CSN-Reliable recently repaired my Kia Soul. From the moment I entered the office I was made welcome and offered a coffee. Details were taken easily. I was provided with a courtesy car in moments. A short time later, my car was repaired. The job was done well and I am a happy person. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

They fixed my truck after an accident, where I was hit on the rear axle which bent it. When I recieved my truck back, everything else was fixed except the axle. When I informed them, they insisted this was not because of the accident, and I would have to pay them to even look at it again, and pay them to fix it. The service was awful, and there practises seemed shady.

Professional, respectful of my time, and courteous even after the repairs were done! Had my car in an accident in 2019, and they quickly fixed it up (even straightening out my licence plate on the initial visit!) service was done, offered me a loaner/rides to and from the shop. Walked me through all the steps! Come two weeks ago (2021), looking through my paperwork I realized I had misplaced the invoice. Sent off an email and in 30 minutes had a copy! I hope to never have to deal with body damage on my car again, but I would take it here in a heartbeat! ????

I am so impressed by the whole experience with Reliable Auto Body Ltd. I live in Surrey and I'm dog sitting for my sister who is in Mexico. While driving my sister's car another vehicle sideswiped the front side of the car. The driver sped away and I was left in absolute shock with a scraped car! I was very upset and took it in to Reliable to see what they could do. Curtis said they could buff it out and all I had to do was get a paint touch up pen from the dealership. I brought it back to Reliable and in about 10 minutes the car was done and it is perfect! It was such a huge weight off and I am so delighted! I'm definitely moving here one day. I would recommend everyone with auto body issues to contact Reliable as their minds will be put to rest in the best possible way.

The front desk person was super friendly and knowledgable and directed me to someone who could assess my problem right away. They went above and beyond in fixing everything for me right away and I can't say enough good about my experience there - would definitely recommend.

CSN made my day today! I was really worried about my truck, the hood flew up while I was driving and bent and as a result wouldn't open and close properly. I made an appointment and was in the next morning. I dropped my truck off and an hour later it was done and to my great surprise I was told the repair was free of charge. WOW, I couldn't believe it, great service, friendly professional staff and then no charge for my repair. I will definitely be a customer for life!

Best body shop in the own, Our van had problem with back door when we traveled to Richmond, we took it to body shop in Richmond, they estimate at least $2000 to fix it, they said it need to fix a lots part include replace a new sensor ..... after came back to town ,my friend recommend me reliable auto body for second opinion, after 1 hour check, they FIXDED IT and with NO CHARGE! They said it don't need change part, they try to reshape the door and it was fixed!! unbelievable! will talk my car to them for any repairmen in the future, tomorrow will be hot day, i will delver box of freeze to you !! I brought in my Blue Honda Fit on February 20th 2018 after a parking lot hit and run left my back bumper in rough shape. I was quite upset because I took such good care of my car and had just paid it off in February. Reliable Auto Body did a beautiful job of making it look brand new again. The insurance coverage was arranged seamlessly and the courtesy car only taking 10 minutes to get the paperwork done and get me to work on time.
