Would b 5 stars, cuz the store and most staff rock..but was put on hold for 13 minutes...when someone picked up again and asked if I had been helped, I said no, I've been on hold for 13 minutes. "Steve" then proceeded to treat me like dirt and tell me very rudely that he had 6 people in line and only 2 people to answer the phone so I should be patient blah blah blah....not the type of customer service u expect nor did I deserve...then I asked if i should just call somewhere else and he told me to "go ahead" and hung up. Super disappointing, especially since I have family who have an account with them literally since the 80's and we buy almost everything we can from them. Steve had a bad day and I got the brunt of it I'm guessing, but regardless, he was in the wrong and I'm simply not shopping there again because of it. Thought this business would continue to push the old fashioned values and morals of yester-year, but seems to me that they are slipping into the new age philosophy of "people are just numbers who give us money, do whatever needed to get more money regardless of quality of service". Sad. A Chilliwack institution falls like so many others.

I will never shop here again. Guy there recommended me the worst oil filter possible for my high performance car. It likely would have destroyed my car if another mechanic hadn't warned me before installing it. They don't know enough about cars at Lordco. Only shop there if you have done your research and know exactly what you are buying beforehand.

I use lordco a lot. Not many vehicle parts or automotive tools you can't find at lordco. If the location you visit doesn't have the part, they can usually bring it in by the end of the day from another location and at times I've had them delivered to my door. Great staff at most locations and not a question asked that hadn't been answered!

Their price to me with a discount is higher than the regular price at Napa for most products I've needed. Excellent price on Lucas oil stabilizer in the 4L jug! As well as Lucas' new oil. Knowledgeable and efficient staff members make visits easier for the consumer.

All three staff Brian Dylan and Nick deserve 5 stars for service. I came in with broken headlight bulbs and they made sure that I had the right ones installed, even going out into the parking lot countless times to see if the bulbs fit. They even stayed on, all three of them after the store had closed to help me get the lights working. I had my son with me and while they didnt mention it, they wanted us to be safe… they did not want us to be driving at night without proper headlights. It was service above and beyond. I would give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff ask plenty probing questions and straightforward and politely told me what I planned on doing wouldn't work. They explained why buying what I thought I could use would be a waste of my money in a non condenseding way and very professionally. Then helped me find a solution that 1 worked and 2 cost me alot less than what I was fearing. Absolutely outstanding customer service and every time I have gone into lordco I have always been well taken care of and have never had a bad experience with them. They also are taking covid/social distancing measures as well.

Always short tempered, irritated when asked questions, horrible phone service..on hold for 20 minutes or longer. Seems like they get upset when someone has to inquire on parts, rude attitudes, tones...its almost like its an inconvience when I go in to purchase parts like I'm taking away from something else they can be doing. Even though their job is to sell parts and answer questions regarding the part. I get a very unwanted vibe before I even inquire.

Very upset with the lack of customer service. The parts guy behind the desk wouldn't even look up on his computer to find out if the part I needed was in stock. He said no, we don't have it. Then ok , I asked could you look it up in these two other places because I'm from out of town and I can get it from either of those locations, and not once does he even type anything in, does one quick glance at the screen, and says " no they don't have anything either". Not impressed, and I have had an account for almost 30 years with Lordco. This location has the most inexperienced behind the counter employees. I am getting more and more upset with this kind of poor customer service, I seldom use Lordco anymore because of how unprofessional,and unhelpful they have become. I do not recommend shopping here.

They have an amazing selection of car parts and accessories. You can find pretty much whatever you're looking for your vehicle regardless of make or model here. It's recommended that you call ahead to see if they have what you're looking for is in stock. Otherwise they can order it in and I found their follow up to right on point. Absolutely terrible. There was a situation, my dad's trailer got stuck in some snow, 40 minutes away. At 3pm, with only an hour of daylight left. We needed chains for the tires urgently. VERY Urgently. So I walk into this Lordco, needing help, needing very urgent help. The very few workers there were busy, but one girl, who was not busy, not doing anything, literally standing behind the counter, taking steps back, and shaking her head no. Literally refusing to help me, so I'm stuck waiting for the busy ones, who are taking their time to finish, and not sure what to do? Because i'm in a RUSH. With this "worker" not only acknowledging my existence, but outright refusing to help.
