Simply amazing. After many bad mechanics and years of terrible service from numerous brand names, Andy's Auto Center has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were recommend to me by a friend after other local mechanics couldn't find the problem with my vehicle. From my first call with them their service and attitude was excellent, their free shuttle service never felt like a chore, and the in-shop service is excellent with clear paper work, a clean environment, and nice attitude. Their diagnosis was quick and specific. Their email communications is the best I have ever seen - a breakdown of everything, with explanations and ways to resolve the problem. Then I get a 20 minute call with Andy talking me through and answering my questions. I was stunned. This level of communications and customer service is something I've not seen from any business in a very long time. Andy's is my new favourite place. Not only will I be returning, but I'll be urging friends to go there too. Five stars doesn't quite cover how well they treated me and how much respect they have for their customers. Thank you!

My partner and I were having issues at Mt Washington with a hissing noise in our car. Andy and his team carefully gave us instructions that helped us get off the mountain. Once we were at the shop they were all so helpful and very honest about the problem. Andy went above and beyond our expectations and fixed our old car. Would highly recommend his business. U had my car in your garage for a battery check my bill wasn't 750 dollars why wasn't in notified in its said funny in couldn't jump start it's you said it' was dirty terminals will have a chat in the morning

The front desk lady was super professional, kind and helpful. The auto shop also has a shuttle driver. He can drive anywhere you need to go and also pick you up. I was very pleased with the prices and how fast they looked at my car. I suggest going here if you have any issues with your vechile.

I went to Andy’s for an out of province safety inspection on my truck. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a curtesy ride home and picked me back up when the inspection was finished. Great service and very professional. I would go back for sure!
