They only wash your call well if you have an expensive one with rims and all. The owner was always polite. ( i came a few times for inside out wash suv 35$) was poorly washed . Windows left half washed and most places visible in driver place left untouched. I came back because was in hurry and thought will do better but disappointed each time. Owner only brags about how many sports cars come there....not coming back. Do not recommend...

I figured out why when my vehicle dried out (because they didn't use a chamois). The interior was ok, but on the exterior a lot of places were poorly washed. Obviously (see photos) they haven't washed the roof. It was my first visit, and it will be my last. J'ai compris pourquoi lorsque mon véhicule a séché (car ils n'ont pas utilisé de chamois). L'intérieur était ok, mais sur l'extérieur beaucoup d'endroits ont été mal lavé. De toute évidence (voir photos) ils n'ont pas lavé le toit. C'était ma première visite, et ce sera la dernière.

Told the employee that I had a dog and the back needed vacuuming for dog hair. He said no problem. Waited for my car to get finished and the manager said that the car was done and charged me 30$. So upon inspecting I saw that the whole rear passenger seats wasn’t even touched. I politely said “I think they forgot to do the back seat”. The manager looks and starts yelling and arguing with me that for dog hair he charges customers 200-300-400 even 500$“. Literally his words verbatim. The employee was very kind and said that’s it’s not a problem it will take 2 seconds and that it was just hair nothing that bad at all. The manager wasn’t having it only because a cop car was inside and didn’t want to cause a scene. The employee took 5 minutes and it was done. Poor management. Will never return and don’t recommend.

I am impressed by this business! Today was the second time I used their services and they did a good job of cleaning the car, both inside and out. The interior smelled nice. The seats have been cleaned. And the carpet and interior protector are very clean. The outside is spotless and the front of my car, which was marred with so many insects, is now clean. But what impressed me the most is their honesty! Why? Because they found an envelope full of cash and brought it to me immediately! In fact, my wife lost this envelope and thought it was stolen while she was shopping. She was beating herself up daily for weeks now. Had they taken it, we would never have been the wiser. When she learned of this, my wife was ecstatic. And the staff did deserve a good thank you for this! Great job, Lave-Auto Thimens!!!

I go to wash my car and clean the dust inside, the car is very new, the staff start making water all over the interior, the owner or supervisor very rude, i paid 30$ to be insulted that i asked to dont destroy my new car interior, very bad service, the staff is trained to do it quick for the money not for client happines! Took one of our cars in for a full interior wash. I was greeted by the owner and assured that our car will be back brand new. After 4hrs at their servive, I was not disappointed. Our car was washed thoroughly, the seat stains were gone, wheels where shining, engine clean as new. Definitely will go back again, thumbs up!

Great interior shampooing for odour elimination! My car had a funny smell and without an appointment, I showed up and the owner gave a great price for the full interior shampooing. They even offered to wash and wax the exterior for 10$ more! I'm very pleased the smell is gone and it didn't take long at all. I dropped off the car and less than 4hrs it was out looking new and smelling fresh!

I had a special cleaning for my car. Even after i had to tell them to clean the spots. Instead of cleaning property, The owner said we don't have time on weekends. If you don't have time then why are you open??? Should complete what you are getting paid to do. I would suggest to find something better to tale care of your car.

I would give a Zero Star is it were possible. I asked for a Shampooing of the inside, he said full shampoo costs $140 - What I got instead was a shoddy detailing job. I rarely give bad reviews I prefer encouraging good business, but I have some advice to give here. I had bought a low mileage used car that I wanted cleaned throughouly. I was promised the best cleaning... They used an cleaning produce for sure but none of the corners were done and the storage box was never even touched. I spent two and a half hours cleaning after I picked up the car. What’s worse is the manager kept complaining that he lost money on this project and that it should cost $230! He never stops talking. The seats were shampooed, but not the ceiling. Inside the cup holders were untouched, they didn’t clean to the edges of dashboard or knobs. Dirt was plainly visible. I am sorry I didn’t take more photos of the dirt they left behind, I just wanted to clean up and I didn’t want to do an autopsy,

Came this morning to wash my van inn and out the owner comes to see my car then goes tell the employees something, he comes and tells me I need detailing and it will cost me $40 instead of $25. I just came for a regular car wash and vacuum.To bad for them they lost my business I wash my cars there regularly From now on I will go to Lave Auto Marcel Laurin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

If you take a few minutes to speak the owner (who is usually available) you will discover how much he is genuinely interested in looking after your car and how he takes his business seriously. I’ve detailed four cars here and regularly do my car washes here. They even took a nail out of my tire and recharged my battery this time. No need to go anywhere else.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon for my an inside-outside car wash & after the wash I told the owner that there are still cement on my car & he said he cannot tell his guys to remove them & asked me to come on Monday & that he will do that for free. I did not go as he was rude while saying that to me. He did not even replied me when I asked the difference between the 2 types of car wash service. I was charged for the expensive ones but the car was not cleaned well. It was my second time I went there. I won’t go there anymore & will not recommend this place.

