Staff is friendly and fast. Quality is missing. I am very disappointed with basic wash, not sure what was included in it. I was asked if I want to wash my car inside out and I said yes. Outside the bottom had dirt all along. Inside was just nothing done. Dirty wet carpets, dusty dashboard. I asked if I should remove car seat, they said no. They never moved it. All crumbs were under the seat when I looked. Anyway, I will not be going back.

I used to love going to avanti to get my car cleaned. When I first started going there, they always did a great job and did it quick for a great price! Over the past year, I've noticed the slack big time. First off, their hours say they're open 7 days a week. It happened to me 2 times in a row where were closed when they should have been opened (mind you it was a bit of a rainy day, but honestly not pouring or anything), middle of the day, without a sign or anything saying they're closed. One time, I had gone maybe 1 hour before their closing time (the weather was nice, so it shouldn't have been a factor) and they were closed. Now with my last visit, I still saw dust on my dash board, my cup holders seemed to have been more dirty than when I arrived (accumulation of wet dust I believe), but I've always noticed that my cup holders were never always properly cleaned. But I have never seen it this bad ever after leaving this place (check picture). I also noticed from the last 2-3 washes, my back window always looked dirty from the inside. AND to top it off, when I went to go pay for my cleaning, the guy at the front desk decided to finish his text before serving me. If you want to text, that's fine. But if a customer comes to you to PAY then stop texting for 30 seconds so they can pay and continue with your text. It was very disappointing to have to pay for a poor job. I won't be going back anymore.

They use dirty rags soaked in dirty water. Front console was full of dust when I got the car back. Windows and mirrors were streaked or not washed at all. Not recommended at all.

Am quite particular and picky because I just love my car. Avant staff worked in a very efficient manner, the process involved 3 different teams / stations of workers from start to finish ( +/- 15 mins) all of this at peak time on a bright and sunny weekday afternoon. Am very pleased and would return again. Price is higher than some other hand car washes but you can tell it's worth it.

The interior of the car was still quite dirty after cleaning, and with things that should be easily cleaned- popcorn on the floor, dirt in the door handle wells and other visible places. I showed the man at the cash and he cleaned it again, swearing. Apparently the workers are encouraged to move the cars through quickly.

I’ve been here about 10 times and only as a very last resort. And each time I don’t get the type of cleaning I’m use to at another car wash. It’s never thorough. Today, I have half my wheels cleaned and the other still dirty. Car is not entirely dry. And the cloth they use for the interior leaves spots everywhere. I get disappointed every single time. I just wish they would be more thorough.

Horrible cleaning job for the money spent. We normally go to Steves Hand Car Wash but decided to give Avanti car wash a try - horrible idea. For $80.00 the car was still left with SO much dog hair on the seats, and it was still dirty mostly on the inside. Every time we leave Steves Hand Car Wash we are very pleased with the job done. If they (steves) can get the dog hair out and leave the inside looking new, then why couldnt Avanti?? Very upsetting.

Far too long and inefficient- the staff has like 1 motivated guy per shift- and the rest are Slow moving around, taking breaks, etc.. unless the main boss/owner is there expect a long wait. Poor service. I paid $29 for interior/exterior clean plus arrmour-all and waxing. Couldn't see any armour-all on the car, salt accumulation on floor coverings wasn't touched, dirt etc was still in seat creases and the trunk wasn't vacuumed AND I specifically asked for it to be done . I won't be back!!

I wanted to give this business a try since I've heard many good things about it. Brought my BMW here and was kindly greeted by a lady, I explained to her that I had an accident involving a ice-cap spilt all over the steering-wheel and requested if they could clean it up (give a little wipe) which she agreed and told the boys. Waited not too long and was told my car was ready and to my surprise the rim/wheels weren't touched full of brake dust and grime, and my steering wheel was still dirty. I went back in and told the gentleman at the counter and he got someone to check it out, which he agreed but then instead of properly washing the wheels. He took one microfiber and a spray bottle and did only the face of the rims spreading the grime on all four. I didn't make a fuss but I'd like to bring it to attention that these steps should have been taken with better care, as using the same rag to wipe and dry 4 wheels could induce scratches. I did expect better service especially opting for an in-and-out with detailed request but hopefully next time if I decide to give it another chance they will pay more attention.

Terrible cleaning and terrible management. Don't bother paying for a car wash here, save your money. Go somewhere else. Reply: I do not expect salt stains to be washed out of the carpet or for the car to look brand new, but i find it highly disappointing that plastic panels came out looking even dirtier than they previously were after this "wash". You cannot use a dirty wet rag to clean the inside of a car. Take accountability for your poor performance and don't brag about plenty of happy customers with a 3 star average rating.

I paid $40 AND tipped $20.....my windshield inside is streaked all over, you can tell it was with a dirty cloth, my mirrors are all streaked, my back seat is still dirty, bed is still dirty. Staff may be friendly and the place may look good, but all that counts at the end of the day is whether you come out with a clean car. I paid 150$ for a shampoo and clean yet carpets still had salt rings, dashboard and windshield not washed and streaks from dirty cloths at different spots on car. I will not be returning anytime soon.

When I emailed them, they gave me an excuse of not having enough staff. Funny enough there wasn’t anyone when I went. AVOID this car wash. Reviews are real.

My first time there and quite disappointed! This was the worse car wash ever. They are not meticulous at all. They miss several spots outside the car, especially the bottom part. There were streaks on all the windows/windshield. Vacuum wasn't done well. I had to rewash all my interior windows and vacuum all my carpets and seats. They cleaned my car really fast but didn't do a great job.

