Been a member of the unlimited monthly wash club and noticed a couple times scratches have appeared after the wash, today I went through and took a photo before and after to be sure and there is new scratches after the wash. Not impressed, I come through to keep my car looking new not ruin it.

I was really impressed with this place. The attendant was there and washed behind the mirrors and lower bumpers before I drove thru to make sure it came out clean. My wife’s van came out clean and we will definitely be back for another wash soon!

I enjoyed that the wash was free, but had I actually paid the full price of $17, I would be looking for a refund or rewash. This may be because I have a very narrow car, as the spinning brushes did not seem to touch most of the sides of my car, leaving the windows and wheels dirty. I will try to go through tomorrow again, as maybe I just had bad luck? If so, I'll adjust my rating. UPDATE - Owner reached out to offer a replacement wash (which is great service for sure!). Went through with the same vehicle, and results were slightly better, but still missed many spots (top of the windows where the car is narrowest as one example). Again, I'm sure this is not an issue for most vehicles, but for mine it does not seem to work.

Felt it was overrated. Yes it was fast, but 18 dollars for my car to not even get fully clean is not what I am looking for. Fancy lights don't clean my car. All the black strips on my car were white and looked dirtier, I also noticed many spots on my car look like it wasn't even touched. My car wasn't even that dirty. I feel this car wash is better for larger vehicles as I felt that my car was barely touched. Maybe my car is hust too small for their machines.Touchless car washes from cheaper places do a better job for me. Glad it worked well for others but it's not for me.

It may sound a little Peter Pan, but getting my car washed here is magical. I pull up, put it neutral & crank Pink Floyd's "Welcome to the Machine" as the foam, lights, brushes, water wax and air do their magic on my car. In my opinion, Best Boyz would be a good place to roll through while on a date.

Best Boys Car Wash is a very efficient car wash that seems to most all places on the truck and leaves it very clean. I wish the brushes were a little wider in the upper section to reach more of my pickup cab and canopy. It would also be great if you provided a family membership, allowing for at least two vehicles.

What an experience this car wash is! Aside from being super fun as you are being pulled through the conveyor belt with the LED light show and brushes, transported to another world....I have never seen my tires shine like the way they do after coming out of this wash. You would not know that the car had come out of a one minute machine wash, and not hours of manual scrubbing.

Truck in front of my car, hit the height measurement hanger! I had to inform staff, as the automated car wash, would have either broke the wash, or tore of the guys extended canopy right off. After a half hour delay, all the cars had to reverse back out of the line up. Staff were awesome, dealing with the issue. Design and location of this wash is extremely bad! ( No bypass lane, no room to turn properly). Got home and had to wipe the car wash wax spotting off my car!

Went through the car wash and came out with scratches. Looking at some of the other reviews I see it occurs often. I had to pay to get the scratches fixed and learned my lesson to pay more for a proper car wash that won’t leave damage to my brand new vehicle. Customer service was basically non existent.

Wish there were more options to delete or add, dependent on your particular needs as I find there is an excessive amount of wax on the "top level" wash. The driveway to get into the wash is a pain and I wish they had vacuums but the wash is most important and overall I am very impressed.

The Payment stations are futuristic, accepting Apple Pay, Tap, and even RFID technology so I can just drive through! No more fumbling with coin slots, or cash machines. FUN: This was an absolute hit with the kids. We were all mesmerized by the colorful LED light show and signs, while a conveyor belt pulled us through a high-tech tunnel of robotic, computer-controlled equipment that washed the car. FURIOUS: This facility, and their staff, work hard to clean your car. They have selected a great combination of advanced technology, soap and soft foam fingers to furiously remove any dirt. FRIENDLY: Greeted by friendly staff that helped us from start to finish, and ensured we were satisfied with the wash and experience. We've returned several times, and can highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quick, convenient car wash.

I don’t use car washes but needed my undercarriage rinsed from winter. This was an amazing car wash! Be warned, it’s full contact but it works. The only issue I had was the tire shine. It was everywhere and made a mess. The next day I had clean my rims and touch up the body. But overall, I was impressed.

When I first saw the building going up, I thought, not another car wash! Then one day, I saw a promotion on their sign, so I decided to check it out. The manager literally walked me through the car wash and explained every aspect of the car wash. One of my concerns was my black truck and the brushes potentially scratching my paint. The manager explained that their brushes with the type of material would not scratch the paint. He offered a free complimentary car wash. When I exited the car wash, I could not believe how good a job it did. The paint and rims were gleaming! But the most surprising part to me was how my tires shined. It looked like someone had dressed them up by hand. Anyway, two weeks later I signed up for the monthly deal. I have been to many car washes in my life, but none of them compares to this. I highly recommend that you try it. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Though this place is very convenient and very easy to go through I was not to happy with the wash job. Places it didn’t wash; corner of the window near the mirrors, the indented lettering on the tailgate, intends on the rims and right behind the fenders where there’s always dirt. I would be happy to try them again but for 20 dollars and such a high tech system I would have expected better.

