Was there yesterday to clean my car (interior and exterior), they did a good job. The only thing that confused me and made me feel uncomfortable there was the fact that there was at least 8 guys working on washing, vacuuming, cleaning cars... and not one of them was wearing a mask.. and the 3 or 4 employees that approached me to ask what I wanted to have done on the car, were standing close talking to me with no mask ???? Even the guy at the cash didn't have a mask, (I'm assuming it's one of the owners). I kept on thinking the whole time I was there, they are getting in everyone's car (to do their job), touching everything and talking to people... and it's alot of people 'cause there was a lineup and the place seems to run well. It's too bad because they do clean well, but it only takes one person to be infected transfer it to someone else... I won't be going there again for awhile because of this issue, during the pandemic. It's very irresponsible. I have a auto immune disease so if I get the virus, there is a big chance I would get really sick... I don't have a garage at home, so I can't wash my own car or vacuum where I live... I went because the car hadn't had a cleaning over a year ????

Ils ont laissé tellement d’eau en dessous des tapis que je pensais que c’était l’air climatisé qui faisait autant d’eau. Trois jours après le lavage je suis retournée chez le concessionnaire puisque c’est une voiture neuf. C’est à ce moment qu’ils m’ont fait remarqué que c’est tout l’intérieur de la voiture qui était dans le même état. Très mauvais lavage et les tapis n’étaient même pas propre. Je suis très déçu du travail. J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprise de les rejoindre au téléphone jamais de réponse. Je suis repassé le lundi et ils sont fermés. L’expérience est vraiment mauvaise pour une première. Donc petit conseil à tous lever vos tapis protecteur pour regarder le fond avant de quitter.
