The service was friendly and the job they did was great. The VIP package took about 45 minutes to complete and there was 2-4 people working on it the whole time. The price was $100 which I feel was good for the end product. The lounge was comfortable and had some snack options for purchase. I will be back..

There should be a no stars button paid $26 for a wash with all the add ons already knew my car has scrashes and what scrashes they were and i came out from it to check my car cause i am picky with the way it gets washed. I found more scrashes in my clearcoat then when i went in there with they also took some paint off my rims and they didn't dry the car fully or right at all i could still see the stuff from the car wash that was not rinsed off at all and when they guy dryed my car windows off they were streaky i will not be going back to them ever again

I was very disappointed. I called ahead to make an appointment to have my car detailed and washed. I wanted the best package I could buy. They told me they couldn't make time for the top package and suggested the VIP. You would think that you would get the next best package if it was recommended by the company, especially called a VIP package. I said I wanted everything done on it, expect shampoo the carpet. "Their Suggestion, because they didn't have time". I pick my car up after 3 hours and notice that the outside body, has bugs and dirt all over it. The inside seat has mud on it and down near the petals is muddy. When I inquire about it, I told I have to ask for extra bug cleaning. Even though I asked for the top of the line that they could give me. Note to future customers, explain everything and ask about everything, don't believe that you may receive a VIP experience, It wasn't close.

A very welcome addition to Kingston and a wonderful service for drivers with mobility impairment - the entire experience, including the purchase at the beginning, is drive through. Prices are comparable with similar services at other locations. A range of additional detailing options is also available, although you do need to get out of the vehicle for some of them, Very pleasant staff, starting with the purchase booth and ending with the hand polishing folks. Aqua provides great service at a reasonable price.

I usually like this place. Today when I was there it was very obvious there was bird dirt on my driver's window. When they did the pre wash the guy barely put any water on my car and barely used his brush.. certainly did not do my window. I went through the wash, none of the brushes touch that part of my car. The wipe down after, did not get the dirt either. I had pointed out tge spit to be cleaned... I'm not impressed today!

My hard earning $192 charges for exterior wash and interior spray and wipe. Not worth of my money! I would 2 for the quality of service. That is even only for the employees, poor hard working int.students. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, rather do it yourself using your home vacuum. Lessons learned!

I got the basic in n out and the outside looks great. But the inside couldve been a little better. I understand it only says wipe down the console area and the windows but while they're at it they should do the doors... I'm already seeing dust flying everywhere and I just left. The vacuum was not the greatest but it's better than it was before. I'll come back if I'm in need for a desperate cleaning but I wouldnt choose here as a regular spot.

I have been to Aqua car wash three times and LOVE it! Great, smiling service, and a clean car! The establishment is well set up. It is never busy when I have come so I am in and out in about 20 mins. The cleaners are very personable and management very accommodating. The bathrooms are sparkling, too!! I recommend this car wash. Prices are also reasonable.

I wish 0 stars were an option. I'm not sure if its because they are new or if it is just incompetence but after paying $120 ($20 more because of my vehicle type which was not advertised) to get my interior and exterior cleaned I found a large scratch all they way down my passenger door. After calling to say that this happened, I was told that it was "impossible" that it happened there and that I must not have noticed it before. As someone who washes their car weekly and takes extremely good care of it, I would have noticed a scratch of that size beforehand. Not to mention my partner noticed it as she was getting in without me mentioning anything had happened. As for the actual cleaning, it was mediocre at best. Certainly not worth $120. The one employee mentioned how clean the car was already and so it shouldn't have been a difficult job and yet they did only about half of what was advertised. they left cleaner all over my windshield so it was spotty, the left rear quarter panel is still streaky with wax because it wasn't dried properly, the door jams were supposed to be cleaned and they weren't, the dash should have been cleaned and yet my instrument cluster was just as dusty when I brought it in, and they black accent pieces were also left streaky with cleaner. I had to go home and finish the job I overpaid them to do. Save the time and money and do it yourself. They promote 40 minutes or less but I would have preferred to have waited for them to do it properly.

