We have been saved from expensive repairs by the fact that they check the vehicle over carefully and catch things before they turn into major repair work. DON'T GO HERE !!! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOME PLACE ELSE!! Wrong coolant was added after service replacement of Thermostat, 5 year orange Dex-Cool was supposed to be used instead of universal 2 year green. As result, radiator coolant has gelified which occurs when you mix two differing coolants. There is potential damage occurring to radiator, engine parts, water pump, coolant lines, transmission cooler lines. I noticed the jellifyed coolant at a third party auto shop where the truck was getting an oil change. They noticed the coolant was mixed and that it had jellified & suggested I do a proper flush. To add insult to injury, when asked about it, Gord at CARE AUTO was defensive & pointed the finger at the third party stating they upselled me. I assured him that I researched this issue with several professionals who agreed that the flush was needed as CARE AUTO mixed 2 different coolants. Gord, rambled about the 2 year universal green coolant and how it doesn't matter. Well Gord, it does matter, especially when the radiator coolant cap says Dex ONLY. Gord gave it some thought and ultimately decided not to take responsibility/accountability which goes against CARE AUTO mission statement "If something isnt right, we promise to make it right!" No responsibility No accountability Primitive Defensive Rude Unprofessional POEPLE OF THE INTERNET, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME PLACE ELSE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

THESE GUYS ROCK.I was on holidays when my brakes failed at the boat launch nearly ending my fishing trip.After being turned away from the brand name comp.Midas.Kal tire.canadain tire etc.these guys fixed the problem and I was on the road again.It was great to see private enterprise wining this time.Looking forward to recommending them.

Have been a long time customer of Gord’s at Care Automotive. I have a fleet of vehicles and they always keeps them well maintained and on the road. I have full trust and confidence in Matt and Gord to work on all my vehicles and haven’t had any issues 8 years I’ve been a customer. All repairs are performed on time and what I was quoted for. I find his best deal is an oil change. I recommend them as the cost is comparative to those fast oil change places. Except a real mechanic checks over the vehicle and can keep and eye on things and relay it to the customer. Thanks Gord your honesty and service is always Top Notch!
