Excellent service, but they were unable to provide my visiting cousins' need for a 7-passenger vehicle. Take note, it is "always" wise to reserve your rentals as far in advance as you can! Especially those with higher seating capacities! Also very surprised toearn that they did NOT have child seats or boosters to rent. Apparently only at airports!!! In all fairness, none of the car/truck rentals here in Chatham could provide the vehicle or the child seats when needed, but Enterprise was the only agency to keep a sliding reservation open & actually called on my cousins' final day, with a vehicle! Too late, but Enterprise never did quit trying!

Well I didn't have a good experience with this service I waited like an hour to get the keys of the truck Then I filled up all the tank cause they told me that I have to keep the gas full and I spent 140$ and I dont even last with the truck two hours i never got the money back I sent many times email to Anastasios and i never got any answers

Update: I responded by email two weeks ago and haven’t heard a word back from Enterprise Rent a car after I sent an email with further details as they requested. I will conclude that Enterprise rent a car was merely making it look like they take customer complaints seriously so people who read my review assume Enterprise will have addressed and rectified the problem. So if you want to rent a car in Chatham, don’t choose a company that lies, rents a vehicle that’s dirty, has less than half a tank of gas and have employees who tell you they will give you a good deal then pretend they’re not in the office when you know they are standing at the counter.pay an extra 50.00 to drop off the vehicle at the airport to get there and find out they don’t accept vehicles from Chatham and have no idea what the charges will be. Not even the decency to respond to the email they requested! . I have no idea how I was charged on my credit card for what should have been 1908.00 but was charged 2788.86. I had my own insurance and paid for the gas. I rented a vehicle then switched to a larger vehicle. The initial process was fine until I switched. I was told to come in and pickup a different vehicle the next day. I called next day and was told to come on in any time and they would have a smaller SUV a Tucson is what I eventually got. However when I arrived and asked for the person I spoke to I was told he was out. I told them I was there to pick up a SUV and the said they didn’t have anything and I could come back later in the day. I explained I just spoke to the guy 30 min ago I just drove from out of town. I sat and waited, eventually one staff said a Tucson had come in and did I want it. I said fine, but it was dirty and had less than a half tank of gas. The person that filled out the paperwork said the vehicle was more than the one I had but he would split the difference. I agreed. They knew I would be dropping off the vehicle at the airport and said it would be 50.00. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle at the airport no one seemed to know how to deal with it. They told me that’s not what’s suppose to happen and they had no way to figure out the charges. How is it I have been charged almost 900 dollars, and not even paying the full rental rate. I will explore what options I have to deal with this outrageous situation.

If you need to return the vehicle to Toronto Pearson Airport, expect to pay $350 drop off fee at this location. BUT, if you head to Windsor and go to the Enterprise on Tecumseh Rd, you'll only pay $150 in drop off fees. Going to Windsor for THAT price, is worth the cost in gas.

Super satisfied with this experience! Literally did not have to get out of the car to finish the process and Mike made the drive comfortable on the way back to Enterprise. I just wish that every google page of car rental companies include an instruction on exactly where to park the rental car and where exactly to drop the keys. as well, what does the recipient look like to where to drop the keys, is it a mailbox, is it a metal box. because there is nothing more infuriating to spend 30 minutes going around looking for something in a haystack and on top of that when you call customer service to be answered by a person who is requiring 20 questions information when ALL YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE CAR! also please update your google listings because your 6900 blvd decarie location still shows pictures of your old location where I WASTED MORE TIME GOING TO AGAIN.

A smaller Entreprise location, but the staff are all helpful and friendly over the phone and in-person. I reserved a car online beforehand and picked it up early in the morning. Getting the rental was fairly easy and they gave me the option to swap my ride when I saw the rest of the available options. The only advice I'd give is to check your credit card beforehand whether you have rental insurance already included so you don't have to pay for their extra insurance. I'm sure they get an incentive for the added insurance, but there's no sense in double paying.

