I normally go to Klassic Car Wash at Keele/Wilson but decided to try Crosstown Car Wash as it's a bit cheaper. Paid for full service on 04 Sep 20 & the results were disappointing. $40 might seem like a bargain but it looks like I didn't get my money's worth. Pictures attached are just the worst of it. Window streaks & interior streaks. It doesn't even look like they tried to wipe things clean, just passed a rag over the area. A lot of unclean areas on the exterior as well, whatever was missed by the machine wasn't cleaned off by the staff. It looks like the wheels weren't cleaned at all by the machine or staff. They also make it very inconvenient to complain as the car wash exits right on to busy Jane Street, with a long line up of cars coming out of the wash behind you. Cars are 'cleaned' right by the edge of Jane Street so that you can only leave, there's no room to back up & go inside to speak with management. I left a $20 tip anyway. Those guys working outside, although impatient & some lacking personable customer service skills, are clearly overworked & underpaid. Next time I'll stick to Klassic Car Wash & pay more but get my money's worth. ********* UPDATE 11 NOV 20 *********** I added 2 screenshots. One of Crosstown Car Wash replying to my review & another of my email to their reply. As you can see in my screenshot, I emailed them 07 Sep 20. It's now 11 Nov 20 & still no reply from Crosstown Car Wash. I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish by replying to my review, asking me to email them & then not replying back, but I have better things to remember on Remembrance Day. I can't say I recommend them but your experience may be different.

When they said my car is done I came saw dashboard and steering wheel all in dust I called one of the guys and asked if they even tried to wipe it? He said - Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it. After he “took care” of it the car is still dusty and under the seat is just awful, no one moved the seats to vacuum there.

Salt your walk!!!! Very slippery, and washed away salt, if you have a business with water in winter it should be your responsibility to ensure the safety of all passing by your business. You could also do more to remind drivers to watch as they are exiting your establishment, I narrowly avoid getting hit by irresponsible drivers are often.

I had a great experience at Crosstown Car Wash, Jane location! Dominic, the manager, was so helpful and offered exceptional customer service. I purchased a car wash and it turned out that my car's rear wiper broke off during the wash. I talked to Dominic about it and he offered to replace the wiper. After a few days, I contacted him and he gave me the wiper, at no charge! Thank you Dominic and the team!

I was here last weekend, and I’m not sure it they changed the owners but they did a horrible job cleaning the inside of my car. I paid $40 and offered to pay more for vacuuming and the guys barely wiped down the interior, or vacuum underneath the seats. They wiped my windows with some dirty rag and left streak marks. Really disappointed

Washing station is nice, good pressure water jet. Do not use vacuum station, it is wast of money and time. It does not vacuum loose dust or part from under seats. FYI I have checked dust bin and was totally empty still not powerful to clean. NOT recommended cleaning location. There are other stations very close by to check out.

I am a member with the Works unlimited wash, the 3 stars is for the exterior wash, quiet few times those gentlemen had selected another option instead of the works, the machines do a pretty job except for the very back of my sonata. I always have to finish it myself. If you don't wanna get caught yourself in the queue at this location you can either get there the very first hours of the morning when they just opened or around 7 PM.

I have been a long standing customer even before this car wash taken over by crosstown. I have one car with a monthly subscription but decided to get a full wash for my wife’s car today and paid $35. The car wasn’t being cleaned properly which I mentioned but he ignored me. The other guy who was cleaning the other side of the car left to attend another car without finishing mine. I figured the other guy would complete it but when I mentioned it, he said I have to pay for detailing to do that. For a full interior and exterior service, at least cup holders, dust and sticky stuff ought to be clean. It didn’t matter what I said, they just refused to do it so I ended up taking a rag to clean as much as I can myself since the owner or no supervisor was available.

Looking properly inside, the floor and mats were not also cleaned properly. My trunk and right side mirror appeared as though they were untouched. Not recommending this place. Try somewhere else. People who have purchased the 1 month membership, please check your bank statements -they have discretely billed me on numerous occasions. The first time, they refunded me the unauthorized purchase because I should have paid with my credit card and not debit card and the second time, the operator said my four unauthorized credit card purchases were part of a three month minimum purchase, which he later recanted and told me he'd speak to his boss about. Update, they reached back to me and have refunded the funds.

