Got a free coupon for an exterior wash but upgraded to the basic interior cleaning for 13$. They did not do most things advertised for the package I paid for. They didn't vacuum anything, my cupholders were not touched, there was dust everywhere that they supposedly "cleaned" and there was a solid white streak of something on my window that I can't get off with Windex. Seriously unimpressed and even amazed they could rip me off that bad. The only positive thing was a guy with dreadlocks who worked in the wash was very nice. I would have been better off not using the coupon for the free wash

Today they AGAIN didnt finish cleaning up my SUV. My dash was still dirty. My back windows weren't cleaned at all. The trunk that was part of the ultimate wash wasn't done. They rushed us out and it wasn't busy at all. So tell me please why do I give them chance after chance to get things correct? I have coupons that I need to finish. Maybe I'm just getting on the bad workers or new workers regardless NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Paid for top package. They didn't wipe cup holders or vaccum inside or trunk. Called and spoke to a supervisor who told me I could come back get it inspected.. so waste more of my time. The outside was nice and clean but I won't be coming back after they clean it properly

They do not do a good job cleaning a vehicle in my opinion. A lot of things missed even when I bought the top package. They did not wash the top of my truck for whatever reason. They claim it was too high, ummm then do it by hand???? Better off to do it your self.

Horrible service. Just got our car cleaned through the supreme package and as we left the facility we noticed a bird feces stain that they had not removed (and why we took our car there to begin with). We brought the car around to show them and the supervisor was called. We addressed our concern and all he had to say was ‘it wasn’t there when you left’. He wasn’t there when the car was done, not sure what he was referring to. It was a simple wipe down they had to do, but no customer service here at all. In fact he was only rude, accused us of lying, and asked us to leave. All in all we spent $45 on a car that was still not clean. Would not recommend this at all, I would rather go to Great Canadian Car Wash. They have been great.

Awful. Brought my car there to be cleaned before selling.. clarified 3 times that the package I had purchased wouls include vacuuming the trunk. Trunk was not vacuumed.. still sand in my backseat and large obvious spots of dust missed on the dash. For a $40 carwash I expected a good job. I tried to contact management and got no call back. I tried calling again the next day (by this point I no longer owned the vehicle) and they refused to do anything to rectify the problem.

Staff were very friendly considering it was my first time there and I was new to their process. The "Exterior Wash" package effectively removed all the visible salt from my F-150. The wash bay where the staff drive your vehicle through and do their work has lots of windows to the waiting area so you can see everything that is going on as they work. Horrible service. Paid for full package, got home and took sunglasses off to see most of the work wasn't done (seems the staff is going for quick instead of thorough) The car was vacuumed and the dash wiped and that was all I could tell of the interior "cleaning." Nothing else was wiped off or out. Called immediately and was told to "let them know the next time you come in and we will be sure to do it right." I should have been asked to come right back so they could do the job I already paid for, not just expecting I would go back there and waste more of my money after that. I will never go back.

Extremely disappointed! Worst $30 I ever spent in my life. Wanted to try and surprise my Dad and have his truck cleaned. Wow I got surprise alright. Worst cleaning job ever. They didn't even vacuum the vehicle or wipe out the cup holders. Clearly this place is mismanaged and the employees don't care. Would have given 1 star is zero stars was not an option. Avoid this place like the plague.

$42 for the supreme which if you want to spend the max and get minimum, this is the package for you. Where I had to get them to clean the doors. And shapes in the console means it cannot be wiped. Around the shifter is a pockets of dust and half wipe streaked. They only wipe, no spray. 2 years later. The quality was poor again, had to ask them to clean around the trunk and actually dry the sides of the seats. Do not recommend.