This rating is based on billing... 332.60 for rental plus $200 deposit... Drop car off card billed 332.60 and 532.60 left pending. Double charging a card is illegal I am sure... Called enterprise was transferred to escalation department woman on line apologized for this mistake. 1 hour later district manager phones trying to defend the company and just wasn't understanding the double charge....will definitely being using Hertz just down the road in the future. People please pay attention to you credit card charges!

I made a reservation on the same day I need the vehicle I did give a few hours notice before picking it up. When I got onsite the front desk was wonderful, he stated that she had a truck for me but it needed to be cleaned. When the guy who was supposed to clean it came in he was rude and said well I don't have a vehicle for him he submitted it today and didn't even have a phone number, even the woman at the counter looked at me like she was sorry for the comments he made. Funny thing was I received the paperwork on my email for the truck within seconds so he could have emailed! She asked another person to clean the truck and while doing it recieved a call telling her to give me a car instead of the truck. It all worked out in the end but was not impressed.

Gone there to get a reserved car by insurance. They want to oblige me to take the least wanted car they have saying they don't have and the ones they have they need oil change: what an excuse. And under the pretext they want to help me with a ride tone they push for an SUV : wow . Way to go Enterprise !

**Update** As the owner responded below, I contacted the National email address I'm assuming and let them know about what went on and you know what they did? Told me that a check wasmailed out... However didn't I say that when I rented the car they said that was going to happen?That just reiterates the whole reason I was bothered by that system. But apparently they could care less about giving back money but they took it instantly. Contacting email address was the owner shifting concern and letting the head office even though the head office did nothing except make up an excuse that was not real because I was told that when I rented the car and that was the whole reason I hated the check in the mail but took my money instantly. *** It was okay the guy serving me was very polite and the vehicle is very nice however they needed a credit card and I didn't haveone they provided me the option of giving them $25 and I did only two afterwards find out that when I return it with no problems they all have their accountant send me a check in the mail so I don't know how they can take my deposit immediately and then give it back like forever later. It's a good thing that the awesome Ford dealer his paying for this rental because I would never pay to rent with such silly deposit rules.

Insurance company arranged for my wife to have a rental while her car was being repaired. When I arrived at the rental office there were three agents there but only one helping a customer. I patiently waited for one of the other two employees to help me but they were too busy on their phones. After about ten minutes, when the first customer was almost done, one of the reps decided it was time to help me. I gave her my information and she informed me that they had received my reservation but had no vehicle for me. She said she might be able to get me one by the end of the day. I explained to her my need for a vehicle right away but she did not seem concerned and again stated that she had no vehicle for me. She offered no apology but said I was welcome to call back later to see if a car was available. I had to call my claims adjuster to get him to secure a vehicle from the other rental agency in town They treated me awesone and apologized for enterprises bad service.

I have used this company many times. I have always been treated extremely well and feel that I am important every time I am there. Recently my daughter and I were in an accident and the insurance company arranged for a rental for her. They were awesome. She was treated well and she said they seemed genuinely concerned about her wellbeing and went out of their way to accommodate her. (I wasn’t even with her to get the car). Plus she was given a black Volkswagen Bug, she was thrilled. This is a busy place. I think they need more agents and cars because of the high volume that comes though the doors. So disappointed with lack of customer service and follow up. I dropped off my rental and girl was swamped about an hour before they closed. To make it easy asked her to email receipt. Never did. Next day called and asked for receipt. Told owner/manager would call and never did. I rarely rent and by own discovery figured out I could print receipt from web site. They should of known that to tell me instead of blowing me off and never following up. Sadly the only place I know we can rent a car in Chatham otherwise would never go back. They did not let me rent a car saying that my license needed to be in english or in french , my license was in spanish since i dont live in the country. By law it says that all visitors have 6 months to be able to drive in the country. luckily budget and avis was a block a way and i was able to rent one there.

