Friendly staff, clean especially for an oil change place. Some concerns though, I was told my transmission fluid was leaking but yet it wasn't low? The car wash attached has really restricted hours which seems odd.

I used to like this place, but the last time I went in, their car wash took nearly half of my bumper off. They dismissed my frustration and concerns by stating "your car wasn't supposed to go through this car wash". Apparently they have a book of car models that should not be going through the wash that they do not make available to the general public, and they lean on it as a reason to refuse to compensate/assist. Try to avoid this wash if you have a Toyota Sienna.

The only place I go now for my vehicles oil changes. They are quick, never press the upsell, clean, and convenient. On top of that, they offer discounts for certain groups (while already being competitively priced), and you get free car washes with each oil change. Staff are super friendly!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m so frustrated. I went to get an oil change on Wednesday November 17th. Waited a half hour and a gentleman came out and said they were closing in an hour and wouldn’t get to me. So I left. I came back today (Friday November 19th) and waited an hour. The kid came out and told me they were closing at 5 because they were short staffed. It was 4:30. I asked why he didn’t come out sooner. He said he didn’t see me. I asked if could book an appointment as I wanted so long and it’s twice I had been turned away. I was told no, first come first serve. I went to another company. In and out in 10 minutes and there was only 2 men working there. In my opinion, there is no excuse for this kind of customer service.

I have been to this place four times now to get my winter tires switched over. I cannot express my satisfaction enough with the customer service I always receive here. On my last visit Brandon took great care to ensure that everything was done properly and the winter tires would fit, as I wasn't sure if they would on my new Audi. And the price is extremely reasonable compared to many others who gouged you. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work!

The guys here always take care of everything needed and never pressure me for extras. Friendly staff and free drinks Inside while you wait. One time they even showed my son some stuff as he is really interested in this stuff and now he check my oil for me!

On first visit for oil change was told sorry no staff. was in September.Figured I'd give them another chance went today and waited 10 minutes then an employee came out and picked up a sign that was not posted up securely and came to my car and said sorry closed for lunch. Perhaps if you had seen someone out side waiting you'd think I'd have seen the sign. Took my business elsewhere.

The tech doing the oil change was very courteous, good that way, but after I got the receipt for my oil change, it listed a few things that were marked ok, but the tech did not literally check any those things at all. He never checked my air filter nor the the wipers (one is broken), never check the fluids, nor the tires. The only thing he checked was the oil level after he changed the oil. He showed me the dipstick for the oil. I spent a lot of money on the more expensive oil change and just got an oil change. This is bad, they lied.

Went to this place for an oil change. Mentioned to the guy working that I'm 2000km under my scheduled oil change yet I'm getting a notification that I should change it. He checks it and says the last oil change place didnt reset the oil change, that's why I was getting the notification. So I didnt need an oil change after all. The 2 gentleman there were amazing to say the least. I appreciate their honesty. They were very polite. Not only were they honest, but they gave me a free car cash as well for no reason, other than to be super kind. Amazing workers. Thank you! Never experienced such generous customer service like this.

Super slow and uneducated employees. Been there a few time but this is the slowest and worst servers I have ever gotten at an oil change place. Will not return. Saw on car next to me it took 10 mins to change a wiper blade what a joke.

Place I go for oil changes. Always polite and friendly. No complaints. Also, you can't beat the monthly car wash membership. It only costs 10 to 20 bucks a month for 2 car washes a day, every day. Pays for itself after just a couple of times thru.

Asked for ONLY an oil change, was In the waiting room, tried to push a cabin air filter change on me (that I had replaced a month prior) get back in my car to see the panel for the filter is completely missing and the screws were left on the floor. Staff needs to ask permission before pulling my car apart for something I’m not there for. Update found the panel under the passenger seat. Still annoyed it wasn’t reassembled properly.

Called on the phone to check the price and the guy on the other end said that it’s starts at 49.99 and was very rude when he said the next part he said that he would not know what the price would be until he knew what the car was and when I told him he got worse and said I don’t have time to tell you and hung up on me. Terrible customer service will never use
