Last month, I recently went to Victory Ford and test drove a 2018 Lincoln MKC and ended up buying it. The salesman, Umar Mammoud was the best. Took the time to explain and answer all my questions as well as work out a great deal. Then was introduced to Tanya Walters, the financial services manager. Wow! She was Excellent. Explained all my options and took all the time, to make sure I got best coverage on my Lincoln. There was NO pressure at all. She made it a very pleasant experience. If your in the market in a new or used vehicle all the staff are great to make it a stress free experience.

We had an excellent overall experience purchasing our Lincoln MKZ at Victory Lincoln. Mark Jackson was an extremely personable and professional sales associate, who demonstrated amazing patience with our young family. His love of all things Monster Jam kept our 3 year old entertained throughout the process, and he even walked out with a new MAX-D and ZOMBIE toy! I will definitely send friends and family to Mark, and will be back for a Navigator in a few years! The reason for the non 5 star review has to do with overall sales processes on site. Simply using an artificial $500 "dealership and theft registration" fee, dependent on purchasing price and finance rates is a pretty manipulative process. We had this fee "waived" and "un waived" several times throughout the process. Not to mention being assured at least 5x by the finance department that there was no "Theft Registration Fee"... and having to pay $500 on that exact fee the day of pick up... like you literally initial an agreement to pay it while the finance department says there is no fee... weird... and difficult to argue with a crying baby and a toddler. I didn't have the energy or time to fight it, but definitely left something to be desired. Overall we got a great car and an awesome salesperson, so would recommend Victory Lincoln! Thanks Mark!

I like my MKZ very much, however when I decided to purchase this car I was assured that the scratches on the rear cowling (bumper) would be buffed out and the deep gouge would be taken care of. When I took delivery the scratches were lightly buffed but were still visible. The gouge had only had a little touch-up paint put on it but quite noticeable. I expected better from such a fine dealership that I have dealt with for years!

We have purchased two new vehicles from Victory Ford. One being a 2010 Ford truck and the other a Lincoln MKZ which is leased. Both vehicles have not given us a minutes trouble. The truck is serviced when necessary for oil changes etc however nothing has needed to be repaired. The paint is like the day we purchased it. Looks brand new and it has never been polished. The Lincoln is of course in a world of its own. It is a 2016, and other than trying to figure out what all the features are, it is a beautiful vehicle especially in the warm months with the moon roof open. Love it! The service at Victory Ford is excellent. They are more than willing and patient to explain things. They have a new LIncoln ready for me to use when I take mine in for oil changes. We are very satisfied with the service at Victory Ford and will continue to use them in the future.

I made an appointment with the GM here last Saturday, before they closed, for Monday at 9:00am. I drove over an hour to test drive and mostly likely buy the car, only to be asked to sit in the guest lounge where I waited for an hour. Once the dealer I was there to meet with decided to give me the time of day he pawned me off to someone else. Only then did they decide to let me know, that the car I had come all this way to most likely buy (cash in hand) was sold earlier in the week. I didn’t want to completely waste my trip so i asked to test drive a few other cars. The man who helped me with the test drive was helpful, kind, and professional. However I will not be buying a car from this dealership due to my awful experience and wast of time. I will also make sure to steer anyone else I know looking for a car away from Victory Ford and Lincoln.

I probably looked at trucks for a month before I finally bought one from Victory. I went through the lot several times and didn't see what I wanted. I talked to Ryan for maybe 10 minutes and he knew exactly what I wanted and knew where to get it. He had to pull it out of the warehouse just for me to test drive it. We walked around in -10 on their lot and was finally approached after we were freezing and went back in the building to make we didn't miss any cars. I had some warranty issues with my vehicle and again had to deal with it from 400 km's away. They did their best to make sure the parts were in that they required ahead of time. My fiancé drives a Ford that was purchased at Victory Ford, and kept paying for a program called Gas and Go. They do maintenance and keep an eye on the vehicle for you. It’s not cheap! Since 2012 I counted 31 visits to Victory Ford. Yes THIRY ONE, and for several different major issues. We complained about a noise in the transmission for years and it is documented on the most recent invoices. Just this week the noise got way worse and it turns out that the Transmission is shot... after 6-7years. Apparently I’m not the only one with these issues and there are actually law suits against Ford for it. So after spending all this money on the gas and go program and having the vehicle in 31 times in 7 years Victory ford let the transmission go out of warranty by 3 months and now they want me to pay thousands for this repair which should have been done at the original complaint (there is a law suit and everyone knows there’s an issue). I’m happy to share any invoices, all 31 to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Ford from Victory.

