Great place to bring your car for a good cleaning. Options to clean engine, tires, use sprayers or brushes, there's a vacuum and a drying hose. I was a little surprised by the price but maybe that's just because it's Fort McMurray.

Waste of money.. $1.30 per minute. Most expensive car wash in town, has cold water and no water pressure. I would take my business elsewhere to get my money’s worth. Paid $10, and car was still dirty after using soap and “High pressure rinse.” What a dumpy scam of a car wash.. better off going to timbo car wash or Gregoire car wash.

City Centre upped the game with the spray foam! This stuff cleaned the winter road salt and dirt off my car in minutes, without having to scrub and scratch the paint. Great addition to the wash bays!

Excellent service - they always get us in for a detailing right away and are very thorough. The lady at the till is always friendly and cheerful, makes my day everytime! The groomer on location is great as well - he got my pup in last minute when he was covered in mud like my truck! Merry Christmas everyone!

I'll give it a 3 because one day it did my truck amazing with the super duper wash and one day it didn't even take the dust off my truck and I called and they said they would give me a free wash I never got back down there yet hoping they don't give me a hard time I didn't appreciate them running the wash knowing it wasn't working properly Pic dust they easly came off with my finger after it went through wash :(

This place is incredibly expensive. I washed my motorcycle which took around 5 minutes or at the most 10, and they charged me $14!! I don't live in this city, not sure if this is normal here but I'd pay only $5 in Calgary for this service. Also, they charge you from entering till the time to exit. So, if there're vehicles ahead of you at the payment counter, you're waiting and paying ????. Total rip-off!!

Literally the worst wand wash in the city. The water pressure is slightly higher than what you could spit out of your mouth and the soap is either empty or so thin that it's a waste of time.

Washed my horse here. A nice mare with a shiny coat she is. Great hooves, fast runner, just a great horse. My horse is named "Horsey" and she was also pleased with her wash. Never seen her happier in my life. Fed Horsey some shiny red apples after. Everyone was pleased.

Went to wash my SUV, paid the $20 Super Duper wash and it came out still filthy!! Had streaks all over the hood, dirt had just piled on the running boards(the wash explicitly said it would clean the boards) and the dirt was left in streaks below the handles, mirrors and anything else that stuck out a little bit. Even my front tires were only half cleaned! You could see a giant line across the tires. Would never ever go back, not worth the money or the headache of having to rewash your vehicle.

It does a good job of cleaning vehicles for a touchless car wash. It'll never get as clean as doing it yourself but it does take most of the dirt off of your vehicle.

Terrible car wash... might look nice but there is no pressure at the wands, the rinse runs with soap. The spot free rinse still runs soap. 26 dollars and I had to go somewhere else to rinse my car off. Absolutely would not recommend!

Customer service is absolute worst. Was planning on spending 5 minutes inside the wand wash for a quick cleaning. Soap option was working perfect but when I switched to rinse the soap wouldn’t stop coming from the wand. I alerted the employee working and she spent 10 mins trying to get the soap out of the wand. She told me to move to another stall. Never got any time taken off the car wash even tho 10 minutes was wasted by the employee spraying the wand. Costed 22$ when I asked if price would be reduced I was told by the employee that she isn’t authorized. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY

I paid for a $22 wash and I would have been better served by rinsing my vehicle with a garden hose in my driveway at -14 C. It is the worst wash that I’ve ever gotten in town and the last at this business!

I take my car into the lot next to the carwash to towel dry. Unfortunately the RV Truck mud remover/outdoor wash is also there (new?). Didn't enjoy the mud and dirt I drove through to get to an acceptable spot. Everything else was fine.

This was my first time using this car wash, I was completely finished washing my truck and I went to use the spot free final rinse and it started shooting out soap all over my truck so I went to look for the worker had to go 3 times before I found him and I showed him what was happening so he asked me to go to another stall which I did and then had to use the high pressure rinse all over again to get rid of all the soap that was on my truck and then when I went to pay he charged me for my entire time I was there which blew my mind seeing it was a problem with their machine that caused me to be there so long in the first place

Came here for a quick wash to get bugs off the front of the car after travelling up.the only function i could get to work was the prewash. No soap came out of the wash cycle and i could tell there was only plain water coming out for spot free. Needless to say i paid $18 for a water rinse and a kid working that had zero authority to give compensation. I asked for a phone number to someone who did have authroity and was told that no phone numbers could be given out. If your staff doesnt have authority to give good customer service then you should always have someone available that can.

Was told the out side wash station wasn't working properly, but they could turn it on for me. Gave them 5 bucks, washed my sxs then the attendant wanted more money. He Said I took too long, but he never gave us a time card or a receipt. Kinda sketchy.
