The car wash was pretty good, and the price was very reasonable. I found the place to be a bit uncoordinated, I asked upon getting there if I needed to go inside to pay before lining up for my car wash and was told yes. Then, as I tried to park to go inside he flagged me down and said I didn’t need to go inside. Pretty tight spot to turn around in to get back in line which was a bit inconvenient, I wish he had just listened to my question and gave me the right answer the first time. The place could use some better signage/communication/flow. But you can’t beat the price for a decent car wash (I got 3 of the best level of cAr wash for $20, and they have monthly passes for $30)

I would like to share the experience happened today. I don’t like giving negative comments usually but today what was happened not accepted. I am a loyal customer with them from last 1.5 years and I liked their services as well. But I recently changed my car and the car tag needs to be replaced for a new car. Initially they provided for my new car, thanks for that they considered that guy was very helpful. But recently did front windshield tinted and I need a new tag to continue my car wash. The person today asked 10$ to get a new tag. That was really not customer centric service until and unless you are paying them on time there is no problem. He says upfront that if you want to cancel the service you can and if you want to continue I have to pay $10 for tag. Also when I asked for the $30 to be refunded back as I don’t use the services that was deducted on 26th feb 2020 he denied that it will not be refunded back. That’s really looting the customers money. Will never comeback again on this place.

It has nothing to do with the damage it has caused.. ...he said read the print in the board.. That there not responsible... when my car started making noises like hitting and scraching knocking... I saw on web site these guys charge 99+ tax for car detailing. But when i went over there they put some extra charges because i have big van(with 7 seats). That’s fine because it’s big van but then they put some chargers for dogs hair. I said that ok because I know dog hairs hard to remove. I leave my van over there for 4hrs and when i came back to pick my van and i saw they did really fantastic job. If everyone wanna car detailing I recommend this car wash.

Cheap car wash, only 6 dollars for the basic wash. Just beware it's not touchless. Free vacuum on the side of the building, however the suction is low and doesn't work well This place is good for the occasional quick wash just because not being a touchless car wash, it may damage your paint long term.

I left my car with them for 4.5 hrs roughly to do a full car detail. Everything was cleaned alright in the car (except the wind shield). Then I realized they stole my emergency money in the car middle console. I forgot about it that day but remembered a day later and noticed it was gone. The Indian guy was very quick to go back inside the car wash when I took the keys and paid. This absolutely is not the way they should be doing business. If you go here I wouldn't be so quick to trust them so go through your car thoroughly. They won't be getting mine ever again.

It is great, fast and cheap. It is the back of the gas station near the railway tracks. I want a car wash I can go to regularity and not worry about the cost and that will be quick. It is old and not in tip top shape, but I will trade that for a generally lower cost. Valet Car Wash just east on Victoria street is in tip top shape for a few dollars more but I do not feel the extra cost is worth it. You may notice it is also a taxi car dealer and cab favourite. It is not touchless. It is a traditional hall style wash, not a robot style, which to me work better. They have lots of specials for regular washers, the normal price is very good.

Can't find cheaper car wash packages anywhere else. The guys are quite cooperative too. If asked, they'd give certain spots extra scrubbing before it goes through the wash. Free vacuuming is convenient too.

I went to these folks for years and always had a problem with their time limited/expiry on the washes YOU PAID FOR, the last time I went is the last time I will ever go there again. Because of COVID I never went out in my car for months and during the spring and summer months. My time ran out on August 22, I was there on the 28th, I had 6 of 10 washes left and he would only 'give' me 2 if I bought another 10. That was the third time this has happened, I asked for a break considering COVID, nope. I backed out an left. They lost my business, I would not recommend them. I would rather pay more for a better wash with no expiry. They're not cheap if you don't get the washes you paid for and the wash wasn't great. The only good part was the free vacuuming. They get one star for that.

I called the number on the website and asked the price for diamond clean package for my SUV (mentioned clearly the make and model) and was told that the price is $40, I was expecting more so was happy to head for it right away from Waterloo. There was no office at the front entrance, so headed directly to the wash entry. The person who talked to me was rude, he blatantly denied my telecon with their office and even said "It doesn't matter, I am telling you now that the price is $60"! He also told that it could be more depending of the vehicles cleanliness condition and this fact is mentioned on their website. I could not find those details on their website. Total misrepresentation! I should the say that the interior cleaning was good and the other two guys I talked to were polite. I wouldn't go there again though.

I got THE ULTIMATE wash with VIP interior cleaning. Attendant told me today's special is $5 off on all interior cleaning packages. What a great Tuesday it turned out to be. After wash i took a look at my car it was clean from all places which sometimes few automatic car wash miss. The took about 25 minutes to clean my car from the inside and when they were done i was surprised to see the amazing job they did. I will be telling my family & friends about Kitchener Car Wash. Ended up paying $50 dollars for the service and it was huge waste of money. As part of it, they were supposed to protect my dash with plastic etc and none of that was done. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I'm almost positive the majority of reviews are paid for. The first time I went to this place it left my car looking like someone had been doing light pressure circles with a piece of sandpaper all over. When I called to inform them of what happened I was told that they have "never" had a complaint (judging by the 1 star reviews here I would beg to differ) so they didn't feel responsible for causing the damage. I was quoted about $1400-1500 to repair the damage caused by this shoddy place. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT WASH IT HERE, THEY WILL SCRATCH IT.

Got monthly pass with interior cleaning today. Staff is friendly and helpful . Car was clean and smelled good. They sprayed some processional grade car freshener which was amazing. My trunk was vacuumed and rubber mats pressure washed and waxed. New and brand new look for my car mats. No water marks as they wipe out thoroughly in cleaning jobs. I went there for an interior clean and told them that. I was charged 30$ and they di the cleaning, but left my sides of the door saying that it was a waxing option and not cleaning. They didn't even wipe it. I'd expect people telling me what would be done versus I knowing at the end that they won't do it.

