crew that i talked to the first time told me that its just vacuum on the vinyl floors, so in order for them to clean all the floors corners, shampoo and vacuum, i have to pay another $89.00 since they've done an HALF ASS JOB, HE SAID he will just charge me for $40.00. So i paid $40.00 just for them to clean.it. So i've waited again for 45 minutes, hoping for the extra $40.00 they will do a good job,, hell NO! The truck went back for the 4th time on the shop,,, when its done,, same corners are not clean! I have to leave the carwash before things gets ugly!!!!???????????????????? So, if you have a very long patience like i have, go to this Car wash/detailing shop! But if you dont want to go jail, dont go here!! Sorry for my rant,, but it is what it is!! Never again!!!!'''

Precaution for further customers. I recently spent a few hundred dollars to get my truck detailed and after discussing a full detail as the vehicle was to be sold it was agreed to “clean” the engine compartment. Their method of washing includes pressure washing the engine on full pressure and to add not covering any components that should not be pressure washed (alternator, ECM, electrical wires and plugs). As to be predicted truck was received in perfect running condition and came out not running.. The truck had to be left overnight with dryers pointed at the motor as well compressed air to blow out the water built up in the alternator, as this did dry out the compartment it did not dry out the internals and plugs that consumed water. The next day I was in and out of shops talking to mechanics to chase the issue. After hours of diagnosis and further cleaning under the hood I managed to fix the problem which was water in the plugs and a pool of water in the throttle body which was accused of being my fault. Throughout this process of fixing damage I did not cause, I was told that any damage caused by them would be fully my responsibility, now in saying that they argued with me that of course there is always chance for problems to occur which I understand. I was acceptant of the chance with a proper cleaning procedure not improper job that was done in which damage was guaranteed. It is the obligation of a professional detail business to know what you can and cannot spray. I am also responding to the below review and response on the same matter as the response was false. I was argued with at the time and in the reply that this service is performed the exact same every time, the problem with that is every engine is different and that must be taken into account. In the reply it was also stated that this issue was caused cause my engine is “custom” or “modified” which is a false statement used to justify negligence because the parts damaged are stock and factory (plugs, alternator, throttle body, ECM). It was also stated that the amount of water applied to the engine can be compared to a spring puddle, fortunately I never hit a puddle that big that it would pressure wash my engine. My reason for writing this review is simply to inform new customs of the reality of the engine cleaning option and my negative experience, although the rest of the detail was great this situation wrecked my experience. No response is needed for this review but if a response is felt needed I will be willing educate further.

For the 270.00 I paid the service was mediocre at best. The interior had a lot of missed areas on the lower half of the doors. The rear view mirror was filthy the dashboard was covered in some residue and particles from a dirty rag. The floor mats were very wet and took hours to dry. I came from Grande Prairie and when I returned home I had to redo the dash, glass and bottom of the front doors . Won’t bring my car there again. Only positive is the ladies inside were very sweet and professional.

I went to bubbles car wash for the first time and for the most part I was extremely happy with how my vehicle looked, I did have a couple of concerns. I talked to one of the employees, who happened to be the manager, Scott Fenez and he took care of my issues personally. I really appreciated that. It did take awhile for my vehicle to be done but it was a mess, now it's amazing. They've definitely made a return customer of me.

Today, Saturday Oct 3 was the worst experience at this location. Booked my wife's expedition in for detailing (top to bottom). Worst $890 I've ever spent. Couldn't even get the brushed aluminum trim spotless and still bug residue on headlights. Just all in all terrible for I thought I was getting the next to new car clean. As for the quick exterior wash the attendants drying were so slowwwwwww. Had to stop the line 4 to 5 times. And buddy went missing that had to drive the person's vehicle out lol not a good day for bubbles.

Worst location I have been to yet! Came in yesterday to get an outside wash done and was hounded by the salesman to get an expensive detail package! I kept telling him no and he kept pushing it on me. I’ve never felt so peer pressured in my life! He was trying to get me to spend 500-600 dollars! I’m sorry but a lot of us don’t have that kind of money to spend during a pandemic! I will not be returning due to your pushy salesperson! All I wanted was a basic car wash, if I wanted my car cleaned inside and out I would’ve said so. I was not going to put up with the attitude coming from this stranger as well! He started to get really angry with me and as a customer I should not have to deal with such hostility! Very disappointed with what I dealt with yesterday and I will not be coming back!