This was my first and last time going to Central Car Wash on Central in Thunder Bay. Because this was my first time at Central, I wasn't sure which package or add on's to get for the specific clean I wanted (I have a bad habit of opening the door with my foot, leaving the bottom of the inside of the driver door dirty from my shoes). The employee at the front (where you pay for the service and gas) was rude and told me she didnt know what package I should get. She showed me the green sheet that has all the details, but when I went to take it from her (because I thought she was offering it to me to read) she yanked it away and said that someone else at the car wash will give me the green sheet!? So I drove through and explained what I wanted cleaned to another employee and then asked which package or add on should I do to get the areas of my car cleaned. She point to the Supreme package, and I DOUBLE CHECKED with her that the INSIDE of the doors would be cleaned. They weren't. I was told by an ex-employee of Central that what I paid for and what I got was completely wrong and underwhelming. I drove off thinking they did a good job, but went into my back seat to find the area completely covered in dust (see picture with dust). I then decided to look around and sure enough, they didnt vacuum everywhere (the second picture with the garbage is the view from the driver seat). They vacuumed my floor carpets and vacuumed SOME of the stuff under my seats... but there was still a lot of dust and garbage that the ex-employee told me they had different vacuum endings to reach with. It's like they didn't want to bother changing out the vacuum end's to complete the clean. I paid for the supreme package. I feel like I paid 40$ for a regular 14$ car wash. Waste of money. I ended up cleaning the rest of the car myself which was painful because I have 2 shoulder injuries. I ended up cleaning my doors myself, all my seats (none of which were wiped down AT ALL). I was told to go to Central by a couple of people who got the Supreme package and who raved of a job well done. There weren't that many cars around and they had plenty of time to do a more detailed cleaned for the price I paid for. I went to Central Car wash on Friday May 10th 2019 EDIT: I am trying to attached 2 photos. I apologized if you don't see them. I've attempted to attach them multiple times

If you value your vehicle, avoid this car wash. I brought my new 2019 in for its first ever cleaning and watched as my car was aggressively lined up onto the track. The staff member used the roller bumpers to line up the car, as opposed to driving it in straight. The shift supervisor acknowledged my concern and addressed the staff member. Too little, too late. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth and dozens of scratches on my month old car. Good job central, I’ll never be back. ????

We got a car wash card when we got a new-to-us car. In regular times you drive up, park the car, leave the keys, go and pay, and then watch the employees work on your car. Amazing! They look like they are upgrading your service for free. Now (March 2021) you drive up, pay the attendant (via Square - debit and credit), stay in your car, have the fun of going through the wash (with your car in neutral). I especially appreciate the hand drying.

We've been on a 30-day road trip and our Jeep was filthy! We drove to Thunder Bay on the Trans Canada Highway from Win Oleg, and there was a section of the highway that was dirt. They washed our Jeep twice because it was so dirty! They are very conscientious and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning our Jeep.

This car wash place is a hidden mist... they exterior wash is great, but a little pricey than average. I have stopped getting my interior cleaned from them. I have experience more than 10 times that they have missed cleaning the cup holders or the gear box panel or cleaning the rear view mirror. I have ended up having to go back to them to get it properly cleaned. Now I only go to this place as my last resort..

Stopped before heading to airport. Paid to have wash and wheels dressed and was given an upgrade due to being there before 10 am. Left $5 tip before jumping in and leaving. When I got to the airport noticed the tires where not dressed and the inside cab left lots to desire. I don't have time to call and return after reading other reviews. Just a heads up to be aware of.

After i noticed my keys were off the key chain in two piceces no one even told me they were broken i had to say something and the employee still did not own up to the wrong doing even the manager told me that the keys had wear and tear and it was my fault that this happened the key was literally broken off the key chain plastic piece was shattered.Worst customer service I have ever had and then told me I handed it to them broken now I am out a 300 dollar key and they still got my money as long as they are happy clearly the customer does not matter to them be carefull going to this place. If they treat your keys like this I wonder how they treat the cars first time going here and I will never be going back to this establishment! They don't even earn one start wish I could put zero stars extremely disappointed.

I was very disappointed and now pissed off with the car wash service, I have used this service 3 times and thought they would respect my vehicle and or inform me of any damage!! WELL NOT I left there and the next day noticed they had dented MY ROOF , the roller went wrong and left grease marks and more than one dent :( now how to get help to fix - they denied any damage! I will never and my family will NEVER use them again !!! I AM VERY UPSET WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. they don't deserve even 1 star

Customer service is a joke to these people. The supervisor is rude and unprofessional. You will be way better off going to any other place. After I got my car washed, I noticed a spot that still had gunk. Turned the car around literally as soon as I exited the door and brought it back. The guy gets his supervisor who proceeds to call me a liar, and tells me that it wasn't there when they cleaned the car. All I was looking for is for them to wipe it off so I could be on my way. I got the most expensive cleaning option, and after they were done there is still dirt underneath the mats. Only I can't go back now because the supervisor asked me to leave. Literally the worst place ever. I will walk around with dead fish in my coat for a month, before I ever go back to this place!! What a joke for a business!