I paid for the aqua vip service that cost $86.99. Car ended ishclean, the black letter ended with white shades. I'm giving 4 stars because we noticed an spot that wasn't clean ( photo) and the manager said : we don't do headliners (but is stated in the website), so is not included when you paid >$79.99?

We often get our main car cleaned once a year after winter is over. We missed it last year due to, oh, a pandemic, so when we saw Aqua had opened we thought we would try them for a change. Pleasantly surprised by this place. I saw the basic wash was only $10 so I came by. While it was the bare minimum, I was surprised by how good the wash was and that a guy would shammy dry the water specs off the car so it stayed looking clean. If you do have bug goop on the front of your car I would suggest upgrading or getting the bug removing add on for $4. The basic wash removed most of them but that’s not a complaint - I knew what I was getting. Staff were good, the kid hat dried my car was very polite as well. The facility is very big and modern. Was also glad I could stay in my vehicle the whole time - some of these large car washes at least used to make you walk through until the car was cleaned.

Guys, just take a day off and clean your car by yourself. There’s a 90% chance that you’ll be disappointed by going here and wasting your money. You wouldn’t know the difference if your car’s already in good shape. But, mine wasn’t and I can say they don’t do their job as they say. I didn’t pay $100 , but I did pay $50 for the services I wanted them to do and now I’m sure that I can clean it by myself under $10. I can bet anyone that it’ll be way cleaner than the $60 I just paid. Upon arrival, the owner said that we wouldn’t clean the cup holders for $60. But, they didn’t even clean the stuff that I paid for and I can prove it right away. The money they charge for the services, consider paying a little more to your employees, they might do a better job next time.

Didn’t realize they “new” place used rolling brushes. Car washes have been going touchless and this place decided to go back in time to a horrible way of washing your car. Any nice car will have their paint/clear coat scratched from the bristles and just wait till winter when your behind a filthy truck. All that grime will be on the brushes as it cleans your car. Person drying car did a horrible job, water spots everywhere. Too bad, could have been a decent place. Kingston also doesn’t have the volume for this type of operation. Good luck tho

They are quick. Buy 5 washes, get one free. They spray extra dirty areas before going through the automatic wash. At the end of the car wash they hand dry areas that remained wet after the blower. You can get washes that include rain x.

This is new to Kingston so wanted to give it a go Staff is friendly, and prices are comparable to those of other Drive Through Car Washes in Kingston. I paid the extra for the bug Remover, which in my opinion owning a black car was well worth the extra $4 ( I've had to go through washes twice in the past to remove the dirt properly and not have the dreaded swirls left on the surface). Would recommend and will visit again. Happy with the service

Got the highest package for a car wash. My car was left super shiny from the lava wax and it lasted quite a long time. I do wish I could get the inside door jams wiped down as an add on but it was not available.

Visited this place for the first time today, staff were very friendly and cleaners were amazing little worker bees!! With a years worth of salt, sand, dirt etc I walked away with a car that was like new again! I forgot how gorgeous she was!!! In and out in 40 min or less, 3 men powering through it in no time! Manager went over it with a fine tooth comb, aka flashlight review! If you haven't got the time or the energy for car cleaning, let these guys bust it out for ya! Worth every penny!!

I read some pretty nasty reviews about Aqua Car wash in Kingston. I was nervous about having my 2014 Grand Caravan cleaned here. However, the cleaning was very professionally done and several workers worked on it. The van is spotless and it was a mess as i had just taken possession and the previous owner had not kept it clean. Upsold an exterior car wash for bugs but did not clean it at all. Rather go for the minimum, it serves the same purpose. Update and reply: Sorry, I couldn't make my commrnt clear enough. I was offered that upgrade for like additional $4 and I took it. Had to sit inside my car throughout the cleaning process so couldn't check but when I reached home, I had to clean the bugs from the front grill myself. So, NO.. I WON'T RECOMMEND others to go for it.

