Went for gas on Saturday and the girl working locked the door and put out sign back in 10 minutes now that is bull when you have at least 5 people waiting outside for service you need to have more than one person working at a time so this doesn't happen again, also she was very rude make some changes asap.

I just had a horrible experience with your employee manpreet. Your pump would not take my fleet card and she seemed annoyed that she had to do it from her till instead. She was loud and rude. Absolutely awful customer service. I have 7 vehicles that use esso fleet and i am considering switching.

I am regular customer in Mobil gas station. i am visiting the station from past 15 years and i find the staff very helpful especially there is a girl called Vipul. she is very kind and helpful all the time. I would definitely would like to her 5 * customer service and would like to recommend it to every customer.
