Friendly guys there! They did a pretty good job, only reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because they take cash only. I would probably visit more often if they took debit, cash is starting to become a thing of the past, its time businesses recognize this if they want to attract more customers, soon paying with android pay or apple pay will become the preferred method.

I took my car there for a wash... cash only, so I had to walk all the way to the bank in front, and to top it all up, THEY SCRATCH MY HOOD AND TRUNK. I was telling them that there's a weird noise when he's whipping the car. See's me looking at him getting rid of the rock in the towel, manager jumps in saying they're not responsible. Costed me 400$ to buff it away. Worst carwash ever!

I got the outside and inside cleaned as well as salt removal on the drivers side. Job well done, the car looked like new! I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn’t busy (weekends probably full!). There are chairs to sit outside while you wait, it took about 15mins total.

I have visited this place a few days ago for the first time since I moved to the area. In the past few years, I was not happy with a couple of other carwash places which I tried in Montreal(Marche Central) and Laval(Boul Industrial). But I have to say that my experience with Lave-Auto Platinum was so amazing and it was exactly what I was expecting. The price is quite reasonable and low for the job they do. Since I was happy I took my other car for a detailed wash yesterday. In the past, I detail washed this car by my car dealership in Laval but it was not close to the service I got here at a better price here. I need to mention that I have dogs and you know how my car will look like because of their hair. Now it is like a brand new car as what they promised me to do. Thank you guys for the amazing service. I will be back soon.

Very bad service. The advertised price was 22$ for my type of car, when done the guy told me it was 27$ for no specific reasons, just because my car "needed" extra cleaning for the inside. Once i got in the car I noticed it was poorly cleaned, most of the dirty spots were still the same. Would not recommend.

Best car wash I ever had. Great attention to detail and wonderful service. Where most other car washes fail to get into corners or correctly clean cup holders, they got to every crevice. I have a dog seat cover in the car and they removed, rinsed and replaced it for no extra charge.

It's been years that I wash my car t'sand I've been to many different car washes. Its been a while that I go to Lave-Auto Platinum and I have to say that it's the best place. The people are so nice, the manager is simply amazing and so helpful. Anything you ask they do it with pleasure and with a smile, never complaining. Came here 11.50 am left 12.45 pm and there was 2 cars front of me they asked me for 5 $ dollars extra on the top of the 19 $ plus tax because my car is a bit dirty from inside loooooool , and he told me that after they finish washing and vacuuming the car.