Highly recommended! I gave my car the VIP treatment after a muddy summer with my great dane puppy. The team did such a great job on my CRV. I have a vacuum but it was no match for my dogs short fur that gets super stuck in fabrics and carpets of cars but the guys worked hard to get every hair out and my car smells so clean now. Great prices too. I am very impressed and will definitely be back!

We started using Aqua Car Wash soon after they opened. Our neighbour showed us their sparkling car and said you have to go and try it yourself. Their express detailing is excellent and the guys work fast. We recently had their full bumper to bumper done on a car we acquired from a family member. The four year old car looked like new after they were finished. I highly recommend this business. They are really friendly and their pricing is fair. I haven’t been to a gas station car wash since they opened.

I got the treatment royale. I brought my Flex in. It has a black inside and I have a white dog that likes to shed. I told him do the best you can I dont expect miracles. The reviews are bang on. My vehicle after spending close 120.00 was not clean. Seats were still dirty and sand and rocks from winter were still everywhere. The guys that cleaned it were polite, the owner or manager or whoever it was, was not. No people skills, stood behind the guys doing the work and micromanaged them while playing on his phone. Did nothing himself. Big waste of money. My Explorer truly was not clean. My floors and seats were not clean. The hard to get to areas were avoided. Dashboard etc was clean, windows were clean, but the reason I went was for the hard to get to areas. Very disappointed and I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Also, I left and within 30minutes my low tire pressure came on. I went to KalTire and I had a screw in my tire, a screw used for roofing the guy said. I went back to double check, and yes, they were having work done on their roof and siding. Can't prove it and really not their fault I GUESS, but still frustrating as my 120 wash now cost me 165. Avoid this place at all cost. OH, and like the one guy said here on the reviews, look closely at the reviews, looks like a lot of fake reviews. Many reviews with 5 stars have no comments or like 4 words...and are left in the same week. Obviously people working there or family friends or even people paid to spike up reviews. About 9 reviews seem very fishy....factor those in and this review score is below 3. Go to any of the other 20 detailing places in this city. This place won't be in business very long

Terrible customer service from management or owner. My small Nissan Juke is considered a hatch back/compact small suv. It is a small vehicle. I had scheduled a Car Express Works detailing. Which includes the interior and car wash (trunk not included). I was charged the SUV/Truck price with tax comes to $60. The staff member I spoke to said because my Juke is considered a small SUV he thinks its' justified to charge me the same price as a truck and full SUV. Rip Off !!!!! Price should be decided by size of vehicle and time spent. The man who I dealt with was disgustingly rude and knew full well he was ripping me off and enjoyed doing it. I do not recommend Aqua Car Wash to anyone. Go somewhere where they truly appreciate their clientele. They didn't even inform me they were charging me more and then to get angry when I noticed and confronted them. A small crossover should not be in the same category as a Ford Escape or F-150!

This is the ONLY car wash in Kingston with this level of service for regular washes. We used to get our interior exterior done all the time in Burlington when we lived there but when we moved here, the only options were a full detail for around $200 or a gas station or coin wash. Aqua really filled a void for us. Plus, these guys remember us. I mean, they know who we are and are always really friendly. They really do take customer service and quality to a whole other level. Just a really great place with excellent staff obviously managed very well. This is a business reminiscent of “the good old days” where quality and service were priorities. They want your business and are willing to work extra hard to get it.

Always an amazing result at Aqua Car Wash. The premium Wash is the way to go and includes hot lava wax and tire shine! And finishes with a hand dry. They use clean soft microfibre cloths with each vehicle. The wash got 99% of the dirt off, but gentle enough that none of the multiple decals around the vehicle were damaged. 5 star will always recommend!!

They just want your money and don't care about doing a good job. Gave the kid $10 tip before he even started and they still didn't do a good job. They left water Mark's, streaks on the windows and stains on the dash and console. I asked the owner if they could run the vaccuum over the trunk mat quickly and it was like I was asking for a huge freebie! It would have taken 30 seconds, probably less. Poor value for what I expected! They get 1/5 ⭐ rating from this guy! I won't go back.

