well organized store. have good item displays. the isles are well spaced and there are many staff available in each department when needed assistance or guidance. the whole store is in well layed out plan making shopping very convenient. whenever there is a chance for me to visit flinflon canadian tire, i make it a point to swing by, as there are many things you will not realize is available until you see them in the store. it helps to buy when you have a visual idea, and this store delivers that.

Today I tried to buy a new battery for my lawnmower by going through the auto entrance. After all that is where the batteries are kept. I could not get into the store without a tremendous amount of trouble. I am in a walker as I have a broken ankle. Turnstiles cannot be used in a walker but it did say to use the other side, which I did but that side does not open and if it did there was a bin of goods in front. Seems Cdn Tire wants you to walk through their entire store even if you are in a walker or wheelchair. I bought my battery and by the time I got to the car after all that walking I was and still am in a lot of pain. Thanks Cdn. Tire. Can't say when I'll be back.

On the other hand, clerks are more or less helpful, most of the time when you need help there is nobody, and when you finally find someone, you are entitled to a brief and vague answer or they call someone else. Very friendly customer service employees ........., an employee has already gone to dinner while she was not finished answering me. The employees of the caisses are probably the most smiling. If we forget the service, it's a very good store, everything is in its place and we do not look too long. I highly recommend . (Original) Bon magasin, pour acheter des outils et les produits pour la voiture....tous. Par contre, les commis sont plus ou moins aidants, la plupart du temps quand tu as besoin d'aide il n'y a personne, et quand tu finis par trouver quelqu'un, tu as droit à une réponse brève et vague ou bien ils appellent quelqu'un d'autre. Employés du service à la clientèle très sympathique........., une employée est déjà partie dîner alors qu'elle n'avait pas fini de me répondre. Les employés des caisses sont probablement les plus souriants. Si on oublie le service, c'est un très bon magasin, tout est à sa place et on ne cherche pas trop longtemps. je recommande vivement .

These guys saved my butt. This location did not have what I needed to make an inverter they had in stock work for my application so Matt and Bob were able to modify existing jumper cables to work with the inverter for my application. These guys saved my he day. Props to northern ingenuity. I would not have been able to make this work otherwise. And Canadian Tire, if you read this, your staff are what makes your mark in the community, not fancy marketing. These guys deserve recognition.

CANADIAN TIRE - WE CAN NOT!!!! This is a new slogan should be. Want to share some bad experience dealing with Flin-Flon store. - Wanted to buy a tool chest- found Two in stock available. Have to travel 140 km to the nearest store in Flin. And what? They CAN NOT find them! - They have one from shelf open but CAN NOT sell it without manager. - To buy online They CAN NOT deliver it because it is oversized item! Period! Two huge boxes can not be found! I wasted 3 hours of my time and about 60 CAD for gas to face such an unprofessional attitude!

This last visit to Canadian Tire was awful. We were to pick up a kayak, which was purchased as a gift and to be picked up today. We went there and the kayak was nowhere to be found!! Five or six employees muddled about for over an hour, with no success finding the paid for kayak! My partner, because of a trip planned this week, purchased another kayak at $100 more than the one purchased, as a gift. Further to that, last Fall, I purchased 4 tires and some other items valued at over a thousand bucks. When I got to the till, the cashier asked me for around $300. I mentioned that couldn't be correct. She could not have charged me for the tires, which were $600. After a few minutes, fussing with the till, she assured me that the amount was indeed around $300. I paid her but when I got to my car, I could not leave the parking lot. I went back to the store, explained what had just occurred. I insisted there was an error and paid the $600 for the tires!! Cashier training: fail!!

You know, Canadian Tire used to be mostly auto parts, been going there for close to 50 years. Over time they have added to there product range and now sell most household and gardeners goods too. Shop wisely for amazing weekly specials! Picked up 40 watt solar panels for 70% off today, solar power to run our greenhouse electrics.

Last time they let me in they announced over the PA that there was a man in the store with no mask. Very unprofessional. Funny cause all other ctc stores would let me shop. I am from Alberta in Snow Lake on Holidays and attended the Flin Flon Location to purchase a pressure washer that was in the flyer for $399 (of which the store said it had 2 in stock and 2 were showing in stock on line). It was a 2.5 hour drive to get to the Flin Flon store over some pretty crappy roads only to find out that the store didn’t have stock as they were misplaced or possibly stolen ? After 40 minutes of looking, I was told by the Assistant Manager that there was none in stock and there was nothing they could do to help the situation. They could sell me another one that was on sale for $100 more without any additional discount.... I asked if there was anything they could do to better the price a little as I really wanted the other one... and was told “NO” and that was final. After committing to a 5 hour road trip to get a Father’s Day Gift... I did not intend to return empty handed and ended up purchasing a better one at WalMart for $389... I do not think this Canadian Tire should have sent me packing so easily !! Canadian Tire is a great Store with a lot of good Staff and good Product !! The Management team at this store could learn a lesson or two from the previous Management or others successful stores - Customer Service is where it counts ! On a good note.... I contacted the Canadian Tire Head Office Customer Service department and they were more than helpful (Hats off to them).

Worst customer service I have ever received! When not satisfied with a product I do not need to be lectured about my attitude! When someone returns a product they are generally not there to be happy and full of smiles. A 45 year old does not need to be told how to speak in public. I will never return to your store. Tried to exchange a jug of oil in store. They couldnt find the purchase history and i had no receipt. After 20 mins of wasted time i started to raise my voice in frustration only to have the customer service person scream and yell at me and tell me i was embarassing my mother who was in fact frustrated also. They finally manually exchanged the item as they should have done within the first 2 minutes. I left the store with one unkind word and was again yelled at. Their manager on the phone a day later said "I would have told you to get the F out of the store."..... and all because their employees took 30 mins to do a simple exchange with no refund needed! This is customer sercice at its worst. Also they let garbage and debris build up around their store grounds like they are a garbage dump! Need a whole new staff at this deplorable store

Went to the store on sat,Jan 4 to look for a couple things and decided to use my points(over $90.00) At the Yarmouth store I was told that because I don’t have a card,just use my phone number,that I would have to have my driver’s license as proof of identification. The cashier didn’t understand this so she called the floor manager over and she wasn’t much help either. When my wife replied that we didn’t have to come to this store again , the response was”whatever”. Guess I will stick to my local store.

I need to let you know about Rachelle who is the manager at Canadian Tire. I’m from Winnipeg and the Canadian Tire in Flin Flon was the only store who had in stock what I was looking for. 5 kayaks! I asked to speak with the manager and Rachelle answered my call. Customer service is so lacking these days but not if you are talking with Rachelle! My request was out of the ordinary and Rachelle went above and beyond to get those 5 kayaks to Winnipeg. Rachelle returned my call and worked hard at her end to see that I was happy. The owner of this Canadian Tire is very lucky to have such a pleasant, hard working lady in the store! Thank you so much Rachelle for the EXCELLENT customer service! Your are 1 in a million ????

Visited from out of province because I needed a new 7 way plug for my trailer. Called in advance to check stock and they auto guy assured me they had some and warned there are different styles (w/ & w/o center contact). Got there and he came to check my trailer to make sure I got the correct one and found it on the shelf for me. He also gave advice to prevent corrosion on connector. He had no other customers so we shared perspectives on life and politics from different parts of the country. Thanks Andy!

The store is a little chaotic at the moment as renovations are taking place. Shelves are empty in a lot of the aisles, and their covid protocols seem to have lapsed as there was no hand sanitizer available. It appears that the shopping carts are also no sanitized after each use by staff. We had to ask for wipes to clean the cart before using it.