Scratched my truck up today, March 9 2019. One of the blue rollers was not working and they still allowed cars and trucks to enter the wash. I got out and inspected my truck noticing a good amount of scratches on my rear wheel well. Had the manager come over and look and he just brushed me off, didn't care and ran into a back room. Been a membership holder a few years now and I'm not liking the long lines and wait times . Sometimes right to Jane st. I also have noticed not enough soap is coming out to properly wash the car. Not like before . I pay in my membership for the automatic drying towels at the end ,most of the time its not working. Just a thought... when automatic drying towels are not working why not get the guys to quickly dry the vehicle off by hand, or refund some of the membership price back till you fix it . It was never like this before. Seems like its going downhill . There is always something wrong either low soap ,barely any hot wax comes out,automatic drying towels 80% of the time don't work ,or a brush spins but won't touch my car . Tell the employees ....they just don't care . Much better wash a couple of years ago. Hopefully you fix these issues.

I have friends from NACI in this area since my high school days and we often hang out and do group car washes at this spot. Over time we have been cool with the owners as well, both the son and his dad. Owners are kinda cool and not very grumpy like some other peeps in the industry. But that’s not the best part, infact the best part is that this place is the cheapest and the most consistent. One minor drawback I should mention here is that sometimes there is a guy who sits on a chair inside the wash bays and smoke weed and the smoke kinda gives you headaches ???? It’s kinda rude and ignorant thing to do at public places. Since the pandemic started I haven’t been there and just wanted to say Hi to both son and dad ????

Purchased a $20 "executive" wash (top level) which included two "deluxe" (2nd lowest) washes within the next two weeks. Came back and entered my code for the 2nd wash and was about to head in. A man walks up to me and tells me that my code is expired (it wasn't), then when I do the math for him he tries to downgrade my wash to the "express" (lowest level). I won't be back.

Pros: fast, close to highway Cons: does not wash backside of car Paid for 1 month of the most expensive option, I almost purchased the 3 months but glad I didn't. I have used this car wash years ago and it was way better back then. I moved away and now back and the downgrade is fairly extreme. They use a conveyor belt system so they are able to wash cars fast in quantities so you will never be stuck long but it comes at a cost of only the front and top of your car being washed. Its possible that they do have sprays set up to wash the rear but they funnel in cars so close together that the spray intended to wash the rear of my car was just hitting the front sides of the car directly behind me. Either way poor staff waving cars to keep coming through without appropriate spacing or poor equipment not set up to wash rear of the car has left me to wipe down the back myself. Maybe years ago it was similar but at the end of the car wash they had a team of employees that would dry and spot clean your vehicle for anything the machines missed much like in the google photo but this is no longer the case. I got to the end looked around and there was nobody around. Overall, a good place if you do not really care about your car and want it somewhat clean fast at a decent price but I'd rather wait a little longer for better results.

The car wash itself is great but when you ask for full work(inside included) they don't do a great job.The price is very reasonable but what is the point if it does not get clean.

I bring a few of my vehicles here and am generally happy, however a week ago I noticed some scratches on my right fender and thought maybe someone scratched it. They were deep and touched them up. Went to wash the same vehicle again and noticed a new scratch on the same fender just a bit different spot and it has no touch up so I’m sure it’s from the car wash. Just hope they look into it cause I do like this place.

Great service, bought the full interior service and was very pleased how they cleaned the car after the wash... their automated system is quite impressive, very organized line up to the touch screen machine to buy a select package, pay and proceed ???? and got a free wash within 14 days with the interior package... really liked this place... they also have free vacuums outside and the prices are very reasonable

I've been to Crosstown's other location and this one is very different but still good. It's not a coin wash so there's no interior detailing. Just an express exterior wash with two lanes. My boyfriend got the $8 wash (which is crazy cheap) and there were vacuums before going into the lanes that are free to use. There was a bit of a line up when we went but we spent that time vacuuming the interior and just waited for the line to free up. The carwash itself was nothing different from other washes. We still needed to scrub the front grill of bugs and etc, but it's to be expected from an express wash. Would suggest bringing a shammy for the windows and whatnot as it doesn't get completely dry. It is comparable to gas station car washes except the price is much better + free vacuuming. We use a coin wash in our town that costs easily $20 each time and I wish we had an express wash like this in London.