First time here for car wash get the month pass there in quene line got hit from back by other car owner at this place owners just pushing more cars then it handle on the belt very very minor line on the back bumper not worth to report to police owner/manager blaming me why you brake or streeing that's not the case here. They Have cameras all over clearly show how it happen. I waste the money on monthly pass here. just update your car wash facility and don't rush vehicle's through it add some kind of security mechanism to stop other vehicles if the vehicles got struck on the belt and don't hit each other. Car are worth more than you $25 monthly pass. Don't fall for cheap car wash. Horrible experience.

PLZ AVOID this place. I took my car for a wash at there. Right after the car wash, I observed some scratches 4 to 5 inches long on roof. I talked to the guy immediately about the scratches. He bluntly refused that it is not possible due to their equipment because their brushes do not rotate in that direction. I regret that I took my car at that place.

Where to start? Horrible customer service. They could care less about your satisfaction. When I commented that the back of my vehicle was still dirty, I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to wait 20 minutes for a vacuum. I guess that's not entirely their fault, but at least put some type of time limit if your only going to have a few vacuums. I listened to a staff member selling washes to another customer and the entire time he was bashing another wash up the street. Very unprofessional. Guess where I went to get my car washed? Up the street! Never will I visit this wash again. - Also, the competition down the street offers cheaper unlimited monthly plans and do not use fake accounts or friends/family to 1 star the competition. Kitchener Car Wash are a bunch of low life, dirty, unprofessional wanna be's that can't compete so they stoop to childish games on google reviews.

Absolutely terrible customer service and wash quality! Car still dirty after going through the car wash. Was ignored standing there to speak to the attendants while they both chatted up a man in a car. When I tried to interrupt the very rude attendant put his finger up to silence me and continued chatting with his friend in the car. When I explained I had been coming here for years and I k ow they do not own this car wash that I would like to speak to the owner the attendant to me NO! I giggled and asked for a card or phone number to reach him.. I was told no... I laughed in the rude attendants face and asked what his name was ..which he muttered something starting with M.. I was not able to understand. Won’t be back!!!! And thought the generally nice man who used to be there who I knew to be the owner should know. DONT GO HERE! It’s cheap because the car wash sucks and seems to use dirty water as it was still all over my vehicle. All the bugs on the front or bird droppings .. yup still there!

I visited this business at the recommendation of a friend. The first time I went they noted detailing services were not available after 5PM. This is not disclosed anywhere on their site/app. I came back the next day and received the SUPER CLEAN Package which only took about 20 minutes to complete. A thorough car detailing should take at least an hour. The entire car was emptied out and they did not vacuum the trunk. I also did not witness any hand drying which was in the package. I returned to express my dissatisfaction and they vacuumed the trunk. I would have felt satisfied with a refund and will likely not return.

My first time today at Kitchener Car Wash today at 11:15 and wow was I impressed. My black Escape SUV hadn’t been cleaned in 6 months and our underground parking garage is so dusty that the hood was filthy. Purchased gas then went in to pay at the cash and got my $5 car wash ticket. Drove to the back and absolutely no wait. The guy took my ticket, got me aligned in the track and used his power wash wand to blast my hood and most of vehicle before he pushed button to move me through. The soap, water, brushes and blower did an amazing job, even the back of the SUV which is usually hard to clean. Undoubtedly a 10+ in my books, especially for $5. I will buy the multi discount pack for future use. There are 3 or 4 free vacuums along the side of the building and they were being used by several vehicles. This is not a touch less system, the spinning brushes do touch the vehicle so some may not like that. No issue for me though.

I purchased their reloadable card which I did not realized expired - however the wonderful staff gave me a free wash since I had one left on my expired card! This Carwash is a joke It doesn't work properly and I have damage to my car and they say they will fix it then when they get the quote they change their mind. and the employee that was working told us it wasn't working right either. Telling me I had the brakes on and the person behind me said I didnt as I said I didnt. They run the carwash even if it isn't working right They DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS. DON'T GO THERE. and the manager is awful. The company wants me to let someone just paint over the marks on my car that isn't going to happen

Don’t go there. These guys are scammers. After washing my car here couple of times. I noticed that my car is getting scratched little by little every time I go through here. I have a ultimate monthly wash pass. I ask the attendant about it he told me its not possible and he refused to even take a look at it. They are making people fool by putting colourful light show and spraying straight up tap water mixed with little bit of soap. I noticed that after getting those scratches on my car. You can see that clearly when you go for wash. I paid fora car wash not for a fancy light show. In reality they are damaging your vehicle slow and steady. They don’t care about your car. There is no way am going back there. I work hard to save money for this car and thats why am so sceptical about it.

Absolutely amazed by this place. I got my car fully detailed, cheapest price in Kitchener and the car (7 years old) is like brand new. They got salt stains that were 5+ years old out of the carpets. Cannot recommend them enough. A bit confusing to enter the building but give them a call when you arrive and they'll clear it right up.

I went for their super kiss wash which is advertised at 8.85 online but they guy told me it's 12 dollars something. Thought it was cheaper to hey the 3 for 20$. Just a decent car wash, did not get any of the more sticky stuff off, still see a lot of remnants. The staff don't seem to like to exist stuff when she's questions about anything, just pay and go. Not even sure if I actually got the full super kiss wash or if it was just the basic one they gave me. The back of the car comes out with somewhat wet. The vacuums aren't really very powerful, you'll have to go over the carpets multiple to times and apply yourself. If you want a good proper wash, this is not the place. Just something quick and decent but below par. Customer interaction and service is not something you should expect.