They broke my F150 truck driver side mirror. I was there like an hour ago. They broke it and all I asked at that time was glue to fix it… they guy wouldn’t give me the glue to fix it…. The little thing had less than half in it and they wouldn’t give me the glue nor even apologized for the damage they did… never again!

This place is definitely slowing down on quality of service for lower end wash, they use to be pretty good at drying your vehicle by hand on your way out but lately they have left behind a fair amount of water and dirt and it has reflected in the tip I leave. Do not use this detailing service. They are scammers! I had a gift card for interior exterior detailing given to me by my brother and family. Upon arrival I handed it to the owner in the folder and after looking at the card he handed the folder back saying I was to pay later. When I returned to retrieve my car I pulled out the folder from my purse where it had been placed when he handed it back to me earlier in the day, only to find the gift card missing. I had gone home and been nowhere else since dropping the car off that morning. The owner shouted at me and was unwilling to try to look up the sale even though it was known when it was purchased and by who on which credit card. I ended up paying for the service and he threatened to charge me $100 for having to come in to his own business to deal with the problem I had created. This business owner does not know the meaning of customer service and common courtesy. He had seen the card but refused to even attempt to be helpful. Given his very inappropriate response I suspect he took the card when I initially handed him the card in its original folder.

I went there for my car wash but some kinda men came over and he was like where you all standing that place is meant for my customers nd he was very rude instead of greeting he was acting abnormally.not friendly environment will never go there and never let mah friends go there.

I just went to this place for the first time and got the Aqua In & Out express interior package. These guys know how to run a car wash. Fantastic service and great bang for your buck. And the exterior clean beforehand is actually ‘touch’ compared to 95% of other car washes in Kingston that are ‘non-touch’ and do a less thorough job. This is definitely my new go-to spot.

Not pleased with the car wash and detailing not only was the job unfinished it was rushed and not worth the 112$ I spent. They left the windshield wiper blade off causing issue while driving and falling off in the middle of the road and the washer bent my antenna. Do not recommend VIP service it’s not worth a cent do it yourself

(My car was not dirty to begin with) It’s now an hour and 45 minutes later and it’s still not done. 3 other cars getting the same treatment have come and gone. No apologies for how long it’s taking. ***First of all, go see the reviews. To many reviews from the last name Singh. Can you say FAKE REVIEWS, family member reviews to drive the score up*** Why are we unable to leave 0 stars? I paid $99 for an exterior and interior cleaning. It was suppose to be $79, but SUV’s (Yukon) are $20 more I was told. OK I could live with that if my vehicle after spending $113, was clean. My seats were folded down in 3rd row as I wanted them to get the sand off from the hockey bags. ½ the sand was gone, but NOT EVEN CLOSE to being clean. Worst part, they never folded the seats up and the entire 3rd row was still very dirty. Is it too much to ask to have them put up the seats? Also, between ALL the seats, the small cracks I can’t clean myself, were barely touched. The passenger side seat had some chocolate from a muffin or donut on it. The flyer states seats will be cleaned, NOPE, my seats might have been vacuumed for 5seconds each. The chocolate was still on the seat. I took a rag at home and some vinegar/water and cleaned it in less than 30seconds. Is that not what I paid $113 for, for them to clean it? DO NOT GO HERE. I can honestly say that I could have cleaned my vehicle just as well, if not better with a proper vacuum which I do not have, in 1 hour. (it took them 40minutes, 3 of them). Just HORRIBLE and the worst money I have spent in a long time!

One of the more affordable car washes. Decent wash but would like a little more water pressure. There’s a few add ins you can do but the cost would add up. Still the hand dry part is the best thing about it since water specs often show up with other car washes.

This operation advertises 'hand dry' but that is not what occurs. Worker wipes vehicle very quickly taking less than a minute. Water droplets are left on mirrors, doors or wherever. When you point out the problem they are defensive and annoyed. False advertising is not good business practice.

