Willy's has repaired both of our vehicles. No matter if it's a large reair or just a fender bender, Patrick (Manager) always goes the extra mile. For example, when fixing the rear bumper after a rear-end collision, I wondered if Willy's would add fog lghts to my front bumper and I would pay them beyond the ICBC claim. They sourced out the parts in two seperate locations, had them sent to them then picked up a relay at Lordco and then installed the lights. I never thought they would even agree to installing the lights because it was a separate small job. The difference is that Willy's is family owned and operated and makes a committment to unheard of levels of customer service.

Above and beyond, for less If you're paying for damage yourself, go here. They charged me for my damaged piece of trim and to spray paint it, but buffed all the scratches around it for free, cleaned/polished my super-old looking headlights to perfectly clear, and my 14 yr old vehicle came out of their shop looking new. Ppl There were some paint chips that we knew weren't going to come out, so before leaving I asked him if the touch-up paint at Canadian Tire was any good. They made one up on the spot, matched to my vehicle, for free.

I had a dent repaired on my hatchback by Willy's in March 2019. I was able to be squeezed in during the week I was in Courtenay although they were busy. Patrick was fantastic to deal with, he gave me an estimate then suggested Canadian Dentman as an option. Steve at Dentman was not able to do it so I went ahead with Willy's. Patrick picked me up and dropped me off. The repair is perfect. As well my car was cleaned inside and out. I couldn't be more pleased! The price was also fantastic. I had gone to another collision place on 28th a few weeks earlier (fix it) and they wanted to charge me $700 more and wait a month! I highly recommend this place.