Had a full detailing to the tune of $535. They did a pretty good job on the inside, missed a few places. There was some sap spots on the outside that they wouldn't touch unless I paid more money. I will never go back there for anything and would never reccomend this business to anyone.

Wish i could write a good review...... have been going to Bubbles for years around the city. Always a good job. Today however I asked if they could fit me in as i had an appointment and would come back if it was a problem. They were 30 mins longer than promised, the car was not dried or very clean on the outside. Parts of the inside console had not been touched. Over $60 and I still have to clean the car. I realize its not the ultimate package but I also did not choose the half clean package. The staff are nice enough but they need to turn people away if they can not deliver the service.

I have been going here for years and always had excellent service. Today was the first time I had the attendant be a little bit pushy on trying to get me to get the vinal package when they just did a full detail in May for me. I told him I didn’t need it as I always get a full clean in the spring and a vinal package in the fall. He answered back to me that the 70.00 package was only going to keep it clean for a couple of hours! The absolute worst place to bring your vehicle to get washed. I spent over $200 to get his truck washed and they figured it was a good idea to spray their high pressure washer directly into the engine with not a clue of the damage they were producing. Of course the truck would not start and spent the night drying out in hopes to fix the problem. In and out of shops talking to mechanics to chase the issue. After hours of diagnosis and further cleaning (because of the poor job) under the hood we managed to fix the problem. When confronted we were offered another free wash! Thanks, No thanks.. Asked if we could get the wash refunded and that was refused. The manager was persistent in telling that the wash had nothing to do with the problem and that they would not take ownership in the damage that was caused, when the truck came in perfect running condition and came out not running and that it was my responsibility to fix all damages. This disclosure cannot justify negligence, it is the professional obligation of a detail business to know what you can and cannot spray water into.

I dropped off my car to get an interior detailing after i had spilt gas on my back seat. the car was returned to me in what looked like good condition but apon further inspection i noticed my center console latch was broken, cleaning product residue all over my dash, my leather steering wheel looks like it was scrubbed with steel wool leaving it with a very rough feel. all this cost me $450 to get my backseats shampooed basically. what a joke safe to say i will tell my friends NEVER to go here and i will never be returning. do your wallet and car a favor and DO NOT go here

There is a construction site near my office that spilled some sort of oil on my vehicle that has been very difficult to get off. I went to Bubbles and told them about the situation. They put the vehicle through once, but it wasn't enough. They put the vehicle through again at no cost and hand washed/dried my vehicle to try and get off as much as they could. I may have to go back to get additional cleaning but their willingness to do their best without charging more was greatly appreciated. When the construction company ponies up to get the correct cleaning required I will definitely be back to Bubbles.

I visited Bubbles for the first time recently at this location. I was in a rush before going on a little road trip and I wanted to get the inside cleaned up and presentable. When I pull up to this Bubbles in St. Albert, I mentioned to the older attendant there that I just wanted a basic cleaning. He acknowledged that and then he casually asked me if I wanted a few other things done. I was hesitant but nodded and said sure I guess. Since this was my first time I wasn't sure what to expect on pricing but my girlfriend had mentioned it was around $50 for a basic wash, so it was embarrassing when I got to the cashier and she rung me up for over $400 in services. I told her there must be a mistake at which point the attendant who was helping me walks up to me. I mention to him I wanted the basic $50 service but he didn't want to acknowledge whether it exists or not and instead settled on a $120 vynil package that I reluctantly agreed to. When I left later I did see the $54.95 "Works" option on the brochure. I also think they overcharged me for the vynil as it is listed as $99.95 for cars on their brochure. But this wasn't the end of it. An hour later I go to pick up my car. When I got home and began packing for my road trip I noticed that one of the staff had taken the liberty to exchange a $10 bill for the change I stash in my car. Not only this I noticed that my free McDonalds coffee card and my Canadian Tire car wash punch card were nowhere to be found. I was so furious but I guess a lesson learned for me. I didn't bother calling them I figured this is just how they operate so I won't be going back. I don't know if all of the locations are this seedy but beware if you go to the one in St. Albert.

