Always have issues everytime getting propane filled at this station. They either lie about not having the correct person to do it or have only one person on at night which is against labour code law so they don't have to fill your tank. Also they tried to say my new propane tank was expired just so they don't have to walk across the parking lot to do it. .

Cleanliness is great. Open 24 hours. There is a Tim Hortons attached but is the worst time Hortons in North Bay. Lol Not to reflect on this gas station. It's generally clean and has finally implemented the locked bathroom as the drug use got fairly bad. The staff can use a bit of caution when speaking with the public. Maybe more training for a high turn over rate. But all in all I've been going to it since it's opened so it's conviwnent and has its moments like every other gas station.

since I had problem with printing my receipt at cross the station gas station which is shell now I have decided to go to this gas station , I have encountered the same problem , i had to go inside to collect my receipt even though I paid at the pump . Guess what this guy was an Arad he has no respect for client , they way he has greeted me was not appropriate " he said to what you want like I am a beggar that he will give me some money or free gas " I said I need my receipt than he said which pump meaning he did not pay attention to my car or me while I was pumping . Than i said pump 7 and I had to say that 3 times. now lets comes to wash room , it was very dirty , out of two one of them was out of order . I do not recommend this gas station . I rather go to some gas station where I can pay at the pump and get my receipt from the pump thats all .

Lots of open spaces and lots of places to park. I was surprised to see an Esso in Jasper in the first place. Situated right at the entrance of the town of Jasper, it is pretty easy to locate and enter. The convenient store located also has a number of stuff available. The price is of course lower than in Vancouver. Given a chance I will definitely go back there.

Only thing that could better is the line for the Tim Hortons drive thru and the line for the carwash are clearly marked enough as I watched over a hand full of customers back out and switch lanes for both line ups. They are right beside each other. Bad idea. Also the car wash line up had to come back later in the day was taking way to long to move.

Always an issue with the machines, always long lineups to wait for service when there is a problem, never any paper left to print receipts in machine, car wash is typically out of service, the wipers to wash windows are all broken/missing or without windshield liquid. Be prepared to spend at least 20min with all these inconveniences or waiting in line in the couche tard to fill up gas since the machine will have issues reading your card

This station has a Timmie's. The price of gas is usually a few pennies higher however because of the coffee shop and its convenient location, I don't mind. Staff are friendly and helpful. The challenge sometimes is the parking lot. It get busy. If parking facing King George Blvd you may get trapped by a truck making deliveries. Bottom line, don't park there and walk the extra distance and park facing 24 Ave near the propane fill station (assuming the spaces facing the store are full).

After filling my tank I smelled strong gas while I was paying and realized the nozzle handle had had gasoline on it. My hand stunk from the gas. The attendant refused to let me use the washroom to wash it off no matter how much I begged. I understand they closed their washroom because they are too lazy to clean it properly due to Covid, but refusing a paying customer who is at risk of toxic chemical burns is absolutely unacceptable. Complaint filed with the Leeds, Grenville & Lanark Public Health Unit. I will never visit this unsafe business again.

I purchased a full car wash with fuel for $9.99. the full wash includes a rocker panel spray, a pre-soak, a rinse and a dry. After my car wash, I looked at the car and noticed that it was still filthy. For whatever reason it did not do a good job and there was still a thick film of dirt on my car. So I went in and spoke to the attendant who looked at my car and said that the car wash is working fine and it's because I have wax on my car that it didn't take. Now that makes no sense to me as wax helps prevent dirt from adhering to the vehicle, so in theory it should wash even better than a non waxed Car. He proceeded to rub his hand on the side of my car and showed me that it was black. I said "yes it's dirt" and requested that I get a chance to wash the vehicle again. He said no, and I pointed out that now my car looks even worse than it did before now that he rubbed his hand on the side and he again said there was nothing he could do, not even a refund. I found him very difficult, extremely poor customer service, and advised him that I would go to a different car wash from now. I know it's a touchless car wash and I wasn't expecting miracles but I expected the car to come out at least fairly clean. So needless to say it is an expensive car wash, and it's a very short wash compared to other car washes. I would avoid this car wash at all costs.

The Tim Horton's here is incredibly fast, so my rating get bumped up. I am very disappointed in the touchless car wash. I stopped in on my way home from work and opted for the "Luxury Wash", at $15... I certainly did not get my moneys worth. About 3 hours later, I came outside to see dried water streaks all over the car. Guessing the soap or whatever they put on there, wasn't washed off properly. Huge waste of money and something I will never use again.

