I went to this Car Wash, and have in the past, never again. I paid for the super premium wash as usual, but no wax was applied at all, just water came out. When I complained the apparent manager said that it was working fine and didn't want to discuss this issue. I don't mind paying for the wash, but when the system isn't working as it should, I would expect a different response. Last time I go there, and beware those who do.

Not a fan of how expensive the prices are but it definatly gets the job done! The car wash can take a decent amount of time in the summer depending on how big the line is and I honestly don’t believe it is worth the wait...Id rather have the hassle of doing it myself at home for free instead of having to pay 14$ for a wash

I was satisfied with the self serve results; however I’m so annoyed that my VISA was charged $9.95 for a 2 minute high pressure wash!!! I normally use coins for this exact reason, but I ran out so I decided to risk the VISA for the final rinse, and I will not be doing that again! I warn others to be wary! Take a photo of your used time and charge amount if you do, I wish I did now!

Spent $14 on the premium plus wash only to come out with a vehicle maybe 10% cleaner. I called and the first question they asked me was if my truck was black. It is. So there it is, don't get a touchless car wash if your car is black, or better yet, at Hillside Car Wash. The person on the phone only wanted to explain that they use good chemicals. Did it help get my car any cleaner by telling me this? Obviously not. Am I satified with the outcome, obviously not. So, out I go to rewash my truck by hand after just getting it washed for $14. *side note; I have had my black vehicle go through a touchless car wash many times before and come out clean.*

Always go there after we've been 'up country' on dusty gravel roads, so have real dirty vehicle. Staff are friendly, polite to kids. With care and some pre-planning, I can wash my SUV for $5. f

Absolutely terrible. Just blown away. I wasn’t t using their chemicals just the hose and water. I brought my own brush and chemicals And so, The actual service of the business is adequate. However for a person who has no way of properly cleaning their vehicle at home due to whatever circumstance maybe you live in an apartment or whatever and dont have access to a water line. But you have the proper knowledge to clean/wash your vehicle yourself do not come here. They will kick you out of the lot like they did to me and bring into question the heath of your conscience.

This is a great time saver ,and it does a good job if you use the car wash machine wash .But also you can wash your vehicle yourself .By the use of pressured wands that can wash , scrub and rinse by using the hand pressure washer . Great place .

One of my favorite places to wash the car. Lots of time to wash for your doller (self wash). Has an automated carwash as well. Reasonably priced. Staff always on site to help. Can be busy on weekend.

My go to Carwash in mission bc .I mainly use the wand wash. Bright stalls , change machine, they also accept credit cards in each wash Bay. Vacuums could use some more suction just like any other carwash I've been to. Every Bay is different with the amount of pressure from the wand. Time for the money is better than wash world.

Love the pre-soak options and the rain-x coating option, however I don't like the fact that it takes 45 - 60 seconds to change from one choice to another. They need to extend the amount of min you get to compensate for this or fix it. Otherwise, I have no problems with this place, always been friendly.

Good car wash. Helpful staff. Powerful vacuum. Good for a quick clean. Reasonable prices. I recommend. Try figuring out the vacuum cleaner with shampoo before inserting your coins, I suggest.

I used to come here every week because the business was well run and had a lot attendant who was able to make change for the self-serve bays or deal with any issues that may arise. But it looks like things are different now. I was in a rush so elected to use the drive-thru touchless wash. Unfortunately, my experience was a poor one. The first issue was encountered at the pay station, where I discovered that there was no way to select a regular wash for some reason. The machine would only let you select one of the three more expensive choices. It would have been nice to know this before driving down the lane as there is no way to back up and you are committed to enter the wash at this point. A sign or notice or an alteration to the giant menu board that trumpets the availability of the regular wash would have been nice, and would prevent patrons from leaving the premises feeling ripped off. While in the wash itself, it appeared that the system was lacking soap, as just a dribble fell on the car instead of the foamy coating I have experienced in the past. It also appeared that the air dryer was completely ineffective as the car was soaked upon exit, despite the fact that I drove through that section as slowly as possible. With no attendant in the booth or on the lot I had to make do, and found the need to hand wash and dry the vehicle. It's sad that this business seems to no longer care about a market it basically has to itself.

