We had our entire home cleaned including our roof, gutters, siding, soffits, deck cover, windows and even our driveway! The staff were knowledgeable and efficient and had all of these tasks completed by 5:00 PM. The results were VERY impressive - our roof looks new! And the siding and soffits were spotless. They returned 2 days later to re-do a couple of windows that were a little streaky - they re-did several more windows they weren’t happy with as they had recently changed their streak-free protocol and really wanted to get it right. I feel like I’m living in a new home! The communication was excellent from the time we submitted a request for an estimate to the follow-up service after the job was complete. I had a multitude of questions which Mike patiently answered over the phone and by email. He was able to communicate with other staff and the owner to get my questions answered and get my project done as soon as possible during a very busy season. Even when I had issues with leaking skylights they worked with me patiently to figure out a solution and made a second visit once some roof repairs were completed. I found the use of the cleaners with a lower pressure wash a better option than the standard pressure washer. Wishing Ocean SoftWash all the best.

i contacted Rene of Ocean SoftWash for cleaning of two balconies of a 4th floor condo. Doug, the Mgr, who was covering for Rene, was very helpful and accepted the job. He sent Ocean SoftWash Employee "Joanna" to do the cleaning. Pressure washers are not allowed to be used because of the watery debris falling on decks below. The decks were hand-washed by Joanna, a truly daunting task. She took it all in stride and was so professional, truly an employee with excellent standards of work. The decks look awesome! She did a wonderful job of cleaning them. I will definitely call Ocean SoftWash for any future work to be completed!

We live at Cottonwood Ridge and Ocean SoftWash has washed our building for the past 4 years. They are always polite and do an amazing job. This past year I asked the young man how far away we had to park our car, and he was so nice! He explained that there is nothing in the washing of the building that would harm the car, it was more to be sure the technician had enough room to stand away from the building with the long wand without the car being in the way. Very pleased!

We had a spider repellent put on the exterior that seems to have cleaned up our spider problem. I am very happy with the work they did on our house.
