Richard was very personable, and flexible with scheduling after I missed my earlier time that day due to my own error. I was very pleased with the result, the engine bay was much cleaner, for a 2006 the bay looked considerably newer than it would normally - and they did a great job of the interior clean. I am still speechless! We got a gift for Christmas for a deluxe interior detail and hand wash, this didn’t cover what we needed to be done as our daughter puked all over the backseat and it went down behind the seats, Richard instead of doing a spot treatment, shampooed the whole car, took all the seats apart and cleaned in and behind them, I am speechless, our car looks shiney-Er and newer then when we got it! I highly recommend and I am looking forward to going back in the spring for a wax and exterior detail! Ps/ if your car doesn’t need a clean but you know someone who does, this makes the best gift!

I had won a "Claybar treatment and a light detail" from Garrison Auto Spa at a local fundraising event. First off, well done G.A.S. for donating to a worthwhile cause (Hospice). Secondly, the service I received during and after advising the owner that I won the service for free (and he would be making no money from me) was astounding. Rich was ultra-professional and explained what a Claybar Treatment was (I had no idea what one was before I got it, but it did wonders to the finish of my car). He looked under the hood and saw a messy dirty engine that had on it mouse droppings from last winter and he said he would clean that up no problem which would take him about an extra half hour, and when I said I didn't really care about how the engine looked he said it was no problem, that one shouldn't have that mess there and he would clean it up for free. I was amazed at the service and explanations Rich gave and then at the end Garrison Auto Spa gave me the Claybar treatment and ended up doing a full detail on my car for the gift certificate I had, which went far and beyond the "light detail" I had won. Then, to top it off, I was an hour and a half late picking up my car on the Saturday of a Thanksgiving long weekend and though he had every right to be upset with me, Rich treated me very professionally and made me feel at ease. The car is spotless inside and out and I honestly believe it is cleaner than the day we bought it, new. I would recommend Garrison Auto Spa to any friends or family I have who live, or are passing through, Chilliwack.

Our son got sick all over one of our leather seats and we were desperately needing a professional clean. So many places in town were closed for the thanksgiving weekend and the ones that were open couldn’t fit us in for a week or two. We called a few places after the long weekend and were turned away due to it being “bodily fluid”. I finally came across Valley and they fit us in that same day even though they were booked. They understood it was urgent and went above and beyond with exceptional service. Our car is spotless as if nothing ever happened and it smells fantastic! She tried to stop him but he drove away and didn’t get a license plate. Fortunately Richard was there to help! He completely buffed out the huge scratch and made it look like new! I have a 2009 Corolla black in color. Bought it brand new but over the years, the weather and highway driving took it's toll on the once shiny black paint to a grayish color with oxidation everywhere. The restoration Richard did in 48 hrs. brought the paint back to life. It looks as if it was right off the dealership lot. He is a perfectionist and ensures that it is perfect before he returns it to you. Not only would I recommend him for your detailing needs but will return in the future.

I brought my 2002 Honda Insight in because I had a bad stain on just the passenger side seat. I contacted them after hours and left a message and I got a response right away! They were super flexible and accommodating considering I wasn’t asking for an entire car detail. Richard was fantastic to work with, professional and honest. I came back to pick it up and they did BOTH seats, put a solution on all my windows, AND cleaned out my whole dash! As a young woman I am always reluctant to go to any auto shop, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t feel swindled! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The phone call to ask Qs and make the booking went really well. The owner was a really nice & friendly man so I really looked forward to getting my new vehicle detailed. I brought in a van & was quoted 4hrs max as it wasn't that dirty but I just wanted it fresher since it was pre-owned. It ended up taking 10hrs and I was out a vehicle the entire day! I also was charged $300 not the quoted $200. It wasn't fully washed either cuz there were spider webs & Mr.Spider still on the windows near the side view mirror & the cup holder was still dirty as well. Only thing that appeared to be cleaned were the carpets & they were great though. NOT IMPRESSED.

I am not usually one to write reviews but the customer service and quality of work that was provided by Garrison Auto Spa was worthy of being bragged about. One of my dogs decided he would supplement his diet with rotting fish at the river which in turn ended up inside my vehicle when he got sick. Richard managed to re-arrange his schedule to squeeze me in and save my vehicle from the permanent pungent smell of dead fish. Not only did he manage to make my vehicle smell brand new, the interior, and exterior were cleaned pristinely. I cannot say enough good things about my experience using this company. Having two outdoor living dogs I know it is only a matter of time before my vehicle is back in this shop for another detailing.

Great costumer service BUT he did not clean the hair out of my back seats very good. He did try to clean it a second time but it still looked the same after. I did not want to bug him a third time to try cleaning it, so I just told him (looks good thank you, Merry Christmas). The floor shampoo job was nice but if you have fabric seats and pet hair I would not go to this detailing shop to get it cleaned out. I give this a 2.5 star.
