1st time customer and will never go back nor recommend the place. I wanted the #5 package: Wax/Mini Detail. The only employee there rushed through it to get me out the door. He failed to vacuum the trunk and under the floor mats in the front. He also didn't vacuum the ash tray or middle console area. The detail of the vents looked very rushed, with dust still visible on the dash, and smear marks on the dash indicator area. The front window wasn't clean on the outside, and the wax job didn't look all that terrific. Only thing that looked half decent was the tires being cleaned. Definitely not worth the $100 paid for this job. Do not go there, they obviously don't need the business and do not treat your car like their own.

Overall, the detail itself was great. I got the VIP package which the website stated to be $275+ for cars and $300+ for trucks/SUVs. My bill came to $365+ for a standard car.

What an amazing staff! I highly recommend this location. The attention to detail is unmatched by anyone I have used in the past. Extremely efficient business I'm incredibly greatful to have found this spot. It's tucked in a little behind Midas muffler. The warm smiles by these guys rain or shine an absolute pleasure to walk through their doors and be serviced by them. I also am a huge fan of working with local small business owners. I will never go anywhere else to have my vehicles detailed.

Had my car polished there under the previous ownership. Very happy with how the clouded clear coat was totally cleaned up. Went back a few weeks ago on a Saturday to setup an appt to have my hood scratches buffed out. the parking lot was empty, place was dead, and I was surprised to see one guy there detailing his own car. It ended up being an old friend of mine I hadn't seen in ten years. he said " ohh yeah we just picked this up in the spring" referring to the business. He said they have a polish guy that comes in during the week. I gave him my name and number he said someone would call me the following week.He said "don't worry man we will take care of you". As if the work would be no charge. Yeah right buddy. I knew this was a joke as soon as I saw the place. Looks like it's closed down As I expected no one called me so I should've walked away but instead I went back after work one weekday and same thing...empty lot, one car being detailed by one guy, different guy this time. He looked at my car And hummed and hawed for like 5 mins then gave me the same Spiel as Saturday. Then I walked away. It really seems like a waste of space someone could be using that shop for detailing cars of Abbotsford customers, Sorry guys I won't recommend this shop. It was great under previous owners. Anyone giving a good review is obviously friends with the owners and have had special treatment. I can see the dynamic if I had a high end sports car I woulda gotten a call back but I had a civic..

Picked up my vehicle to find that the edge of my side mirror had been pulled off and left hanging. Noticing this I sent pictures to the shop only to receive a phone call from the “owner” who argued with me for 10 minutes that he has no idea how that could have happened. Then threw out hypotheticals that I pulled it off when getting home to try to get a free mirror out of him or maybe it happened on my way home. The worst customer service I have ever experienced especially from someone who says he owns the shop. Needless to say this issue was not rectified and “Manny” was not pleasant or helpful in the slightest.

Hello guys ! Please don’t go on this place. Service is very bad and dirty my car still dirty from inside but they charge me 200 bucks.Outside they use just shampo but charge me 50 bucks extra for wax ( no wax just shampo that’s it )Please don’t go this place is sucks.
