One of the staff was totally exasperated and my car was half washed, I had to iron everything once at home, the windshield still dirty, the windlass, as well as the exterior. Really disappointed with the lack of consistency in the service. The place was empty when I got there and one of the guys working there was nice and welcoming but that was about it. Only takes cash, no waiting room, and the end job was not so great. My car mats have step prints on it, my windows full of water marks, my rims dirty, my interior dusty still. First and last

They did only the bare minimum but they did it really fast and for cheap. 19$ for interior + exterior is fair. Don't expect a perfect clean however, under the seats and the trunk were not even dusted.

Was a little sceptical about coming due to inconsistent reviews, but nothing to worry about. They’ve cleaned the car way better than some other popular shops. Had a few dried coffee stains and crumbs, and both were removed to like new condition. At some point during the wash the guy approached me to hand me the $2 he found on the floor of the car. Honest and hard working guys, will definitely come back.

Sorry, this place is not good, more expensive and not fast. Convenient if desperate. I have an SUV and the rear was not vacuumed. Once I left I saw so may areas on the outside that were not cleaned and looked terrible. Not a place I will be returning to unless no place else is open.

Customer service was so bad, I didn't even get a wash. I used to waiting long times for a queue at a good car wash, so that's not a problem for me. I arrive there for the first time and a man was standing at the opening with his cigarette. I turn in slowly and he points me to back up.....on a single lane, one way street. Smart. So I back up a little and wait for a signal or something for a few minutes. Normally someone would come and tell me a wait time. Nada, nothing. He clearly sees me and just ignores me. So I simply left.

Rude and arrogant staff. Did not clean nor vacuum the vehicle interior properly. Lots of stains and dirt left behind. When asked to re-do, I was told to "not be so picky". Definitely not worth the money they are charging. AVOID!!

Very poor customer service! If I could give this place a 0 star, I would! Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Today I went and asked that in addition to the car cleaning that they apply Armour All on my tires. The first guy, said that he didn't have any. So I asked the boss, who said there wasn't any. The first guy became angry with me for even questioning him, became defensive and said that he he is committed to doing a good job. Then the boss charges me $19 instead of $16. Never coming here again. Avoid at all costs!

Paid 40$ to get my truck cleaned and it was horrible. Dirt left on the sides everywhere. Worst of all the dash was so greasy and blotchy from the Armour all. Actually looked worse then it was before. Never coming here again

Don’t bother going to that place they are always busy and not willing to give you the time of the day. I tried three times to wash my car and every time they would turn me away saying they are too busy. Last time they had two cars inside and it was 2pm so I asked I can wait and they said sorry busy.... it’s not a doctor’s clinic last time i checked.

Terrible customer service. Showed up at 3pm both workers were sitting down on their cell phones waiting for a car to dry. They said they were on break and they could not add my car to their workload since they close at 5pm (2 hours after I showed up). Save your time and go elsewhere.

Sat in traffic to get to this car wash for over 30 minutes over 1.5 km down de La Montagne Street. I arrived at 4:42 PM, as I pull into the Empty garage the man working there comes out in front waving his Hands and Shouting “no , no we close at 5pm”. I said it’s 4:42pm. I explained that traffic was exceptional, (he could even see from his door). He said “don’t care we are going home“… Nice customer service… I will let everyone know not to go there.

This fall, I came here for a deep car cleaning (inside & out) which cost me $150.00. I actually put off writing this review because I was too upset at the time. That being said, I felt that not writing anything would be a huge disservice to others & this business. So here goes: My car came back fairly clean, but extremely wet. It was so wet in fact, that it took me three & a half days to dry which I did with fans & a hair dryer. That's three days more than it took them to clean the car. It was so stressful. How do they give back your car so wet, especially in the fall season when it's not that warm. To add insult to injury, it rained the day my car was cleaned & then the following 2 days. So I couldn't even air it out a little outside. Never again.