For what it costs, I expect a thorough cleaning of the inside of the car. The side plastic boards around the door could be cleaner and the console could have been better vacuumed.

A new type of service to Kingston. A touchless car wash which is also a brush wash where you need to ask for your preference. Also a place to get your car's interiors, an express clean. Been there twice with excellent results and a learning curve for me. I learned a significant difference between express cleaning and detailing. Detailing is a lengthy process invoving meticulous workmanship which is time consuming and in the hundreds of dollars. Express cleaning service which they provide, is not detailing and certainly not at the high price of detailing. The end result is still a clean car. They will provide you the services of detailing if you wish, just review their flyer on the options of intensity of cleaning you prefer. I chose an option under $75.00 and was very happy with the attention paid to the finer items like dirt in seams. I will be returning to keep my ride in the condition i would like without me having to do the work. Just give yourself a heads up and learn about services provided before expecting high end services that you didn't pay for.

Paid for premium with wax. Had to ask for my car to be taken through a second time, marks on windows and car. Had to fight for it. Was told that machines wouldn’t get rid of things that had been there too long - regularly wash my car. Was only given basic wash second time through. I said that I paid for wax and was told that wax would not wash off when I went through again!! Dirt remains under spoiler, said they couldn’t clean under that!

Rudest person at the front. Using aggressive language and saying extra costs for services that were not mentioned on the website. Said if he was going to be this rude, I would like my money back. Then accused me of not handing over a receipt that they never gave me. The manager who came was just as rude. Luckily I got my money back. Also watch for hidden fees, extra charges and fine print if you are silly enough to use this service. DO NOT GO HERE!

I brought my car to to be detailed because my dog threw up in my car. I explained this to the staff and showed them the areas of my concern. When I dropped the car off at 8am they said it would be done around 12 and they would call me to tell me, around 12:30 I called them and they said it would be ready at 1:30. I show up at 2pm to pick the car up and there is no one present in the store front to pay or to get my keys from, I had to walk out onto the shop floor only to be told by the staff to walk out to the kiosk and ask the attendant out there for my keys and to pay. After getting my car home and taking a closer look at it they did not remove all the stains from the areas I had shown them at drop off. I paid close to $200 for this service and I will never be back. The staff are unprofessional and the work completed was not even close to satisfactory.

I used the Aqua VIP service to sell my used car and they did a lovely job. I sold my vehicle the next day at asking price. I subsequently took in my other vehicle to get it cleaned up to put away for the winter. Again, they did an exceptional job. You need to be careful when you choose the package .They did not mentioned the difference in price between 4 door car , SUV ,and caravan.If you choose basic They add extra money for Caravan . Vacuum did not include the trunk you need to pay extra $10 .bottom line it was bad experience .You did not get the service you paid for it. and I am not happy at all.

Absolutely will not be coming back. Started out with me going up to booth to pay. I asked for basic wash which then I was told that it was only a simple spray and wash, nothing special.. so I went with the option 3 dollars more, ok so that's fine but then I was approached by what only I'm assuming is the owner ( no people skills, no smile) he told me that the small tool box in the back had to be taken out because it could harm the car wash, so I got out and put it in my back seat. He then came up to my window with a couple very small pieces of gravel.. he then told me I will not be going through until I clean them all out ( and not politely but rudely) .. at this point I wanted to ask for my money back but complied and picked up the very fine pieces of gravel. Went through the car wash and wasn't very impressed, for someone who washes my truck every few days. Came out spotty and dirty still. Friendly personality and politeness go a long way but got nothing. Was treated like I was trying to sabotage his business. Wouldn't recommend.

I arrived and the service was nice, but unfortunately the interior detailing was terrible. I went in with promising leads that your company would do a good job. My vehicle interior looked like it had barely even been vacuumed. It was left with dirt streaks and the seats were worse than when I arrived. Definitely not a $100 value. I am a student with very little spare time and had to leave right away to get to class otherwise I wouldn't have left, I would've gone inside to rectify this situation.