This company is such a joke. I was told I either had to wear a mask or stand outside in the pouring rain even though I have a medical note saying it is not safe for me to wear a mask due to my medical condition. There was no one inside so I never was in close contact with anyone by even 20 feet. Had it been 25 degrees out this wouldn't be an issue but I guess they'd rather you freeze and get soaked outside than allow their customers the decency of waiting inside. I can't imagine them asking an elderly person to stand outside in the cold rain because they couldn't wear a mask due to a medical condition. How are their no company exceptions for situations like this. The people who put this rule in place need to give their heads a shake.

Took my 2003 Sunfire there. Right off the hop extra 30 dollars because it was and I quote "Dirty". So 89.00 later after I got home I noticed it was still dirty. Wipe marks all down passenger side rims on passenger side not washed. Interior and exterior of the windows had wipe and dirt marks on them. Over all pretty nasty job for what I paid. Won't be recommending this wash to anyone I know and definitely won't be going back.

I usually go to Skogies as they do an incredible job at half the price, but I didn't have the time to wait to get in on the day I ended up at Bubbles. I paid $100, and they didn't even clean the cup holders! They also didn't bother to clean the bottoms of the storage spaces on the front doors. Really couldn't believe it. Terrible place to take your car, I will never go back.

I rarely go to Bubbles but every now and I go and remind myself why I rarely go to Bubbles. This time I had a gift card from Father's Day. I pulled up thinking I would get complete wash because the interior really needed a good cleaning. I was braced for the hard up sell they throw at you when you check in. I don't like being up sold especially on a carwash, it seems so petty. However I needed a good interior wash so I figured I could deal with it. The young woman was pleasant and by the time I saw the cost for a complete wash, I figured I would never get two washes out of my $100 card so I might as well get all I could out of my Father's Day present. I was there for 1.5 hours. My car was clean as a whistle and I just had to pay $10 extra including tip. Yup a $110.00 carwash folks. They did a good job but now I am again reminded why I rarely go to Bubbles. Have a great day!

This was my 4the time visiting this location for full exterior and interior wash + detailing. I had very great experiences previously. But was very disappointed in my recent visit. Perhaps I went 1.5hrs before closing, and there were quite a few cars before and after mine. But with the amount of money that they asked for, i expect at least the noticeable gunk to be removed. Bugs' splatter was noticeably uncleanned after 1st run, and even after 2nd run. Interior wipe down was done very sloppily. Tires were left unwaxed. It made no difference from the normal wash and vacuum with much lesser amount of money. Gonna be hard for me to return.

Worst place ever!!! Tried to force my 7 year old to wear a mask. Took my business some place else thank GOD. There is NO LAW in Canada that forces a child to have to wear a mask - I guess Bubbles thinks they are above the law. I have a child with special needs and was denied service - I guess you can call that Discrimination. The employee kept saying “it is our policy”. Was looking for a good car wash place and would have been a regular customer but definitely not here. Responding to the owner: you are the first business I have encountered enforcing a child to wear a face covering who cannot wear one. This is in direct violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Just a reminder you are a rinky dink car wash in Kelowna last I checked and not some dictator in North Korea. You cannot FORCE a child to wear a mask and constrict her oxygen that is Child Abuse. She could have happily maintained 6 feet distance considering there was Nobody at your business at the time. FYI they also take your temperature too at the car wash! Everyone I have told this too cannot get over the pure insanity. You have lost your mind. **UPDATE****** STRAIGHT FROM THE BC GOV’T : “This ministerial order on masks ensures a co-ordinated response to COVID-19. Masks are now required to be worn by all British Columbians, 12 years and older, in many indoor public settings” Again , why was my 7 Year old being forced to wear a mask at bubbles????

This was my first and last time going here. I drove onto the lot and had no idea where I was supposed to park my car. I went inside to find out that I had to pick one of the line ups (Exterior only, and Interior) for my car and then go pay inside. Once in the proper line I got the hard sales pick at what to get. Only the top of the line options were given, feeling overwhelmed and that I had to pick fast, I went with one that cost 250$ Interior with vacuuming/shampooing and exterior, even with that 250 dollars seemed like far too much money to pay for a wash and a scent. The inside of the car wash was very sleek and clean, perhaps they should have a complimentary drink when you go with certain packages it felt ridiculous that I would have to shell out more money for a water or juice when I have to wait 1hr+ for my car to be done. I thought at least paying that much I would be blown away by the phenomenal customer service and quality of workmanship I was not. I got given a scent I did not choose, I can still see dust on my control console, dirt in the seats. I was very disappointed.