Yes it is fast, in twenty minutes (more or less) I was out, with my car "completely" clean. Although, it wasn't. The bottom of my car was still dirty, as if they just focused on cleaning the sides and the front of my car (pretty much what I would see first, to give the impression that it was clean) but as soon as you would look more at the bottom of my car... It was CLEARLY dirty. If it would cost more and took more time to clean it BUT my car would actually be clean, it would be worth it.

Worst car wash ever. I spent an hour waiting for my car to be washed while the staff was playing water for half an hour. I almost missed a meeting because they don't respect their customers enough to at least try to provide them with a good service. On top of that, I left some change in my car and it wasn't there when I picked up it up. Good job guys ! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Went back anonymously, they did a better job this time. Better cleaning, better service. It wasn't the same team though.

On the phone, Jimmy searched everywhere (in the workshop and the waiting room) before finding the comforter in the parking lot. Once found, we were looking for how to repatriate him and Jimmy said to us "don't worry I'm taking you to the airport" despite all the traffic jams !!! Une fois retrouvé, nous cherchions comment le rapatrier et Jimmy nous a dit '' ne vous inquiétez pas je vous l'amène à l'aéroport '' malgré tous les bouchons !!! Notre fils a récupéré son doudou et nous avons pu avoir notre vol. Jimmy a sauvé notre retour en avion ! Encore merci !

Always quick never a great car wash usually finish the job myself at home. Have to pay attention you ask for Armorall they usually forget. I get it they need to get the cars through so all that I can handle. But recently I was extremely busy and badly needed my car washed. It was around 5:45 and the closing time was 6. The girl at cash assured me it was okay. But the three guys there were beyond rude almost barking at me. One tried to pretend he didn’t hear me when I asked if they were still open. I had to ask 3 times. The third time I actually got out of the car I was obviously asking a question. The guy was so nasty almost sneering as he grudgingly said yes. I should have turned around then. They “cleaned” my car in 5 minutes I got home my husband and son looked at the car as I drove up and assumed it hadn’t been cleaned. I emailed owner who was just an excuse machine for his “hardworking” staff and said he’s had bad experiences at Tim Horton and Walmart too. Sorry about that. No more Avanti for me.

Went there after a bad experience 6 months ago. The wash was done, there were soap suds everywhere and I asked them to rince it off before wiping but they appeared bothered by my request. Still didn’t do it. The multiple one star reviews have merit... managements response is that others were happy... I don’t think that they were happy, they just didn’t get around to writing their bad review.

When the car is wet, you think it is well cleaned. I get home 15 minutes after my car wash which was at 12:40pm on Friday the 24th and I see the inside was not cleaned properly at all. The mats are very dirty, seats still have dog hair (which there was barely any beforehand), the back seat was not vacuumed at all,etc. Very disappointed because you pay a lot more than at other car washes. It wasn’t very busy either so they had time to do everything properly. They just re-arranged the dirt for 30$.

It's an average car wash facility. At the entry, the guy didn't even ask if I want anything extra like trunk vaccum or tire armour oil etc. When done, there were many big bug marks around the front grill. When asked the guy sprayed some window cleaning foam on the body to rub it off. I was shocked to see that something that is not meant for body is used on the body. No surprise, it wasn't done properly at all. Same thing with windshield - a lot of bug marks not cleaned. Back wheel bottom corners had mud marks which wasn't touched at all. Overall, they handled and moved my car very roughly. Not worth it.

I've been to Avanti for a long time, and moved to Calgary for 2 years and now back, so this review is a good comparison of service from 2015 to 2017. Here is the breakdown: 1.) Cleanliness: there is no issue with the car being clean. I brought the car over and when it left, it was very clean, so for this I have no issues. 2.) Rinsing / Drying: like the recent reviews, there was soap on the tires, on the doors, in the side mirrors. Also, it's winter and there was water in every crevasse of the car. I'm sure the staff are aware that this water does freeze and that this should be more carefully dried during the winter season. 3.) Timeliness: excellent, perhaps too fast at the expense of quality. This may be the biggest change since 2017. 4.) Prices: good. These are competitive with other car wash services. 5.) Service / Professionalism: nothing was stolen from my vehicle, as I've seen in previous reviews. The staff were friendly. Overall, in 2015, I would have rated 5 stars, but this time 3 stars. In 2015, every time I left, I had absolutely no complaints, car was clean, dry and good to go. I've read some of the replies of management stating that customers should inspect their vehicle before leaving - essentially blaming the customer for the poor end result. I would caution Avanti's management against this approach. While many of the previous reviewers were abrasive and angry, I personally would still not blame the customer for a poor job. I really do like this place so I will come back and try it again - and I hope that the finish will be better.

When I go to a car wash, I expect the car to be washed. No attention to detail, needed to point out simple things like put air in the mirrors, windows, etc. From a price standpoint, they are in range, expect for add-ons. Those a rip-off! 7$ for armor all just for the wheels! On top of that, it’s applied with a paint brush thus a liquid armor all which leaks on the mags as they just say too much. Can’t say anything if you don’t try it. I did, don’t recommend and will never go back!

I just wash my car at there carwash and paid 30$ for a 10$ carwash. They did very bad job. Inside they did not vacuum and they did not wash my mags.

Terrible experience got screamed by one of the workers that through bottles in recycle Inside was barely touched. Trunk was not even opened pay 27 $ and have to do there job

I don't normally post reviews - especially not good ones - but I just had my car spring cleaning - removed all the winter salt stains on the carpets and got out some winter scratches in my paint - my car looks and smells great.