Machine eat my 20 dollar and gave me no change. There are no manager no accountability. I just lost 20$ of my hard earned money, number out of service. I just lost 20 dollar in there poor machines and am pist!!!!! Update!! Manager Called, and agreed to check the machine, and will call back after. I will update again with the status. But for now I am waiting on a call back Update 3rd update Called the Manager Agreed to mail me the money. 20$ that was on the machine!!! Machine 1 is not working don’t put your money in there. I have been coming here weekly for 7 years so I was very disappointed!

Quick and easy purchase even the monthly options available on POS. Rating 4 stars bcoz even though I purchased executive wash my side mirrors and side windshields not cleaned properly. Dry was also not super fast which left few droplets. Will try to wash it again tomorrow as it is 1 wash per day for full month.

Despicable behavior by staff. Telling me to go back to my own country after calling me a cheat because he canceled my prepaid month 8 days early when I asked him to not renew it. Talked to Sergio the manager who was also rude. Took asking three times to speak to the manager for him to say he was. This after 20 minutes of asking for his number from this staff and getting two fake numbers first. I've been using this wash for years. Never again. Terrible service and behavior by all involved. Update 3 months later- Having spoken to the owner on the day of the incident, he was dismissive and then finally confirmed that I would receive a cheque for the prepaid days that were cancelled. No cheque so far and the credit card they had on file was compromised the next day. Had to dispute 5 different fraud charges amounting to over $1000. Again, never again.

The carwash damaged the paint on my Lexus and trim of the window. It's a 2017 car. The owner tried to act act as if it was done before. During the carwash They have 5 staff that clean inside yet they missed the dashboard, cup holders and doors..to many people.cleaning that everyone thinks the other will do it, so they don't.

Although this isn't a touchless car wash. It still cleans and dry much better than most touchless car wash I've been to. It's soft cloth auto Wash. Good options for price. Free vacuum before you get car wash. The top 2 tier of the washes special gives u a free wash. One is valid for 14 days and the other for 7 days. If you want a very goood cleaning, go back to back with the washes.

Wouldnt recommend. they use dusty rags to wipe your car which will scratch your paint. They detail your interior by using the dirty towels and spreading more dust on the dash.

Good afternoon my son and I both purchased 2 separate car washes from this particular car wash, at first it seemed decent but as the weeks and months progressed I’ve noticed the limited amount of soap that’s being used on my vehicle, the price is fair of course I understand that! but if you need to charge a fair amount please ask us what the fair amount is and we’ll be more than happy to pay the difference don’t start short changing it’s bad business! Definitely not acceptable for a brand new vehicle! And please don’t respond to my review by apologizing just add the correct amount of soap that’s all I’m asking! Thank you graciously

They over charged me twice. The first time using their monthly subscription, so I stop the subscription. Then again when I started going once in a while and they charged my debt card twice for one wash. Their full service wash is not the best either. There were never a manager around. I only go there because they were Close to my house.

I've been through this wash many times..I like the fact of the spinning chamois they have.. for the second time it hasn't been working.. today as I was picking my wash I asked the attendant if everything was working properly, he replied yes it is so I paid for the full wash.. AGAIN IT WASN'T WORKING, so I asked another attendant at the exit his response oh someone broke it the other day, the other attendant tells me no it's not ever coming back to life the owner took it out of service he added more vacuums. So I told the owner you are charging me for a full wash service and I'm not getting what I'm paying for..his answer your truck looks good dont worry.. Now that is what I call take every hard working customer's money and dont care for them SHAME on you..my fleet service and I wont ever be returning..

They have signs saying free drive through car wash as a reopening promotion but the guy standing at the entrance will find any excuse to deny you (car too dirty, suv too high even though it went under the clearance bar just fine, etc). Shady business I wouldn’t give them any more of my money

If you're paying by cash to use the car wash, don't use quarters, the machine doesn't register quarters properly. I put a $5 note, a toonie, and 4 quarters in the machine, but it came to a total of $7.75. I cancelled my request, the machine didn't refund any quarters, but I did get a receipt for refunding of the missing quarters.

The guy said the payment machine was broke, so he would take any cash I had on me for the wash. Paid 10.00 cash, went through the machine and it knocked both my passenger and drivers side mirror bodies off my car, they were left dangling by the control cord. Same guy that took my cash came and offered 2 zip ties as a solution, no damage report was taken. Luckily I took video as I passed through the wash machine. So now I'm out a couple hundred dollars to replace my mirrors and the time it'll take to put them back on. To say I'm not happy with this place is a massive understatement.....but the vacuum was free...yippeee
