Not sure what happened, maybe there was a change of ownership. I used to go there back in the days and the attention to detail with the service level was incredible. While the outside was fine and cleaned, the interior was done terribly, dust is still on the dashboard, dirt on the carpet that can easily be vacuumed... I was very disappointed. I will not go there again.

There is nothing luxurious about this car wash. Very unprofessional, poor service...Wasted a whole day here and they didn’t care to make me wait. I have washed my car several times there. If there is no lineup the work is quite fast, but they really do not clean well. Everytime I have washed my car there inside and outside, the results were not satisfying. The manager is friendly however and he would propose to clean anything left, but it's such a hassle as they never clean really well and you usually discover things later. I would prefer if they raised their price by a few bucks and offered some decent cleaning.

I think they did a good job. Sure, there were a few streaks, but nothing too noticeable. For the ladies, you get a special price on Tuesdays: $10 ext or $12 int & ext! They only accept cash. Note they have an ATM which charges a $2.25 service fee. I would go back.

I've been to multiple places, and this is by far the WORST car wash ever! First, I had to wait in line for 30minutes to be welcomed by rude employees who barely speak french or english. After trying to explain to one of them what I want them to mainly focus on, they proceeded with extra car wash that I didn't even asked for (inside/out). They charged me the price of an SUV while I have a small sedan. RESULTS ARE HORRIBLE. I tried explaining to them that they scratched my window's tint and showed them proof that it wasn't there before with pictures I took the day before. All I can say is that I left with a dirtier car than when I brought it in! Look at the photos if you don't believe me! NEVER GOING AGAIN

OK option if you don’t feel like washing your car. They were packed when I went so were quickly passing everyone’s cars through the line. They reuse the same towels so car and windows are left with streaks and they missed several spots, they also left my passenger seat and floors wet, but you get what you pay for at 16$. It’s cash only-they have an atm but it was broken when I went.

Paid for Ext+int + wax. One employee dropped the towel on the floor, then kept on washing it with its dirt. I pray there aren’t scratches. Left the place. Came home to find out that the interior was barely cleaned properly. Then when looking for my personal belongings in the car, it’s not there. Called the place literally 10x, they pick up and hang up. No answer. Drove back to the place, requested to speak to a manager. No manager in place. Went to look for my stuff, lo and behold looked into the trash, found my air freshener [new], my pens, my shaker mixer, friend’s eyelash extensions [new]. No method of compensation was issued, disgusted of this place.

Disconnected our remote start during wash!!! Went back to tell them and see if they can fix it, it should be fairly easy when you know what to do. But they didn't even want to look at it, and their boss told me it's not their problem!?! Guys (Owners): it's so dark inside that you can't see the inside of the car. I paid for a full clean up but ended up with 50% of dirt left. Number of cars/hour matters. Not to blaime the workers...Never coming back again.