Not sure where all the glowing reviews are coming from. This place is OK, but not spectacular. Only reason why I come here is due to distance from home. They don't really do a thorough job; there's dirt still at the border of my windshield. They don't use the pressured air hose well enough to properly dry your car, so when you come out there's still water all over your car which is an issue in winter, especially on the windshield. Stick to the regular $10 exterior wash. I paid $14 for the "special" and I still don't know what's the special ingredient that warranted the extra $4. Plus, not really a welcoming ambience either. Grumpy elderly supervisor/owner is constantly barking at the workers. And one time he was visibly upset at my preference to pay with Interac rather than cash as it was getting close to the end of the day, not realizing it's actually faster using the chip. My benchmark for a 5-star carwash is Auto Spa The Wash on St-Patrick in Lasalle. Now there's a crew that loves their job. It's just too bad I live so far away. (PS: I have no affiliation with them whatsoever. I just recognize good work when I see it).

I really don’t get the relatively good rating this carwash has. It was my first time there today and i am really disappointed. I took the « special » and it is horrible especially on the interior. I had foot prints on the back of the drivers seat and they are still there... what a waste of money. No wonder it does’nt take them 10 minutes to finish a car... I do ‘t recommend this place at all.

Very average, but if you need a quicky ok. Car always wet when i leave with side mirror spray, wheel spray, lower case not always done properly. Inside the doors akways wet. And when you leave the spot, the garage floor is full of oily water which you walk into your car. Bad drainage. Ibe been a bit harsh butits umits true.

I should have been smarter to not come back to this place after last years fiasco with the "anti rouille" treatment they did in my car, which basically consists of smearing an oil-grease mixture everyehere in the car leaving a complete mess. I went for a spring cleaning of my car and lo and behold, the service was as poor as you could imagine. I asked for armor all and wax which costs $25 and there was not a single trace of armorall anywhere, and wax? Forget about it. They are more focused in cleaning as many cars as humanely possible instead of focusing on doing a good job. I actually feel ripped off that I paid what their price board says of "$25 for exterior/interior+armor all+wax" and only got a somewhat decent exterior wash and a mediocre interior wash. I thought these guys would maybe improve their service quality but oh boy was I wrong again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Please avoid this business, don't give them your hard earned money. Your car deserves better.

I dont know what other people are on about. I live close by and always come to the carwash. The owner and staff are great. Even after moving to blainville and working in st agathe, this is the only carwash i bring my 4 cars to. I come here for carwashes, auto detailing in the spring and changing and storing my tires. I see most of the bad reviews are other middle easterners. Its a shame when your own people try to bring their community down while most great reviews are coming from non middle easterners. Again this is the only carwash i ever take my car to. the owner and his son are super nice and the young greek dude as well. I even once had liquid concrete dripping on the glass panoramic roof of my car that had dried while it was parked in an indoor lot and the owners son helped me gently get it out and buff it with some special product at no extra cost just out of kindness. As for the price. I have had friends pay way more at other car washes.

I loved my experience at this car wash. I was in and out in about 15 mins. The staff is awesome and the owner is one of a kind. I have a corolla and the car in front of was a brand new Maserati so I felt like I was in good hands. I am definitely going to recommend it to all of my friends. keep up the good work!

I just experienced the worst client service ever. Today was the first and last time here. After noticing the trunk was not vacuumed, the owner explained I had to pay 26$ instead of 22$. Fair enough ... these are his prices. I then mentioned I was getting my car cleaned prior to selling it. He responded by saying I should have booked an appointment during the week and not show up on a Sunday. I was shocked by his rude tone and then mentioned this was my first time in his establishment and probably the last. He then said : Good, I have 300 clients a day. I don’t need you. Leave now, you are slowing down my production line. Every hour cost my 200$. As I walk towards my car, I asked an employee the owner’s name. He said Ahmed. I then asked the owner his name... he said Nabil. Need I say more?

Not a bad car wash but in all honesty the interior cleaning is superficial. Have yet to find a place that really cleans the interior well. Price is well worth it for the exterior cleaning though. Their assembly line style works very well resulting in faster service than other hand car washes.

I always go to Lave-Auto Thimens for the cleaning of my vehicles. They do a good job for the price you pay. Good to go early in the morning as the staff is more fresh and are less busy, and do a better job, and not really a criticism, but just what I noticed. If you want a good detailing job, they are certainly worth the extra cost to wax buff, or shampoo the carpets. also they change and store tires, so it is much easier then going to the dealer. They are extremely flexible and always ready to take care of your vehicle. What I appreciate the most, is the pride they take when you go to pick up your vehicule, as they present it to you knowing that they have done a good job. Thank you!