I am updating my 5 star to 1 star review The reason being, in the summer I was told by staff that the car wash won’t scratch my expensive AMG Mercedes rims they’re around 850 dollars each. Now that I have my winter tires and rims on which have a thicker profile tire and smaller rim, at least these rims are only 300 each. It ended up scratching my rims both left sides are very badly damaged, that’s the side that gets pulled through the metal bars, on top of that it doesn’t actually wash the back of the car and even the front of the car was not fully washed. The main reason I’m never coming back here is because if your employees tell me something can be done if it were to scratch, and now I went in person to visit and they tell me you enter at own risk. I understand that sign is there, but if your employees guarantee me nothing will happen and if it ever were they could cover it. That’s a bunch of lies I am not happy with. The same lady was working today. I have taken this car wash at least 25 times and fueled here probably 100 times, I am not coming back to this location, you lost a customer. Which is too bad, cuz the owner did seem very nice.

Loved stopping in Jasper! We fueled up and the employee was super nice. The store was tiny but had lots of snacks and drinks for the road. Gas was more pricey here but it was a last spot for fuel for quite a while. Either gas here or gas before Jasper. If you are looking for a cool little town to stop in....stop here. All that aside, there's a phenomenal car wash (both manually in 1 of six bays and an automatic wash - Villa Auto Car Wash) at the same location. The automatic wash is closed on Sundays. I paid $15 for the top-tier automated wash and it did a pretty poor job, especially along the rocker panels which had 80% of the original winter grime left on them. My clams were in a tiny container and my aunt got fish and chips and the fish was the size of smelts with a 80-20 batter to fish ratio. The pizza was pretty good but my goodness. With the prices please up your portion sizes! $13 for a tiny tiny portion of fried clams and a boatload of fries. I love fried clams and wanted more! They were also over cooked and burnt as well.

Also a few days ago, my car got a flat tire near there so I stopped and pulled it over into their car wash station. The owner saw it and asked if I was ok then he helped me to replace the flat tire with the spare one. He even recommended some good places for me to get my tired fixed. This is one of my favourite places in Lynn Valley. Mainly because it allows me to enter after midnight (unlike Petro Canada) when my cravings of nicotine are at its peak. The constant beeping from the Tim Hortons within this Esso reminds me of South Africa. The bagels are also really good, this isn’t a Tim Hortons review, this is a bathtub! I have an absolute blast every time I visit the store, and the car wash outside gives an extra few hours of entertainment.

This ESSO Station has it all. A Tim Horton's with actual donuts, muffins, and sandwiches, hot to-go, with a drive-thru or to eat-in. Propane bottle filling, 7 eleven type snacks, car wash and even a conference room that is booked by the hour. Good Job ESSO. The fuel prices usually reflect the top prices because of its grand location, with diesel fuel too. No wheelchair accesable front door, but overall very good.

Check your receipts! This location rarely rings up items in the convenience store at the advertised sale prices and you end up paying in full unless you catch it. Even then the workers often will not honour the sale price. After examining some old receipts I figure I overpaid by $12 in just one week. Not a nice thing to do to a daily customer.

Always check your receipt, they don't apply points card member cash discounts. They then give attitude when you point it out to them. They also double charge when they think possible. Always cramped with stock boxes on the floor. No room to move about the store. Very limited convenience store choices. Bathroom disgusting even for a gas station. Very loud annoying music playing late night. Nothing positive to say about this place. If it wasn't in such a convenient location for me, I would avoid it like the plague.

The Tim Hortons isn't very good and they take forever. I sat for 25 minutes, waiting for a wrap I paid for but never received. Had to get to work at some point. The Esso itself doesn't have good customer service short of one older employee who does act professional. But avoid the Hortons for sure.

I took my car here usually i just use the drive thru car washes around town. I would stick with the drive thru car washes this place is gross.. everything is gross the machines look like they have never been cleaned the place looks like its just jerry rigged together the employees do not look happy at all. After they were done "cleaning" the car i got in drove away and i could have done just as good of job outside with the vacuums and wash bay this place is a dump and the owner should be ashamed. Try putting some money into your business.

Just a regular gas station. Day shift staffs are mostly rude and with no facial expression. Night staffs are more polite and offer better service. The pumps are always out of paper, so prepaying outside will still make you go inside. Other than these points, just a regular gas station like others. Only go there when gas is cheap.