I could have given 0 start if possible. We experienced frustration 2 times there. On the reservation it never ask you date of birth it only ask age of driver. Technically if you are in your 25 year they don't consider you 25 year old. We had to come back with empty hands. So annoying and disappointed. Second time I reserve a car. Everything was okay this time I paid my young driver fee too. However this time they gave me reason that I have no insurance so I cant rent car. My concern is if I have insurance on my vehicle or I have vehicle why the hack I would rent from agency. I had planned trip and I have no car to go. Terrible experience with this agency. They don't bother to give you solutions man at counter just says UNFORTUNATELY I YOU CAN'T RENT A CAR. I Would never rent from them.

They must be making a lot of money robbing clients this way! They wrongfully charged me a "vehicle abandonment fee" and I've called them 3 times to have them refund it. It has been 6 weeks and they keep claiming they will refund me and that their accounting team is "on it". No such thing has happened. Otherwise staff is good. Car was as expected.

I usually rent cars at least 2 times per month from this branch and it is run by nice and professional staff. Also, always, the cars are clean, washed and in perfect mechanical condition. Most of the cars are even brand new. Also they try to keep their customers happy with the contract and the cars. I highly recommend this branch for renting a car with peace of mind.

Got a nice Mercedes GLA250 at a good price for the weekend. Mostly went well. However, representative left me the car at 1/4 fuel tank and verbally advised me to bring it back at 1/4. Brought me outside in the cold to sign the contract on his tablet (salesman tactic), so obviously I signed in a rush considering the super cold temperature. When I arrived home, I noticed that the contract mentioned that the car was given to me with full fuel tank (false). I brought it back at 1/4 and they charged me refueling fees. Not a fan of these dishonest practices. That one negative detail kind of ruins the whole impression.

I didn't realize you had to know when your car will break down. They don't have any cars there. You have to go on Monday to ask for one on Wednesday. My understanding was that you could just go and rent a car, but that's not the case. I will say that once I got a vehicle, it was fine, it was just the frustration of going without a vehicle for two days after you go to the rental place to get one.

Absolutely loved the service. Thomas the branch manager was super helpful and even gave me a corporate account that I didn't even know I was apart of which eliminated the young driver free and took 10% off everyday. Great experience. Prices are a tiny bit pricey. Will defiently come back.

I've rented from these guys many many times, the cars and trucks were always nice as well as clean inside and out. they always offered me any upgrade they had available . . . FOR FREE ( And I tend to book my stuff last minute! ) I've showed up late a few times and never got any grief for it. I have been renting cars from Enterprise for 3+ years, every single week. I do not own a car, so I rent one from Friday to Monday every single week plus the occasional rental during the week. I am super satisfied. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Todd and his team are professional, they provide excellent service with amazing rates. They are all friendly there and extremely accommodating. I have had zero billing issues with them. Honestly, from the front staff to the guys that pick me up on Friday morning and drop me off on Monday morning .... they are amazing. If you want to be treated like they value and appreciate your business .... this is the place to do business with.

Booked economy car, when I went to pick it up there was none available so they upgraded me to a nice Ford Escape. I wanted the car for 2 months unfortunately they will only book for 1 month at a time so you have to return in 1 months time to sign another contract, this was an inconvenience for me as I was an hours drive away at the time I had to return it. I would have given 5 stars if I could have just rented it for the total 2 months at the beginning.

Enterprise needs to clarify there use of Debit cards for rentals on their website. Although they claim to accept it at non-airport locations, functionally they DO NOT. You need a manager's approval, 2 bank statements and recent pay stubs. Traveling from the USA for my daughter's wedding and a long time Debit card only user with an outstanding credit score. So please update your website and simply put that you DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS end of story. Total waste of time!

Horrible experience. Location was moved and no one mentioned it. Car had mechanical issues and wasn't safe to drive, response was if you drop off somewhere else you pay the fee. No one told us there is no after hours drop off and no signs anywhere. Quite impressive how incompetent they are as a whole. Honestly rent somewhere else if you can.