If you have low profile tires don't even bother. My car is 6 months old and and a rim got damaged by the pull system(driver's side ). If you have a car with steel wheels or a truck probably would be a good place. I am only sharing to save someone else the grief.

I work at Southside Church here in Chilliwack, we had an event coming up for our church where we were helping out single moms in our community with their vehicles ie. gas, clean, mechanical etc. I gave Mike a call at Best Boyz to see if he could donate any free car washes towards our initiative. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN!! Overall experience amazing every time, the staff are very friendly and attentive. James is so great he always makes you feel extra special and he always puts the customers needs first. With the incredible light show and the sparkling tire shine I couldn't not sign up for the UNLIMITED WASH membership for only $34.95 a month, its an absolute steal of a deal, especially for someone as OCD as myself. Generally really good,but I went there last week and was very unimpressed.i had a tie strap hooked up in the box of my pick up.. instead of asking me to take it out,the girl decided to crawl into the back of my lifted pick up,undo it, swing her leg over the tailgate and because the truck is lifted,she couldn't reach the ground , so she slid her way down,dragging her jacket along my tailgate.. not happy!!

The Esso at Whatcom rd in Abbotsford, washes way better. And $10 cheaper. No mud or heavy dirt on my truck. Best Boyz didn’t even take the dust off of my tailgate or the rear bumper. My first and last time going there. The plus side is my tires are clean!!!

Really nice staff, awesome customer service. I have been here a few times and was really happy with the wash. I am not sure if they have changed the pressure of the wash or what but something has changed. Last time I went the wash was not great. Lots of areas to the front end, back and and sides of my car were missed and you could see the brush strokes from the wash from where it did and didn't wash. I went back the next day, they were great and it was explained to me that some cars that have areas that are hard to reach will not get washed as they do not want to press too hard and scratch your car. The wash had quit about half way through when I was in so they said it was possible that affected the wash too and agreed it should have been a better job. They put me back through at their most expensive wash no charge. I got home and most of the parts I had pointed out were still not clean and my wheels were also very poorly washed, with the same brush type strokes. My hood roof and fenders looked great, just wish the rest of the car looked that good. I get that they don't want to "press" too hard and damage your car. But if my whole car is not actually being washed I just don't see the point.

Staff member was friendly. We opted for the 17 $ wash. Was not impressed missed multiple spots on the hood and lower rockers of my wife's Hyundai sonata which was 4 weeks old so definatly not overly dirty. Couldn't relocate attendant to have it redone. The job it did do I would expect to cost maybe 5 dollars not 17. I will go back once more to try the cheapest wash to compare the two. Just another disappointing auto wash. 2nd review after revisits . Very hit and miss carwash the only way the car comes truly clean is if the attendants prewash it before entering when they do this it's great but they rarely due. And I noticed the price has gone up for the best wash

The car wash it self is great more then adequate the staff is friendly . My 2 star rating is due to the auto payment when you pay monthly . It hasn't worked in 4 months for me now it keeps saying my credit card is good but dose not take the payment ! No this doesn't mean I get free car washes it means I have to pay out of pocket to get my car washed after signing into a contract .I have contacted the car wash it self via phone and in person to no avail . The have not received a call from the company that process the auto payment like I was told would happen . I did get 3 vouchers for their car wash for free but no explanation on what's going with the automatic payments ! If I wanted to pay out-of-pocket everytime I wanted my car washed I wouldn't have signed into a contract with them . The rep from the that offered me the deal has not contacted me about this problem . you cannot explain after I'm going to get back build for the months that I haven't been able to use , which is a high possibility . I have asked now twice to cancel my contract if no answer on how to do that I also had to put a stop payment on my credit card just in case they do try to back bill me for the months I haven't been able to use there service .

This car wash is wonderful! The wash itself does a great job, plus the friendly staff do a little pre wash on your vehicle. ???? I would recomend this place to everyone.

Hit and Miss, Have had great car washes then have had poor ones where i've had to go thru several times and the attendant still missed blatant dirt patches on rear hatch even after pointing them out.

My kids and i were super excited to try out this high tech car wash, after being let down by many others. Unfortuantely we have been let down by this one as well, where my emblems are there is still dirt, my lower body, dirt. Lower windows and part of my mirrors, dirt. I am extremely dissapointed. What a waste of 17.85$!!!

Staff was friendly, however noticed a lot of dry soap residue and a cupple scratches on my car after coming out of wash. Also missed a cupple spots but kinda thought it would.

I've had my car washed here a few times. They have an attendant to help you line up your car and then you just sit back for what seems like a couple of minutes and your car emerges clean, shiny and almost dry. I also liked the lights and not having to get out of my car. There's a few options for the wash and upgrades are also available. The owner came out to introduce himself and assist me with the process so I'll continue to use this car wash.

Had over spray all down my truck and fenders from something in the wash, took over 4 hrs with a clay bar to some what remove. Tires weren't evenly coated alot of bare spots. Been twice the first time was great this time not so much! I won't be back. Noticed my clearcoat peeling on my steps as well.