This WAS my favorite car wash and gas station in town. There are others closer to my home but I would take the extra drive because I liked it so much. This evening I went to wash my vehicle and give it the full treatment and vacuuming (I usually spend $20 during a clean btw usually every two weeks whether it needs it or not). This time, I needed to change one of my headlights so I proceeded to do (takes 5 mins, if that) before I started washing. My friend was in my car tidying up garbage and stuff. There was only the owner washing his truck and my vehicle was in the next bay. The owner then came and asked if I was washing my vehicle, I told him "no, but I will be". He then went on to tell me that he needs to make a profit and that he can't have people taking up time and space, that he spent $2 million building the place, and that it wasn't a mechanic's garage. I took it in stride and said okay and that I would be washing my vehicle as soon as I was done (I only needed to clip the new light back into place at this time, it had taken less than 5 minutes). He walked away, then came and was speaking to me sternly around the bay partition, again telling me that he needed to make a profit. At this point, my friend came out of my vehicle and asked him what the problem was. It escalated until he was yelling at her to "shut up" and to leave. When she told him that I've been a good customer and spend a lot of money here, he stated that it didn't matter if I was a customer or not. He then stated that she was "worth nothing" (I guess he meant business wise, and assumed she does not own a business? Not sure.) He also had some other choice wording that I don't remember exactly but it wasn't nice. He then proceeded to yell at us to leave. His "busy" place that he was so worried about me backing up with a headlight change had one other person pull in during the 10 minutes I was there. We left, and I will never go back there again.

My rant... Here's to you Nazi washroom key clerk! Today I spent the day in Gananoque watching my youngest son play football in the rain with my oldest and his girlfriend. Leaving the game my son tells me his girlfriend needs to use a washroom. I stop at an Esso gas station near the 401 and wait in the car. They return quickly informing me she was refused unless she made a purchase. I went into the store and asked the girl behind the desk if i could have the washroom key. I was told I had to buy something. She smirks and looks at washroom door which has a sign informing no access unless store purchase. I rummaged through my change purse to buy a chocolate bar so I could get the key. Good thing I had enough. Irked I asked girl behind counter for head office phone #. She wrote down a number and we left. It was some random #. So not impressed...

I was walking by on the Tuesday in question from the last review. The staff asked the person to leave and explained their safety policies to the person. The driver cursed and yelled at the employee. Finally after the employee had threatened to call the police did this person leave but not before leaving a cloud of smoke behind them. If I had to work a closing shift I don't think I would have handled it any different.

This station does not train their staff properly, I have an esso speed pass that I use to collect esso points and redeem them for car washes. They never know how to use the points through speed pass and end up charging me $18.99 every time I want a car wash, first few times I let it go but now I ask to be credited. Once in a while when a manager is there they will know how to do it but the staff is not trained. I hope that someone is reading this and making the necessary changes. Really not the staff’s fault, management problem.

Washed my vehicle with normal rain dust/dirt and got the mid grade wash with has for 11.99 and my vehicle still looked very dirty. On March 15, 2019, at approximately 0910 hours, I went inside the gas station to buy lottery tickets after filling my car, but the East Indian girl that was on the counter was really rude, angry and lacked any manners, she did not say hi or asked what I wanted and stood there like a statue with so much anger on her face that I felt like owing her. I would mention her name, but she was not wearing a name tag. I don’t know why people like her get hired and work like people owe them. She lack respect, manners, and totally unethical and unprofessional to work at a gas station or anywhere. Esso & Shell Diagonally opposite site . According to me, speciality of this station is that at a particular time they will drop the price some times up to 10 cents. When they do that, as you know, the pattern of Montreal gas price it will decrease gradually up to 12 cents trough out the week and it will increase in one shot next day up to 12 cents. That is the time they keep their price lower till mid night while the other gas station has already raised their price. Now you can image, to take advantage of this lower price, there is huge line up at his station.

