Not disability friendly staff. If you are disabled or have a disabled person in your life you care about I'd recommend avoiding this location. I haven't been treated this poorly in years. My disability fluctuates and when I'm struggling I'm not on the ball. A staff member interrupted my request at the counter and lashed out at me... I look okay but have a hard time communicating at times. The other staff stood by and did nothing . I will never support this place again. I left without receiving the parts I needed, drove across the bridge and received outstanding care from another business. - I called Bumper to bumper to let them know and the manager was dismissive. Very disappointed not only in the staff that verbally attacked me but also the staff that watched as it happened.

Today again proved why I like this auto parts shop so much! These guys always treat me respectfully when I'm there to inquire or call about "car stuff". I'm not that savvy, and they have always made me feel like that didn't matter; they answer questions helpfully and I've always felt that it hasn't mattered that I'm a woman in a man'\s domain.

I had a really great experience at Bumper to Bumper, got offered assistance as soon as I got in and was helped by a very polite and knowledgeable older gentleman. He helped me find some light bulbs for my car as well as a bunch of different wire I was looking for. They've got a good selection, fair prices, and bonus points for having a military discount. The store is clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.
