I have been going to this car wash for years and feel like I no longer receive fair treatment there. I have been overcharged for the cleaning every single time I go despite emptying out and pre-cleaning the inside before each visit to avoid this mystery surcharge. Disappointing after giving them my business for so long. Time to find a new car wash where I'm not taken advantage of.

I have been going there for about 20 years and it was always fine. I went in today for my usual wash and was shocked. He said the car was very dirty so it would be $40 for a simple in and out wash. The car was no dirtier than it usually is so I got in my car and left. I don't know if it is under new ownership but this is quite the scam. I went to another place 5 munutes away and paid $20 for the same wash. They just lost a loyal customer

I would give them zero stars if possible. I paid for interior / exterior wash, but they basically didn’t clean the inside at all. When I asked them either to go over the inside again or return my money, their answer was to tell me to call the cops.

Honestly one of the best manually car wash in north America with fast service and friendly staff. It's situated in persian community with easy access. They offer you tea free with persian hospitality that you've heard about persian culture frequently. Don't forget to tell them: "khasteh nabaashid!"

I have been going to this car wash for more than 10 years and was generally satisfied with the wash quality until today when the owner told me that if I did not tip his employees at $30 / wash he will not wash my two cars anymore (Tesla S and Jeep Limited). Maybe he should pay his employees better. I travelled over 10km to get to this hand-carwash while I get a better and cheaper, but much slower, wash right next door. Guess where i will be going.

Fantastic service and end result. Dealt with a man called Amir. Him and his team removed large stains from ciment perfectly. Another car wash was unable to do it. They worked hard for two hours given how tenacious the ciment was, polished and rubbed by hand. On top of it they were open on Easter Monday. Great car wash!

This is by far the worst car wash in the area. I stopped coming here because of it and was in a pinch today so I dared go again. BAD IDEA They basically only cleaned the outside and left so much of the interior dirty that I had to go back and make the owner clean it again out of frustration. He begrudgingly gave the interior an extra wipe. STAY AWAY! Go to any of the guys on St.Jacques at least they take their time and have some pride in their work.

After a "special" car wash my back seats were still dirty which I only realized when I was back home. When I called their answer was "what you want me to do, everybody makes mistakes" meanwhile it was 9am and there we were only 2 cars in the place. I wonder what happens when they actually are busy??!!! .... never again! I work hard for my money to just give it away to careless people!

My usual place was super busy so I tried this one since it was close by. The car was washed really well, no complaints there. The car wasn't dried well, which is not that big of a deal, but since it's more expensive than my other one (that is 8.99), I expected it to be dried peoperly. They also charged me for a mini SUV which my car is not. Very friendly staff which was appreciated. Overall, not bad. Would I go again? If I had to sure. Would it be my first choice? No, I prefer the cleaning and price of my usual place. As of Sept 2021 prices I noticed: Just exterior: car $12; mini SUV $14

Price list is hidden away inside so you don’t know what they charge. They actually asked my gf to pay an extra fee because they claimed the car was ‘extra dirty inside’. They've done this specifically to women. They would never have gotten away with that if it was me. Dishonest. Stay away.

was realy disapointed toon 90 massage she spend nore time outside the room then inside keep going out to get this or that. coudnt relax the other employee was speaking realy load for over 20.minutes had the feeling i was in train station instead of relaxing spa. didnt like the table with heat points its in basement i had to get dress get in basement dangerous stairway with no ramp to hold and that gadget massage bed is not a good experience first of all they present it as it was traditional way to do it by tge therapist wich is not is a kind if unconfortable bed with lamp to provide heat on acupuncture spot but it cant work because not every body are same shape on largest and higth. so i stay only 5 minutes on that bed and decide to leave. when i was putting my coat and boots the other therapist (the obe who disturb me over 20 minutes talking load when i had my massage) came to me with tip envelop at front if other costumers waiting and insist for me to leave a tip. i was realy insulted i told her that i was not satisfied and been disturb all time so i wont live tip. bit even if it was not the situation u dont claim agressivly and insist on costumer to have tips. i dont recommended that place at all

Would’ve put no stars. Paid 25 plus tax and didn’t even wash or dry the car properly. Plus they STOLE THE CHANGE OUT OF MY CAR. even left a tip but didn’t notice until I left. Don’t go here unless you want your $ stolen and to be left robbed.

I went to this car wash 3 weeks ago, and they charged me $20 for the interior and exterior. Today I went back, and the guy tells me that it is either going to be $30 for the interior and exterior, or $55 for the full job. I told him that's crazy because I was here 3 weeks ago and they only charged $20 for the same job. To which he told me that $20 was impossible for this car... a small Honda Fit. So he was assuming I was lying...or was just trying to get more $ out of me. I couldn't leave because they tell you the price once you're already blocked in by 5 cars, so I just went with it. Then when they finished, they pulled my car out so far before I even had a chance to inspect it. Before I paid, I walked around the front and saw the entire front end completely dirty with bird crap, and bugs caked on from highway driving. I told them they had to clean that part before I would pay. Seems like a shady operation... don't trust these guys. There are FAR better places in Montreal, that actually take pride in their work and don't change the price depending on how busy they are.

Paid for interior exterior wash and vacuum. The trunk was still dirty and the dashboard looks like they wiped it with a dry cloth. I feel it was overpriced as well. $35 for a VW golf? The prices are listed there but they don't respect it. $35 should be the price for SUV's.

I finally had my car washed since i was confined at home in March 2019. You can imagine how dirty the car can be, Homa Spa did an amazing job. It blew my mind on how they did a quick job, the team there was polite and courteous. A simple car wash looked like it got the full treatment of the extra polishing. Yes will definitely go back

They used to be good. I went in with my 6 month old car. They said they would charge me more money because it was dirty. I couldn't believe it but paid anyway. Then I got home and my back seat was not touched and nor my trunk. I went back and I said I paid more for the car to be cleaned properly and he literally screamed at me. I will never go back. I have a 5 dollar tip also. Really there are plenty of better places around. I once heard him get mad at a lady for no reason. WORST SERVICEN EVER and his staff look petrified of him. STAY AWAY

Pathetic service. I went with my SUV and asked for cleaning (interior and exterior). After paying money when I looked inside car, removable carpets were not cleaned, there were dirts on the seats and when I asked they said they will charge 25$ extra for that and 5$ per carpet. So I will never go back. My Suggestion:- In case you go, first ask details of work they will do for the price you are paying. Once you paid they will not listen to you.

Poor customer service. Staff decided to clean entire car when it was specifically asked for just a portion (not possible to clean the back of the car anyways). They still charged the full price and when it was pointed out that the section was not properly cleaned, they became disrespectful. I do not recommend this place at all. There is a car wash 2 streets over that is a lot better.

Very arrogant owner. Charged $69.99 for 15 minutes of work because they removed the salt from the carpets. The interior was poorly done and the person serving me was arrogant and unprofessional. I will never go back there again and invite people to use services that appreciate customers and charge an honest price for services rendered. Total rip-off.

The owner is really friendly but the service quality is not consistent, the special is supposed to include spray-on wax and I wonder if they still put it, the arm-all tires feature seems not work, I barely drove the car home and it seems that after the water that was supposed to be dried, dried, my tires still have salt even though the road are dry. To cover the issue of drying the car, they always run the wipers before drying your windshield which is exactly NOT why you go to a car wash. You can clean the windshield for free at a gas station and get the windshield wipers traces off, and they often leave water on the inside of your windshield which makes you now need interior wipers LOL. For this service I kinda feel over charged...
