I haven't gone to this location before, but I will NOT recommend them to ANYONE . They almost hit several vehicles with used oil filters at the mall location one and if security hadn't spoken to them first I would have had a good word with them myself. Very, very unprofessional if you ask me! There are safer ways to dispose of oil filters aside from carelessly throwing them at a dumpster and only getting 3/5 into the bin! Unacceptable.

They send people away if you don't wear a mask. They don't consider that you might have a health condition or not all the while you completely remain in your vehicle. What is the definition of a drive through oil change if you can't get it done with you staying in your vehicle and not having to put on a mask?

I phoned beforehand and asked if I could bring my own oil and filter. He said "sure come on down the charge is $XX." When I arrived there he proceeded to be unnecessarily rude to me, to the point that I politely said, "If you don't want to do it then you don't have to." And then he rudely said "I'll do it." At this point everyone in the oil change is starting at us, and I said "Just open the door I'll go somewhere else." This was one of the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed.

I have been to this place a few times for oil changes, about a year ago my skid plate fell off within an hour of my oil change and had to drive back and get it fixed, they gave me a $10 coupon for next time and apologized. Then 2 days ago I got another oil change done at the same location and in the middle of the night last night in the pouring rain it fell off again, I went in this morning to get it fixed, I did not get an apology and they tried to tell me it was my fault. I don’t recommend this place the customer service has gone downhill extremely. Very unprofessional I will not be going back.

Have been coming here for years and always loved their service, but I am posting today because they have gone over and above. Came in for an oil change and my battery dies, turns out it is dead, dead, and needs replacement. They didn't have the exact one I needed in stock so instead of just giving me a jump, sending me on my way and recommending where I should go. They called around town, got one delivered and installed it all for cheaper than it would have cost me to go and do this all myself. So thankful!!! Will recommend to everyone I know.

Canadian Tire is a lot cheaper for an oil change . This location like many other's try scare tactics to get you to buy the more expensive oil when it's not required and they pose an argumentative bad attitude to go along with it.. This location tried to convince me to put dextrose oil in my truck for $120. 5.3 litres of oil. Canadian Tire half that cost and no attitude at all.. That's where my money is going from now on

They have left oil dripping off the pan so it stained the carport, and another time the filter was left loose too. Charged for complementary windshield wipers which detached in the first snow storm and scratched the windshield. They are quick but the price is no longer a savings if you factor in fixing the mistakes they caused.

I have moved to chilliwack 2 yrs ago and have used them twice...both times I felt looked after very well. I am using a synthetic oil for a diesel engine which was to be expensive but there were ways to save $ and they helped me with that. After my second oil change I noticed fluid of some sort trailing me on an incline as I drove up...I was quite concerned and slowly made my way to their bays and they did an inspection taking a decent amount of time... minimizing my concerns of danger to vehicle but could not pinpoint my troubles.... No charge for the inspection. I was so impressed with their help outside the oil changes that they did for me. Also they referred me to who they felt would give me a fair shake and honest service. And I took it to them and i was in and out quickly with a fixed fuel filter. So thank you guys and a high five to the great service.

Overall, had a great experience! They serviced my lowered vehicle without too much trouble as well as accommodated my unique requests around wanting to keep a fluid sample and my old filter. Was in and out in less than 20min; Money well spent. They've earned a return customer in me, for sure.

Service is fast, they dont sell you what you dont need. However , when i check on the service checklist there are services that they didnt really do that report says they did. Here are the list. 1. Wiper Blades checked. He didnt even looked or touch the wiper blades. 2. Air filter. How can he check the air filter without opening the casing and removing the air filter. 3. Cabin filter . Technician was able to check without opening the door and glove box and without removing the filter. Hmmm , guess work? Did they really change the oil filter ? This is my first time with this company to have oil change and probably last time.

Feel like I was scamed i asked them if they replace the seal on the rear diff when they flush it he said yes only to find out they don't even do the job right and properly clean it out i made sure I asked if thats what they do and was told yes complete scam of 126$ ps- you are supposed to remove the back plate to completely clean it why the help do half the job

Great service. Quick, friendly and they never hesitate to give you a good deal on multiple services. However, today's visit wasn't so great. The first guy I had was super overdramatic and didn't do a very good job at directing my vehicle in. If I'm a little too far over on one side then say so. Don't just give up half way through and start being all dramatic and say I'm making you feel 'uncomfortable'. You repositioned my car but you didn't. It literally stayed exactly where I left it. Maybe next time instead of doing the whole overdramatic part and embarrassing your customer for no reason you could just ask to reposition the car and leave it at that. I think you embarrassed yourself and knew you were being way too overdramatic because you asked to switch with someone else. I do however apologize to the second guy because I always tip and I didn't this time. The service was great with the second guy and I should have tipped you.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I would like to thank this kind man named Nathan who saw me struggling with a flat tire after work in the rain/snow and went out of his to make sure everything was alright! turned out there was a nail in my tire and I needed to put the spare on. I didn't know how to change a tire let alone figure out to get my spare tire out from under my SUV. If it weren't for Nathan being there to help me through this I don't know what I would have done, I don't have very many people I'm able to call for help. I'm so thankful that there are still good people in this world. Thankyou so much for all the help Nathan, I will for sure pass this along! I'll definitely be back, everyone there was so kind!!

Beware this business will scam you. I went in to get my tranny fluid changeD and they said that I get a free pizza with the tranny fluid change little did I know the coupon expired after a few days. No one told me that it was only good for a few days. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that it was on the coupon in small print. Basically told me it was my problem. I was also over charged I guess to pay for their almost expired coupon. Most companies would still honour the coupon. The manager was extremely rude and really didn't care about customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL SCAM YOU .

When we got home noticed that smoke was coming from the hood, we called GCOC and a staff member came and checked it out and said there was some oil that spilled out he even made sure to clean as much as he could reach. Wow, so amazing!!! That's what you call customer service at its finest!! They really care about their CUSTOMERS!! Most likely going back and highly recommend. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I had an oil change about 6 years ago on a Ford Escape with 25,000 km on it. The girl was trying to up sell me on getting a transmission oil change, telling me the manual requires to change the transmission oil at 27,000 km. I told her to change only the engine oil, went home and checked out the manual. The actual mileage was over 100,000 km for the first transmission oil change. These guys / ladies are a rip off. I am sure the owner taught them to up sell fraudulently. Be careful with their fraudulent up sell tactics.

Usually pretty good service and always speedy, but last time I was there I felt pressured to opt in for services that I didn't want/need. I wasn't surprised by the air filter replacements and tire pressure checks they offered, but this time they tried to sell me an expensive battery (above $200) despite mine being less than 2 years old and in good working order, according to my mechanic. They pressured me with comments like, "this will damage your alternator over time, which is much more expensive than a new battery," and, "you could go to Canadian Tire if you want, but we'd all put the expensive one in our own cars." I was not impressed by this (admittedly rare) experience, and won't be getting oil changes from Great Canadian anymore. I hope this isn't their new business model and I'd like to be able to trust their honesty again.