Terrible car wash. Opted for the premium wash and the truck looked worse coming out then it did going. Complete waste of money. Save your money and let the rain do a better job. Will not return.

After going through the automatic car wash, my car was still dirty. I called to ask if they would offer me a credit to go through again and immediately the man told me my car must be black, which it is not. He then proceeded to tell me that he gets a lot of complaints about the car wash not doing a good job. I explained that my car comes out clean when I use other car washes and he proceeded to make excuses and refused to offer a credit or refund. I advised him that I would be posting a review in hopes of saving others from wasting their time and money at his business to which he replied "it's a free world, do whatever you want".

I have used this car wash for several years every week. Always use the touch less bay closest to the do-it-yourself bays. Lately it has done a terrible job! I always pay for the $12 premium wash but vehicle is still dirty in places when finished. I know it has new management. Seemed better before!

Same story as last person . Automatic carwash only cleaned 50% of my wheels and missed back bumper and half of tail gate. His response was I should of used the brush and bucket first. ......so I guess I should just wash car by hand and not use his automatic wash is what he is telling me. Been through many other carwashes before and had attendant offer to re reun me for free before I said a word. Stay away from this carwash its clearly out of calibration cause half the wheels were spotless and anything low was missed.

After paying for the “ultra premium” package for the touchless cycle, my car does not come out any cleaner than just using the pressure wand in the self-serve stalls which cost less than half. Have to admit my car was dirty after the snow and rainy weather, but I expected a better result. So next time, I will just use the self serve bays with the higher pressure wand to rinse off the grime and dirt...follow by a waterless wash at home during the winter months.

This car wash is under new ownership and the owners are apparently ripping everyone off. They are charging a dollar for 60 seconds but only giving you 45 seconds and they turn down the pressure on the pressure washers. And there's soap leaves a massive amount of residue. New owners suck

Car washes don't work, no soap, no water and automatic washes die half way through and the attendants are Mia. If you want to spend 45 minutes tracking someone down so you can wash coloured soap off your car then go here.

Posting publicly as there is no email, I prefer to deal with issues privately first I had two big issues tonight: 1. I started by paying 7.95 for the self serve wash. My truck was fairly dirty and it didn't do a good job at all, it looked horrible. I checked my visa and it charged me 9.95! I blamed myself for the poor quality job. 2. I then decided to try the premium wash for 12.95 because I really wanted my vehicle clean. It didn't work at all! My vehicle came out filthy again! All in all I am very frustrated to the point where I'm writing a review. I would very much appreciate a refund. I do however understand it was cold tonight which contributed to how the wash quality was.

It is really good car wash but sometime payment machines are not working well, it is not taking cards. It should be improve and i like the automatic wash too and the turban guy who is working there, i did not remember his name, he is very hardworking guy and always ready to help. I really appreciated his work. I really recommended this car wash.

Its good ! Need to improve & change payments pads , very old debit dont work & need to call a #, which is a big hassle & time consuming. Attendant person always sitting, never seen him/her walking ????‍♂️ around to check ✔ on customers needs . Only 2 bays for auto ???? car wash - too many self - serve/manual auto - bay, rather it should be more automatic cash wash. They should increase more touch less automatic car - wash, lot of time I see line - up ; wait 10 - 20 min. Or more.most of the time self - serve car wash is all empty. .

Self serve stations are always clean and you have the option to pay a dollar at a time instead of two like some. They have a vending machine with more detailing products that vary in price range. What I don't like is that the attendants are known for hovering(especially if they are not busy), they don't like if you have lots of animal hair (they have come up and asked if that's what I'm vacuuming my car for. I dont have a dog) or garbage to toss out, and even too much dirt they will comment on. I just always feel like I'm doing something wrong, but they are friendly and also have lots of change on hand when you need it. I never use the automatic car wash here so I can't comment.
