I've been coming to this location since I moved to Chilliwack a few years ago. Every time I come here I have more than a pleasant experience as the customer service is better than most places I've been to. they're super fast and super reliable and always offer me the best price they can and it's more than appreciated. Totally would recommend anybody to come here as I have not missed an oil change since giving them my business. Keep it up boys !

I sat and chatted with the two techs who both had a great sense of humor while staying focused on the task at hand, noting some deficiencies with my car, before offering sage advice on what I should do about it. I dare say that I would change my oil every day to keep these two young men from ever being out of work because they're just that good!

Got my oil changed there...What a joke! They tell you all kinds of BS to sell extras. Like synthetic oil and so on. Then the use some cheapy junk oil and filter. Worst thing is they spray painted all around the drain plus on the diff and engine leaving white over spray everywhere. then the overfilled the engine, slopped oil all over. IDIOTS period. DON'T GO THERE..besides its cheaper to go to the dealer. As soon as i noticed the white over spray the next day I changed the oil again myself and installed quality oil and a Fram filter..

Went in for an oil change and didn't quite have enough but they worked with me to make sure I got the best service for my car. Julien was amazing and even helped me with the last $3 I needed! I went to get an oil change and my cars rated 10,000km before I have to get another oil change… they usually have a sticker that has the amount of km you can go before coming to get another, the guy decided he was gonna write it out this time and rate my car only for 5000kms. He also kept on making comments about flushing my oil tank, (I get my oil changed very regularly so I don’t have to do that). Terrible experience.

Tryed get oil changed done. I guess they thought i pulled in to fast before the doors. Told me wasnt a race track.so asked if they were grumpy. They told me know just slow down and pay attention. Then they denied me service. They look miserable and lazy and like they hate there lives. If that was my business they would be fired. They super rude.ill will never support another great Canadian oil change.also look like someone that doesnt like there job and would mess your car up. I wouldnt reccomend this location to anyone.

I went in for an oil change on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at about 11:30 to the Alexander location. My vehicle had been in storage for about 6 months prior. I had a fresh oil change before putting it in storage but, I was under the impression that my oil would certainly need to be changed after 6 months. Scott was my technician and he so kindly informed me that my oil looked very clean and he advised me that my oil would be good for about a year and that I really didn’t need an oil change today. Scott saved me about $100 today and that was very good thing for me. I usually hear from people to avoid quick lube services as they tend to be unreliable and can over charge. That was not my experience and truly never has been at your location. Also, Scott checked over my car, fluids and tires, without charge! Exceptional service! Thank you Scott! Went there today because I thought I was due for an oil change. Can’t remember their names, but the employees working checked the oil and informed me I could still go another 1500 kms before I needed to do so. I’m actually 500 kms over the recommended oil change number, but the staff there did an amazing job and informed me my oil was still clear and didn’t need to be changed. They were completely honest with me, didn’t go for the unnecessary cash grab and topped my fluids up for free. Highly recommend!

Very poor service,not friendly staff at all!!! My husband is an immigrant, never gone thru an oil change service like this before, so he didn't know what was going on , and the guy swore about us because we weren't responding how he expected. Used crude language a couple times about us, not realizing we could hear thru the vehicle. I'm used to friendly oil change workers who can give a smile and politely knock on the window if they need you to confirm something, rather than expect you to understand what they mean. Poor customer service skills, that's for sure! Not going there again.

I've been here a couple of times and like the professional attitude of the technicians and their friendly demeanor. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and all of my car's fluids were checked and topped up while the oil was being changed. Offering me a bottled water to drink while I waited was a nice touch.
