Found this shop on Google. Stopped by to chat with the staff and see what the shop was like. Clean place. Friendly and polite staff. Booked an appointment to do the complete package. After getting my car back I was blown away. I generally keep my car fairly clean and try to stay on top of it. The difference still boggled my mind. The interior was clean in ways I never thought possible and the exterior was polished and beautiful. I never knew my car was bright white not off white haha. Great job! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking. I will be back.

Not recommended. I called in last week to ask about their detail services and pricing. I asked how much it would be to detail my SUV and was told between $75-$100. So I said sure go ahead and book me. I was not told of any other options. Brought the vehicle in today and after 2 hours went by to pick it up and was super disappointed in their detail job. The outside still had dirt on it, it was not vacuumed underneath the mats, the back of the seats were not wiped, there was a blanket on one of the back seats and that wasn't even lifted up to vacuum underneath, and the trunk didn't look like it was vacuumed either. I told the guy I wasn't happy and he basically said I should have got a higher detail package and left it there all day. I wasn't even told they offered anything else, and even for a "basic" I expect the dirt to be off and decent vacuum job. Worst detailing experience with these guys.

I give Justin and his crew 5 stars for the detail job they did on my SUV. The seats were so soiled from over 5 years of wear I thought the only option I had was to purchase seat covers. When I saw what The Detail Shop had done, I was astonished that the interior looked like the day I picked the car up at the dealership. Along with a windshield replacement, I was very satisfied with the work and the cost. Great job guys!!

I went to the Abbotsford Way detail shop location and was greeted by a young man named CODY. He was in the process of washing another vehicle. I asked him if he could fit me in for a car wash and he was able to take my car very quickly. I was impressed with his attitude and his attention to detail while washing my vehicle. He took his time and did a very good job. He also washed my mats and vacuumed my car. He is an excellent employee and I would highly recommend everyone to come and see CODY for excellent service!!! Keep up the good work!

Justin runs a very Efficient and busy business and the quality of work is outstanding with VERY fair pricing. My Volkswagen Jetta always looks brand new and there isn’t a mess that they haven’t been able to clean!! Use this business for your vehicle and save yourself the hassle of shopping around.

If I could give 10 stars i would!! I just came back from Penticton..needless to say my BMW was covered in bugs from the ride back. Interior was a total mess..dusty..dirty..dog hair in the carpets..almost felt bad dropping it off in that condition. Picked it up and...WOW..the exterior was like looking in tthe mirror..the interior was almost a shame to sit in it..spotless clean..feels like a brand new car. These guys did an awesome job and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend

Friendly staff and they get cigarette smoke out well. However we paid for the complete deep clean and they forgot to wash the roof. Under the seats was still dirty aswell. Not worth the money in my opinion.
