Hate to give any company a bad rap but we come to this wash because it works so well.....but today it was a washing disaster. Our car was all milky colored and when we dried it by hand our clean microfiber cloths were dirty. :(

If your vehicle is marginally dirty, then this car wash does a pretty good job, but if it is VERY dirty, do not go through the touchless wash, it doesn't do a great job on extreme cases, use the wand wash instead. The touchless seems to miss a lot of areas like the mirrors and wheels, even with the top package. It is great for a quick wash or to get some salt off, but from my experience it has never left me with a sparkling truck. Nothing beats a good ol' hand wash I guess - but knowing that, it is perfect for that salt removal when you come down from the mountain, or some pollen removal in the spring.

It a touchless carwash. Cleans for $13.00 to $20.00. Does the job. Or you can use the powerwasher for half the price. Has vacuums and shampooer for cloth and carpet cleaning.

I love keeping my vehicles clean and tidy and in the Comox Valley this is by far my favorite self-service car wash. There are five self-service bays with two automatic touchless car washes. All of the bays run and operate wonderfully and the two automatic car washes do a great job. I have had no bad experiences with any of the car wash bays. The one and only time I had to call the number the owner and operator responded immediately and was Beyond pleasant. The wash bays are kept nice and tidy, all the vacuums, hoses and soap dispenses wonderfully.

Jetwash was effective and easy to use however I didn't seem to get very long for my $2.00. Thankfully I was only washing a motorcycle so it only just long enough.

I stopped in a few days ago to use this car wash and was met almost immediately by someone who later claimed to be the owner of the business and property owner, just to further qualify his suggestions on how I should use his facility. I parked apparently too far forward in one of the wash bays which according to this person, was a direct safety issue as I can be "run over" by someone exiting one of the wash bays and not paying attention while on their phone. He insisted that I move my car further back which I complied with. I thought it a bit strange but in thinking he had good intentions, went with it. I finished my wash and decided after to use their vacuum. I backed up slowly from where I was parked in the wash bay, having both cameras and sensors with cross traffic alert and backing up slowly, realizing that their vacuums were behind the car wash bays, I again slowly reversed and drove forward to their vacuums. Once again the owner/operator appeared suddenly and proceeded to harass me now by saying that I could have easily killed a small child by not complying with the arrows painted on the wash bays, and reversing from that wash bay. As a parent of two kids myself I cannot imagine a parent allowing their small child to run around a car wash unattended, but again I was very careful in visually looking around and very slowly reversed my vehicle making sure that the area was clear. As someone who has run a successful business, I can understand the amount of work involved and the satisfaction that comes from ones efforts paying off, but this guy is going just a little too far honestly! With regards to a response to this rating, please do not bother as you wont have to worry about me ever visiting your business again.

Two types of car wash services available here, one a fully automatic drive through and the other a washing bay principle. We often just use the quick drive through section when we come down from the Mount Washington Ski Hill with 'snirt' (snow-dirt) all over the car. It has 4 different options available depending on what you need. Very reliable service and extremely reasonable.

Terrible Experience - Terrible Customer Service. Dont bother asking the attendant for guidance or assistance of any form - he will speak to you in the most condescending disrespectful tone. After driving there from cumberland strictly to use their facilities after hearing they were great, I am thoroughly disgusted with their customer service.

Not just once but three times now, so its time for a review. I also think its overpriced. I am not spending another dollar there with the miserable staff you have.

Vacuumed out my vehicle here and shampooed the carpets. Unfortunately the screens are faded and the UV rays have made them essentially unreadable so I had no idea what they said. I put in money and hoped for the best. It felt like the vacuum short cycled the first time but the next two cycles seemed ok. Suction is adequate but not fantastic. Good enough to get the job done.