Great place for a car cleaning. We opted for the "ultimate" and were very pleased with the result. Our vehicle was immaculate inside and out after not more than 15 minutes in the wash bay. There was time to grab a coffee and relax in the customer lounge to wait. It was done before my coffee! The facility is very well set up for Covid concerns with lots of spacing and we both felt very safe. I would highly recommend the Central Car Wash. Great service and friendly staff.

For a car wash its one of the best and quickest! Hard working guys(when I was there). The truck I had washed is a company vehicle I use to look hydro tower foundations, so it gets put through the wringer everyday! Its going into a shop for some maintenance over the holidays and I didn't want the summers mud plus now the frozen caked on ice and snow for the poor guy to contend with not to mention the interior was as muddy as could be....I'm super happy with the job the fellas did on the old girl. Plus in the store they have all kinds of lights and beacons to see animals at night. Thanks again guys!

Terrible experience. We purchased the most expensive option and couldn’t have been any more disappointed. Car wasn’t cleaned well, so we returned and were given a hard time about what they are responsible for cleaning. After a quick conversation, we went through the wash again and the car was still covered in streaks and dirt. After leaving, we went home and cleaned the car for a while to supplement the cleaning from central. We noticed a floor mat was missing. We called and were told that we could come and watch the camera. The next day, the car smelled horrible. Overall, very disappointed and unhappy with the service, experience, and quality of central carwash.

This was my first experience with central car wash and I was generally not pleased with the service. They left a bunch of dirt and dust on my dash and other viable areas that needed a quick wipe down . They also did not do a good job of cleaning out my cup holders. I feel like $44 was not worth it. I occasionally use the service, I’ve come to expect mediocrity at best. This time they actually did a pretty decent job for the most part until they vacuumed the back seat, and then to vacuum the floor they took a pair of nasty construction boots that were on a small plastic matt and put them on the back seat - its now way worse and I have to get the upholstery cleaned. I then left and presume they spent the rest of their shift eating crayons and licking windows.

I have been a steady patron of this establishment for the last five years,(usually once a month minimum) with realistic expectations my experience there is generally good...the staff is always kind and cortious, but the last two visits I have been pretty disappointed in the quality of work. I wasn't that impressed with the detailing job running boards were still dirty looking and I had to ask to have them cleaned again and I found spots that could have been buffed better. The interior was ok but the drivers side carpet could have been washed better. I still have salt marks on this side. It looks like a rush job to me. For almost $400 dollars I'll go buy a buffer and do it myself. Too expensive for the service provided.

I went to CCW last fall prior to purchasing a used vehicle so my trade-in would fetch the highest price. I ordered the highest priced package (got an early morning discount/upgrade) and watched as cleaned the interior (best as one can from 35 feet away). While not great cleaning, they did what appeared to be a reasonable job. So while waiting for my paperwork and plates to be processed on my new vehicle, my wife and I decided to take a look for a new car for her (at another dealership). On the way we swung by CCW to get her vehicle cleaned as her vehicle is her 2nd office and it needed a good cleaning. I dropped off the car and told the staff I was going to Outlaws next door for a burger... Well this cleaning was a fail. The cup holder (that has a removable rubber insert in it) were still sticky with old soda, vacuuming was hit and miss-they hit what was easy, they missed edges and under seating. Yes the car was in need of a cleaning but 1) we brought it in completely empty of all contents and 2) it’s a Fiat 500 Sport so it’s the smallest car out there so one would think less to vacuum, less glass, and only 1cup holder to clean... no I didn’t complain as I really didn’t have time to go back a second time and I was several miles across Tbay and would have had to challenge rush hour traffic... So, if you use CCW, double check the cleaning quality before driving off...

Service was friendly however terrible wash! Also, brush bent my antenna and caused damage to the antenna base. Would not recommend going to this touch car wash. Better off going to a touch-less car wash or doing it yourself.

Quick and efficient service. Just don't pay above the Special Wash price ($28-ish). I've been here twice and paid for the Supreme Wash ($43, tax incl.), both times I received the same service as I would have gotten if I'd paid $15 less.

Based on their online presence I thought that I would be getting a reasonable hand wash and interior clean, especially for the premium price they charge. Instead I got a very poor machine wash out of an old school brush wash! My car came out dirty and the "manager" came out and rubbed the dirt into my paint before taking it back through the machine. The interior hadn't been cleaned at all even though I had paid for that service. I just took my keys and left after the second time through the machine even though my car was still dirty. They stripped the paint off of my rims (not something that they're liable for according to the disclaimer posted after its too late to change your mind!) and they took paint off of the body of my brother's car. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR CAR!
