After having issues with another local oil change place I made the switch to Great Canadian Oil Change. The guy there helped discover and fix the issues caused by the other place and for that Ill always go here for all my oil changes. They know me by name and always ask about the many trips we take. After every service you always get a pack of gun or a hand sanitizer as a little gift. Its a nice touch. Highly recomend!!!

I needed an oil change so I pulled over and got one. They told me I needed new transmission fluid because mine was black and it needs to be red. I frankly mistrust car services because I know many of them will try to get your money one way or another. But this store had AMAZING reviews so I thought I would give it a go and spend $179 just for the transmission fluid. I was skeptical but I knew they had great service and looked like very honest individuals. Long story short, I drive back into the highway and my car runs smoother than ever before! Better than when I bought it from that local dealership in Victoria. Most definitely happy with the investment I made. Thank you guys from the Great Canadian Oil Change!

Try them out not very impressed Monty thought he was an expert on tires. Try to tell me the tire guys are all wrong don't no what they are doing. Also left oil all over engine cover car started to smoke after driving for few mins from oil filter leaking

Got an oil change a few months ago which was very smooth and the service was great and just a few days ago my headlight went out and i brought it in and ethan told me it was just a loose wire, probably saved me an arm and a leg at any other shop lol, really like the staff and service here definately recommend

Oil changes are a bit pricey here. Service was excellent though. Last time I was in they used Penzoil oil and Penzoil filters for there oil changes. They now use Klondike oil and Valvoline oil filters. Klondike Oil is 100% Canadian???????? made and owned . I have never heard of them but I will proudly support and use there oil. ????????

On Sunday July 25, 2021, I was heading from Chilliwack to Maple Ridge when I noticed a flapping and banging sound coming from underneath my Jetta. I was on the number 1 TransCanada Hwy when I first heard the sound. I pulled over and checked but could see nothing wrong. As soon as I got over 60 kph I heard the sound again. I made it to Mission and pulled up to the Canadian Tire. In checking now I could see a plastic shroud hanging down under the car. Canadian Tire turned me away (too busy they said) but told be buy some zip ties and go to Great Canadian Oil Change to see if they would help. l drove over and explained that I didn't need an oil change but I did help with the situation. The young man named Zach, and his coworker were more than willing to assist me. They were so helpful! Zach said that the shroud could not be zip tied but did remove the entire shroud for me so that I could safely continue on my way. They refused any compensation for their time. I couldn't thank them enough and I don't know what I would have done if they had turned me away like Canadian Tire. Simply put, they were outstanding!! I just wanted to make sure that I acknowledged this wonderful act of compassion and caring. They were extremely polite and helpful. They actually wanted to make sure that the problem was fixed properly and that I would be safe to continue driving. That says so much for the type service and I I do hope they are recognized for this. Your business is as good as your employees so this should say quite bit for this this business.

1 out of 5 (I've never wrote a bad review for a business before in my life and the speed of the appointment was quick) HOWEVER 2 days after an oil change at Great Canadian Oil Change Mission my new car's (which had never had any issues before) plastic oil flap which protects the oil drain under the car broke off. Although apparently the security cameras showed the flap in place when leaving, it seems awfully coincidental and hard to believe that 2 days after the flap was fiddled with by Great Canadian Oil Change Mission (without no one else touching it and having no prior incidents of it falling down or unlocking) it broke. "Unfortunately there was nothing that they could do about it." I'd highly recommend using an alternative oil change shop- one that you can TRUST to work on your vehicle with respect.