Had a bad start and I haven't even picked up the car. Called to ask if they could pick me up (I live a few blocks down Decarie, it wouldn't take them more than 10 minutes). Staff was very rude, said they couldn't pick me up simply because there's another enterprise location a bit closer. What kind of cheap excuse is that? Terrible customer service. Brought my rental back last week. The guy kept trying to charge me 976 dollars and refused to listen to me that it was prepaid. Very ignorant little man. Today I've filed credit card fraud charges against them and will be suing this useless company. Google needs to set it for 0 stars. Now it seems someone wants to help that I've contacted a lawyer and police. My credit card is now completely maxed. I can no longer pay for my room in Montreal. Due to enterprise stealing from me I can't rent a car to go back home. I'm now on the streets on Montreal during lockdown. Thanks enterprise. Mastercard is treating this as fraud and have canceled my card. Hope you go bankrupt. I'll never use enterprise again.

We always rent from this branch since it's close to our house and we got used to the wonderful service the staff provides. Our most recent car rent we got an upgrade of the vehicle for which we were thankful but the car had some kind of malfunction where the car would start shaking and rumbling when we're at 85 km speed which was bad since we only felt it once we got to the highway and it was to late to go back.

So let me get started, been renting from enterprise for approximately 4 years now issue free... but will never give them another dime of my hard earned money and neither should you discount car and truck rental offers better vehicles at better prices found that one out since enterprise decided to screw us. so my wedding day comes up, we decide to rent a car to make our honey moon abit easier on us for travel (going to Algonquin park) we go in to pick up our “reserved” vehicle the day before my wedding (because the wedding was on Saturday so we had to get it night before with all the stuff to do the next day) Theres a new supervisor who just started and they refused to give us the rental for literally no reason they just acted dumb founded and told us they were sorry but the vehicle was gone and nothing they could do for us. Didn’t offer any fixes didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation even after being explained to what’s going on. Buddy just didn’t care and that’s disgusting, feel free to look up the “Manion” history enterprise we gave you guys thousanddddssss and you treated us like this on my wedding day I hope you go bankrupt and all lose your jobs acting that disrespectful to me on my wedding day and to not even try to come to some sort of solution just told us nope sorry we know we told you we would have a car for ya but we don’t so sorry about your luck... moral of the story is these lifelong customers are no more because of terrible staff at the Chatham location my 2 year old could manage the place better that’s sad... don’t go here unless you wanna be heavily disappointed or treated like your scum on the floor.

I needed a Van to move a few thing from my cottage. I looked at many places to rent from, I choose this Enterprise location in part because of the reviews but also the price was better than most, I admit I was still skeptical as many rental places do one price before and a different one on the return. I was very pleasantly surprised when I returned the van to find no hidden charges, the price I was quoted was the price payed the van I wanted was the van I got. Not to mention this wasn't some beat up junky van it was near new with 7000km on it, it was a smooth ride with a decent radio. Both of the reps Kevin and Omar were professional, polite and made every effort to help me, even when I was returning the van and the place was busy they maintained a calm environment while working as fast as possible to process all the demands on them, having worked in service this is one of the hardest things to do, bravo. Really happy with the choice I made. I do recommend this place.

Very business oriented fake smiles and talks. Did not refund the extra gas when I returned , but gave me a biz card with a note for which he said, "Next time you take car from us. We will offset the fuel charge" I don't think fuel refunds work that way.

Experience was ok, they cost more than most other rental places though. About $10 a day more than Discount Rental for an intermediate vehicle.

Called today to get a quote for an economic car, I needed for it 1 day. The person on the phone told me that it will be around 70$ tax in and I can drop the key in the evening in the box. I get there and the manager told me that is not possible. I have to pay for the rent 130 since the company policy is: one has to pay Saturday to Monday price even though I need the car just for 1 day. Why then I get the wrong info on the phone and spent 40 min to get there... ended up taking a car2go was actually cheaper then renting a car with enterprise for 1 day anyways... despicable service
