I just wanted to write how happy I was that Theo and Steve were able to take my van to clean it on the day that I called them. I had spilled a significant amount of gasoline in the trunk in one place. It smelled so strong I called them the day after it happened. They told me to bring in the car that day 9 am and they kept it the whole day. I was so worried that they would not be able to get the smell out. When I picked up my car at 6pm that same day the smell was gone ! I was so impressed with how they kept at it doing the wash like 6 times throughout the day. I was so angry that there was gas spilled in my van but after seeing the results that their team did I was so so happy and very impressed. Theo and his brother are the best in the business I’ve ever seen. Costa is great and friendly also. They take care of my Porsche 911 and my Mercedes and make them shine /gloss and stand out more than 99% of the cars on the road. There hard work and dedication to this craft are incredible. I look forward to each visit to upkeep my machines. They’ve done an incredible ceramic coating that makes the car glimmer. Looks just breathtaking. And there is no exaggerations whatsoever. I was surprised and pleased with the excellent communication and attention I received from this company. Don't get that often anymore. Their response to my first inquiry was quick (even on a holiday weekend) and I had a quote within half an hour once I sent some photos back. Theodore came right to my house yesterday and completely the repair, very impressive, my nasty dent is gone. I will not hesitate to use him again if I need to. Had to edit this review as Google wouldn't allow me to post another, yet I felt so satisfied with Theadore and his team at PDR that I had to make sure I gave them the recognition they deserve. I suffered a dent, which became the pain of my existence, on my precious man toy. A 2020 BMW X4M which Theadore's team magically brought back to 100% perfect factory finish, without the slightest optical imperfection even under a magnifying glass, all in a matter of minutes with nothing more than elbow grease, some glue and suctions, magic spells and witchcraft. It blows my mind how they could restore a perfect finish without the slightest damage to paint or finish and to do it so quickly. If you have an expensive car, you probably love it and even the smallest imperfection will drive you nuts, but you probably also demand only the best white glove treatment and care for your precious toy. These guys won't disappoint.. they understand material properties, finishes and old school hand craftsmanship down to perfection, which are hard qualities to find in this day and age. Then there's the price... I cannot image better value... but you should really pay them double for the instant happiness they provide. 12/10.. thank you guys!! I couldn't possibly be more satisfied and grateful for your services.

I had big dent on my new sorento so i looked for pdr services because i didn't want to do a real paint job this would ruin my Aruba green color so i found this place with 5 Star reviews i went for estimation i met a young guy who took a picture and sent it to a guy named Theodore ( i think) and gave me a reasonable estimation . long story short the week after they did the job and it was amazing Theodore worked on the car but what impressed me with these guys that they are very professionals and polite they respect their customers i was amazed by their services from the moment you step in their beautiful establishment until the moment you step out i have never seen or received a service like this in my entire life . big thanks guys and keep up the great job .

From their initial friendly and professional customer service approach to their final end result of their work on my car, there is honestly nothing i can say bad about them. First time conducting business with someone in the auto business where they set and meet all expectations with regards to, quality of work, end result promise and total price quote which was the same from assessment. I had my doubts at first when I was quoted the initial price because I've shopped and they were considerably low compared to all others. I thought it was the usual "fish in the client" with low initial quote then by the end it's much higher. However, I paid exactly what the initial quote was not a penny more. 5 stars does not do this place justice, I wish I had a 6th star to give. Had a ding on my Range Rover from somebody carelessly opening their door onto mine in a public parking lot. PDR was able to get me an appointment within hours of my phonecall, the repair took 30minutes, there is no dent and the paint transfer scuff is gone. It is like nothing happened. Very professionally done. Now beyond the superior work they do and how accommodating they were, the real trait that separates this place from others are the people. It was clear from the beginning what genuinely good people they were, honest and kind. I would trust them with any project on any one of my vehicles. Wish I could give 10 stars. These guys are ARTISTS not technicians. They did a fairly impossible job for me. Not sure if they use normal tools or they do Magic. They mede a sharp dent on the curve of a double layer aluminum fender disappeared without any painting. NO. 1 IN THE CITY BY FAR.