need to vent regarding gas prices in Woodstock Ontario. Gas prices have dropped but did someone forgot to send the memo to Woodstock gas bar owners? It seems ever since Woodstock was graced by Toyota's arrival, housing costs, property taxes and local gas pump prices have escalated in comparison to neighbouring cities. Wednesday while in Ancaster, I was excited to fill up our car at 91.9 cents a litre . Woodstock prices hover at 103.9-104.9 per litre. It would seem normal for prices to vary from town to town, but 12-13 cents a litre...are you kidding me? Barely minutes out of town, prices at the pumps are always dramatically lower. My question is why? I think Woodstock On. Gas retailers need a wake up call ...people are not stupid and are getting tired of being gouged at local pumps. My husband and I are out of town weekly and we now make a conscious effort to gas up both vehicles and the boat while passing thru neighbouring cities. I realize that some folks may stay in the city most of the time and are at the mercy of greedy Woodstock gas retailers. For the rest of us, let's send a message that our city's gas stations need to get competitive with the rest of the country or risk losing huge profits and possibly going out of business. Feel free to pass this on. Change won't happen till we all climb on board and be heard.

I had an unbelievable sad experience in this location last Sunday. They are scam with the car wash machine. Went in pay my ticket and got in the line up. It was my turn and the machine wasn't letting my code in. I pressed the help button and nobody was answering so I went in the store. Attendant came and he said the code is used. I had 3 vehicle behind me who were witnesses. I gave the guy my receipt to check because he accused me of someone used it and passed it to me meanwhile he is the one who sold me. I told him to go ask the people on the line up but he didn't. Spoke to the manager and he said he's not giving me another ticket and hang up on me. Disrespectful! This is the first time ever to encounter this kind of service. I even ask them to check on their camera but they refused to. Wasted my time and money. #essocanada check on this branch please. I got the manager's name and number from the attendant and I will bring this up to the central office. What a way to treat your customer. It’s a hit or miss on whether you have an enjoyable experience here. First time here 2 years ago, had lunch and food was good and service friendly. However, 2 months ago, we were seated outside on picnic table because we had a pet, person who took our order was rude and uncaring, we had some questions about when to pick up our order, she became more rude and basically said “ when it’s ready” . Because of covid, It was unclear if we should wait by the counter or if she would let us know when food was ready. So, we waited outside. Went in again after awhile and food was ready, not sure how long it was sitting there. It was cold, portions were small, greasy burger, limp onion rings, soggy fries. We couldn’t finish the food, so we discarded it and left. We won’t be back. I understand difficulty small businesses are facing right now, but it’s hard to support them when they don’t seem to care about their customers or the quality of food served.

Don't waste your money. The wash was fast but it didn't do the job advertised at all. I paid for the full service interior/exterior wash plus the wax, rust inhibitor and trunk vacuum today ($38.50). 1) "Rims and tires treated and cleaned": hand-washed them myself when I got home because there was a clear layer of filth on the rims that could be seen from a foot away. 2) "Interior floor and seats vacuumed": While the mats were taken out and washed, the floor underneath was not vacuumed as you could plainly see crumbs under the seats. Since I live in an apartment, I can't just do this at home and this is a big pain to me. The seats are leather but I took a dry cloth and was able to easily run it between the seat seams to remove crumbs too. 3) "Dash, console, cup holders, interior door panels all cleaned": Ya right!! I saw immediately that this was not done and actually parked and had them actually do this job. I was polite and said it simply must have been missed. A girl came to do it but when I drove away I saw the cupholders STILL were untouched. 4) And while they don't expressly say they clean the door jams, they do say they dry these to stop any freezing in the winter. But why would they require drying if they weren't washed in the first place? Mine were untouched and I washed those myself as well. I know I could do all these tasks myself (minus the vacuuming because of the apartment) but when I pay for a full service, I'm simply asking them to deliver what they say they will. Not give me most of the job done. Very disappointed. Will not return.

I love that you earn p.c. points on anything you buy here including food at the diner. Staff is friendly, store is clean and following covid protocol. Gas pumps are easy to use. The diner is cozy and you can see the Mira river through the windows while you eat. They even have homemade baked goods.

The auto car wash has soft brushes which is good for better cleaning and not scratching the car. But make sure that you did not choose the “quick wash” because then it will not use the brushes. The drying is also not proper.

I used to stop here daily, but their pumps are always in such disrepair that I wonder how much fuel you actually get. Printers for pay at the pump are always out of paper. When you tell the cashiers, they just shrug. Yesterday pay at the pump said it didn’t work. Pump my gas, then go to pay with debit card. Declined. Phone the bank, they tell me that the gas pump is holding all of my funds for a fill up. Watch the pay at the pump here - sometimes it resets to zero, others it resets to 28 cents or 41 cents. Tell the cashiers, they shrug their shoulders again. Not paid enough to care I guess.