When they found that my winter tires and rims did not work, they stayed to have the summer tires reinstalled, and have my vehicle washed and ready for my trip. Our experience with Victory Ford so far has been excellent. Anyone in the market for a used Ford F150, knows how difficult it is to get your hands on one. My husband and I were touring your lot one Sunday afternoon and one of your sales rep - Mike Raspburg introduced himself. Right from the start Mike was honest with my husband about the state of used F150s and told him that he would keep his eye out for one. The following Saturday Mike contacted my husband to advise him of a truck he'd have available early the following week. We headed to Chatham on the following Tuesday to view/test drive the truck. Mike made us feel very comfortable, but was also very honest with us as there were 3 other customers looking at this same truck. My husband had done his homework and knew what the going rate for trucks was (year, miles, extras etc) so he was familiar with what the asking price would be. We quickly made the deal with Mike, who was able to negotiate a few extras for us. We appreciate the efforts Mike took to ensure that we were satisfied with the deal we were making with Victory Ford. We were able to seal the deal and pick up our truck 3 days later. We've now had our F150 for almost a month and we don't regret our purchase. Mike Raspburg and the team at Victory Ford were nothing but professional and efficient in processing our deal.

Just bought and picked up my new 2019 Mustang Ecoboost, and must say its the most fun I've had driving a car ever. So fun and great on gas too. Zero regrets with the car or even colour choice. The staff are all awesome and great to deal with. Everyone was patient and friendly but seemed genuine and personable. Umar was my salesperson and great to deal with! It's awesome when you go to make a big purchase and are treated like a person, and not a number or a statistic or a paycheck. **Make sure to read over everything and not just sign it** I went to pick the car up and was rushed by the lady through the paperwork. Most is just a formality for banking and ownership, but one in particular, in hindsight I wish I waited to sign. The inspection one. There's a paper that you sign that states someone went over the car with you before you take it with a fine tooth comb to ensure it meets your satisfaction. In my haste and to match her pace, I signed this paper without even seeing the car. (Totally my own fault, I know). They brought me the car and everything looked awesome. Later that night I happened to look and see a fairly significant scrape around one of the rims. It was 100% not me, and I think not visible to much of an extent when cleaned at the dealership because it's cleaned and polished, but much more obvious once some dirt got on the rims. I contacted the dealership and was told nothing can be done. Unfortunately it's a he said/she said at this point but essentially, I signed the paper stating the car was good to go when really, it wasn't. It would be nice to find a common ground on it but unfortunately all I was told was someone looked it over before hand. I got a quote from somewhere to refresh the rim for about $130 so I suppose I'll have to go that route. Just writing the review in hopes that you all will learn from my experience and slow them down when they are rushing you through paperwork. Get someone to bring you around the vehicle, and take your time inspecting it before you sign that paper!

Bought a truck went in for an oil change at a dealer and was told the coolant had been watered down and is no good and needs to be flushed as it wasnt rated for temps below-22 ..called them back and was told I have to drive 3 hours back to them for them to change it..I guess I'll just pay someone locally as it would cost that much in gas...dont really seem to care that much after the sale Still no one has called me back as of yet. Will update the outcome I was contacted and they paid for the flush at my local dealer.

Don't buy a used Tesla at Victory Ford or you will overpay. Do your homework. They have a used 2021 Model 3 for sale at $52,998. The exact same car, brand spanking new from Tesla is $52,990. Check this out at Tesla.com and get all the facts. Also remember a brand new Tesla gets the $5,000 provincial EV rebate. A used one gets no rebate. So if you buy that used one from Victory Ford you end up paying $5008 MORE for a USED vehicle with mileage, warranty that has already started and who knows what problems. A used car is a used car. The price should reflect that fact. This dealer has overpriced all their used Tesla's. Maybe they are hoping people won't notice.

Service was good... they did not inform me of 800$ towards the loan or 800$ towards snow tires and automatically applyed it to the loan without an option... also no owners manual in brand new escape. Called and was told one would be set aside... go in. And not set aside had to wait 15 min for it.... gave me 1000$ for a trade in thats worth at least 3500... overall not horrible however not great!! Worked very well to get me into a brand new escape.

Just bought a brand new truck here. The guys went above and beyond for me, answering email after email with questions and requests, I can't imagine any other dealership would have went this far for me as I'm very particular and a bit of a PITA, they shrugged it right off and did not hesitate to take care of me. Overall a great experience and they made it very tough for me to not go back out to victory next time I need a vehicle. Sa'id is a stand up guy, straight forward, and wants to make the customer happy, Jamie was the one who did the deal for me and he was extremely patient with me, along with being very friendly and proactive in getting me what I wanted.
