Strange set up. An attendant purchases the wash for you but its unclear which wash you're paying for or which wash you actually receive. Plus the wash quality was poor. Parts of the vehicle still dirty afterwards.

After 2 months of inquiring about an emblem that was ripped off of my vehicle by the car wash and countless times of being brushed off by employees i am posting this. This was the first incident after being a satisfied customer for years. Im not sure if managment is aware of this terrible example of customer service. In case your vehicle gets damaged expect to be treated like you are a problem to them.

Quality of this car wash seems to be going down used to clean my truck just fine now after my $15 wash on left with bug gut still on front of truck. About a year ago all that would be taken care of definitely going to be looking for another place to watch my truck

It's the only car wash I use in town. I like the convenience of the "backyard" cleaning upgrade to finish detailing. Staff is also great!

We get the $5 car washes with the jiffy lube oil changes. We love the rainbow car wash. The have a mat cleaner, vacuum, etc you can use as well. Great place to go. Just make sure you check the hours. They aren't open late.

First and last time I will use this car wash. Did not clean the sides of my vehicle at all. Soap or water barely touched the passenger side. Definitely would not recommend them. I'm very disappointed.

Went there on a Sunday, sun was out was a nice day, however not open even tho sign clearly said was open, went back a few days later, the place always does good job as its automated, good deals.

App would not work on my Samsung Galaxy running Android 11. 3 days after subscribing to the monthly washes they refunded my payment with zero communication and certainly no apologies. App now corrected and working.

I’ve been using Suds for years and have always had an amazing experience with the staff and the car wash itself. Last week, a family member needed a car wash and asked where I went. I let them know and they were a little apprehensive since they’ve never used an automated car wash. She thanked me today for telling her about Suds and told me about how ‘absolutely wonderful young man at Suds was on Saturday’.