The St Albert location is simply not worth visiting unless you have an hour to spare. I have the car wash card and just to have the car washed takes at least one hour. Then the rags that are used leave nothing but streaks throughout the car. The staff is friendly but are simply not quick nor efficient.

Not pleased. After several visits to another location int he past and receiving a great job on my vehicle, I happened to be in this neighbourhood so I asked for my usual "The Works" pkg. and was up-sold to the vinyl pkg. and promised wonderful results, so I took a chance. I waited over an hour for my car to be finished and it looked clean when I got back in so I started out on the highway. At my next stop, I noticed they had moved a water bottle I had on the floor to the back seat and something they put on top of it squeezed it open and the water drained out all over the seat and floor. Whatever they used to shine up my dash etc. left a greasy film on the inside of my window, and I looked in my cargo area and saw that part of it hadn't even been vacuumed. There was still bunch of debris on the carpeted sections of the back seats. Contacted Bubbles through main web site, was told they could redo the job, which isn't helpful because I don't live there and would have to drive an hour and a half just for that. Was then offered a $5 discount on my next service, after paying $99.95. Not cool! Will reconsider using Bubbles in future.

First time going to Bubbles and I must say I was pretty disappointed. I paid $74 to pretty much get a wash an a quick vacuum, the cup holders still have coffee stains all over them, the inside door panels still have dirt and mud on them and the side doors nook was not vacuumed at all and my middle console wasn’t even touched. My car in general wasn’t very dirty at all so the fact that all of this was missed is pretty disappointing. It’s unlikely I will come back. The only positive part was the wonderful cashier.

Brought my small hatchback in for a full detail to my surprise they will charge you for a full size SUV, truck or van. When asked why all they said it was a hatchback and I said but its a car just like on the pamphlet they say nothing in return. I will never take my vehicle back there again. After spending 3 hours cleaning and detailing my car, I took it in to get the upholstery cleaned. I spent $167.95 When I went to pick up my car the first thing I noticed was how dirty my console was. The attendant was kind enough to clean it off with glass cleaner, which worked fine. Then my daughter noticed the passenger door on the inside was all spotted just above the power window button. I told the kind attendant, and she tried to clean it off with no success, so she said she will go get her manager. When the manager arrived he told me that it was scrathched, and basically pre existing, so I TOLD HIM I JUST SPENT THREE HOURS CLEANING THIS CAR, AND THAT WAS NOT THERE !!! So he masks it with some crap, and tells me it is not there fault. I told him I read all there negative reviews, and thought I would take a chance anyway. What A big mistake on my part.

Paid 121 dollars to have my Jeep detailed (It wasn't even dirty) but wanted to get it ready for winter, and they didn't vacuum the back, or clean under the fender. Really lazy people.

They didn’t even lift my seats to clean them. My seats were folded down in the back and they did not lift them. Dash board not even wiped… also the lady that quotes you when you first pull up was very rude and aggressive. I would not recommend them, to be honest the prices are not worth the quality of service received. I am very regretful of choosing this establishment to clean my vehicle.

Everything was wonderful, except they wouldn’t honor a promotion that is listed on their website. I even opened the website and showed them, and they said they wouldn’t honor it even if it was currently posted... not sure how I would feel if I was here for a different, larger promotion and denied.

First time using a Bubble's Car Wash and will be my last!! Pretty much paid $50 to have the inside vacuumed and windows washed since the machine really did most of the work on the outside. Not to mention the so called "hand dry" was very disappointing...as the vehicle drove out of their bay, water came off the roof and all down the side..seemed kinda pointless to me. Very over priced for the service received. However, the 1 good thing I noticed was the staff were quite friendly.(Only reason for the second star)

Last few times going to Bubbles not totally happy, but I will deal with it. Never really clean my windows, thinking about going today again........but after reading some of these reviews hmm nope! Maybe check out a different Bubbles and see
