I had interior and exterior cleaning called special, and I am really disappointed with the result. My car is dirtier at parts which were not even dirty before the wash, like moon roof. The cloth used to clean the car was so dirty that it left dirt patches all over car and it smelled like fish, moreover there are places they did not even bother to clean. I will not go there anymore and won't recommend to anyone.

This place hires a bunch of people that want to hurry the job done. I can guarantee they will create a lot of swirls to your car after 1 wash. Go read on how to wash a car with 2 buckets, and you therefore realize they almost never rinse their mitts. Will not go again and doesnt recommend to anyone who has an extensive car that don't want to detail every month.

Workers don't pay attention to details, specially the wiping part - car is not totally dry and there are some noticeable soap residues. For the price, not worth it. Thumbs down! Good place to get that dirty looking car of yours clean ???? I read the previous reviews but I decided to go see for myself and here was my observation: 1. They are fast in washing your car but this is probably because they have lots of car waiting and they are trying to reduce the wait time. 2. They wash your car well but miss some few hidden spots but who doesn’t? I have been to other car wash and they do exactly same. 3. Wash and wax is kinda expensive compared to other places I’ve been to. But then it depends on how much you’re willing to pay for such service. Twen t fyv dola ;) 4. They have nice playlists so be rest assured you won’t get bored unless you were/are on a call like I was today and almost couldn’t hear my friend on the phone. 5. Stop reading this review and go get your car washed lol.

I went First time to this place to just try how it works. Paid 20$ for full interior and exterior wash. But got a cheap treatment, interior not cleaned properly, which is the part of interior cleaning and done carelessly. Dirt,dust and water was in floor Matt’s after wash, that should be cleaned without any direction. Interior around back seat not cleaned properly. Interior Not Vaccumed properly, was dirty after wash. Car mags not cleaned properly, was dirt still on after wash. I am not able post the pics, that can show real stuff. My old place is better then this place. Not recommended.

Weather was good, I god there at 6:17 and was told “NO, WE’RE CLOSED!” And then ignored when I asked why they don’t respect their own opening ours, door was closed in my face. Poor service and communication. Finally got lucky enough to get there while they were opened : good job on the car wash, very clean and decent price, you can pay by card. This place is not like it used to be a few years back. Not professional. After a wash today at your shop, my Car is still dirty with dust, stains on windows and on the body. The quality is not there. I paid $27 for a car wash service that was incomplete. I found crumbs on my seats after the clean. I had to take my car right after to wash it somewhere else and pay another $20. My trunk was not vacuumed. Dashboard is still dusty. Employees don't seem to care to do things properly. This is Very disappointing. I won't come back that's for sure. If you don't take care of your customers don't expect them to return.

Just came out of the car wash. My mistake, I didn't took time to inspect the car. Went there a couple of time, quality seems to lower down every time. Today was the worst. Look at the pics, 3 out of 4 wheels were not well clean. 1 of the wheel was completely ingnored they just put armored all on the tire and called it a day.... Door still show signed of dust. Save your money. Overrated. After reading all the negative reviews, still decided to give it a try. Negative reviewers were telling the truth. Upon my arrival, I asked: are you in rush to wash the car, how long do you take to wash? There was only one car behind me. Staff said 10 minutes for wash. I asked again, 10 minutes inside outside wash? Staff replied interior and exterior 20 minutes. I started timing. Whole wash int/ext was done in 8 minutes, yes 8 minutes. Result is as expected from 8 minutes wash. Very low on soap. Not dried properly. I had to point and ask to dry few wet spots, remove bug sticking on the bumper. Interior wash 0/5, passed towel in zigzag only on windows and windshield, didnt do anything under dash and cupholders, dirts inside the door panels.

Great job. Someone had spilled a beverage that left a nasty smell. They offered a few alternative as treatments. In the end I opted for thorough interior shampoo with ozone treatment. I was not disappointed. New car smell is back!

I went for the wash yesterday. I had trust on you guys.but this time, yesterday, it was so poor that it looks like not even washed. The back rail didn't touch at all. There was a lot of bug stuck marks in the front side as I went to the highway. Those were still exist after the wash. I tried to show those to the person who attended, but not taken seriously to wash properly. So the result is a very poor wash. Disappointed guys. Consistency is an important part to keep you customer with you!

Paid to clean interior and exterior. They did not vacuum the interior correctly, my car is still dirty. Had to get back home and vacuum my car myself. Not worth the 22$ that I paid. Plus the staff was having a big fight at the entrance. It was really shocking and not professional. The guy that made me pay was also not professional.

Il y a aussi des traces de doigts huileux sur le bord des portes. Bref, c'est la première fois que je dois retourner faire laver ma voiture en sortant du lave-auto. Et dire que le nom de ce commerce est "Détails"...

Normally, I only go to two places for the car wash: "Details car wash by hand" and "Lave-auto sans contact" (when there are too many people waiting outside "Details car wash by hand"), but today, I'm so disappointed. When I left there, my car wasn't even dried properly. While holding the steering wheel, I got water in my hands, and there were still dirty-marks and water on the doors, the seats...Most importantly, I had paid for waxing the tires ($25 in total for washing and waxing), but as I arrived at work, I found that only one side (the driver's side) had been waxed!!

Tried this place because it always looks busy. Top marks on the exterior but a bit lacking on the interior. The front mats went in dirty but came out only a little better, they were still soaking wet. The floor of the cargo area had some loose dirt but was only half cleaned. Il y a des parties qui n'ont tout simplement pas été nettoyées du tout (le volant, le boîtier de transmission, tous les bords des portières, le tableau de bord...!) Pour le fort prix que j'ai payé (175$) pour un nettoyage de l'intérieur, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. Un remboursement de la moitié du prix payé serait la moindre des choses. Ensuite Jose m'a appelé plusieurs fois pour essayer d'arranger le problème pour que j'enlève mon commentaire, mais on ne voulait pas m'envoyer simplement un chèque par la poste ou un virement bancaire, il fallait que je me rende moi-même jusqu'au lave-auto, qui est assez loin de chez moi, juste pour parler encore une fois avec le patron et pour recevoir mon remboursement. J'ai déjà assez perdu de temps avec tout ça pour en plus devoir y retourner...

My story: I bought a brand new car in February, and for 3 months I wash handwashing my car on my own. The results were always great, and I expected swirl marks to eventually appear but there were barely any as I had a good system and used top of the line clean and new equipment. I then got tired of cleaning my own car and got it cleaned at this car wash. I've been here on 5 visits now and this will definitely be my last visit. What is great about this place is how each employee works in the same standard way and the fluiditiy/speed at which they work, but that stops there. They use the same cloths and wash mittens all day long, and on my 5th visit in particular, they used the wash mitten on the car in front of me, then went straight to my car without dumping the mitten in the bucket to make it wet and soapy and remove all debris. Next, one employee accidentally dropped his mitten on the floor and stepped on it with his boot. He then picked it up and continued washing my car with that mitten, not even checking if a rock may have gotten in by accident, and doing this knowing perfectly that I was in my car watching everyone wash it. I drove back home to find HUGE swirl marks and scratches everywhere on the left side of my vehicule. Overall, I understand that swirl marks are eventually created, but this car wash has made more damage to my vehicule in 5 washes than the 10 washes I had done myself previously. This place may be good for some people, but not for me. I would recommend this place for someone with a used car, but for those of you with brand new cars, not recommended.

This place is not the same as it was. It's been more than 4 years that I've always been coming to this place. Since Covid, the management changed most of the staff, and they are clearly less experienced. The result ? The quality of the service is VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least. My car came back from a full cleaning still very dirty, dusty, and after exchanging with the manager about my observations, he did not seem to want to do any improvement to his methodolgy, and did not even apologize. He didn't even suggest a commercial gesture. I won't come back, after 4 years of loyalty.

I have used this business for years for car washing and had nothing but good things to say. So I then believed by having my car (a Mercedes Benz E400 station wagon) 'detailed' at the cost of $350 would be a a result which I would be pleased about. However, after returning home I noticed that the black stained oak wood dash trim had been damaged - the black stain had been remove in spots and leaving raw wood exposed. I called the next day and spoke to Jose (manager?) who denied any responsibility and said my car was brought in this way. I am emphatic that this was not the case...but he insisted otherwise. I wasn't even look for some sort of restitution, but was in the hope that there might be a simple 'fix for this problem...but to no avail. Extraordinarily disappointed with this business and based on this incident...would not entrust any vehicle going forward. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed and I would have been conciliatory in resolving this.

I am meticulous about where I go for my car wash. Every time I left, I left satisfied and I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. I've tried several places and this place tops them all; cleanliness, fair pricing, friendly, quick and honest. I come from laval and have been to this car wash a few times. I have children and there is always a pretty decent clean up that is required, especially around the car seats. The ambiance is great, the place actually smells nice (smells clean, not like some places I've been), decent waiting area; love the music and service. Honesty: The guy with a tattoo on his neck (sorry I did not get his name) I lost a gift certificate a while back and he found it while vacuuming. He put it back in my car and that tells me a lot, there are honest people that work there. I will definitely be going back. Worth every penny and you can't put a price on honesty. You know the saying, you pay for what you get. Tbh I felt that I got more than what I paid. Thank you for all the hard work. I appreciate what you guys do. It's not always easy and some people do not understand that.

DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE. I had my car shampooed and they flooded my car. Sort circuited the electronics of the gas pedal. Huge mess, took no responsibility, ended up costing me over 100 dollars for the mediocre cleaning and 450 to repair the panel. Horrible service, horrible customer service and the car cleaning was very poor. Would never recommend or go back.

Been coming to this place for years and have been quite satisfied. They are professional, efficient and take any request you make with a smile. There's a protective barrier if you want to stand and watch or a nice waiting room if you want to sit, relax and listen to the music. They miss some minor details sometimes which is pretty normal. Also, you need to specify if you want the trunk cleaned which I do every now and then. Also, you can get your 10th wash free which is a nice bonus. Plan to spend around 15mins, more if the line up outside is long.
