I brought my car to them because of their great reviews, but left a little disappointed as my car still smelled of puke when I picked it up after an overnight job. They were nice enough to clean it again & we got the insurance involved for the damages they did on my car. Although after seeing their comment below, I am absolutely appalled by their accusations as I was nothing but respectful to the owners and staff. J'avais demandé interieur et exterieur. Ca été fais mais mes tapis d'été et d'hiver sont détrempé. Il reste une tache de crème glacé sur un des tapis d'hiver. De plus on mavais dit 4$ pour les laver et on m'a chargé 5$. Je croyais que l'intérieur comprenais aussi le nettoyage du coffre. Hors je peux vous assurer qu'il ne l'ont pas ouvert sinon il aurait passé un petit coup de balayeuse c'est certain. On ma chargé plus cher que ce qu'on m'avait dit au départ. Si le service est bien fais je ne me plainderai pas mais la je suis loin d'être satisfaite.

I have visited this place 3 times and I can honestly say now that it's not worth your time and money. I don't like to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this one is warranted. In all 3 visits my car left with noticeable dirt left on it. The last time it was my wheels that I asked several times for someone to come pass a cloth over and eventually got attitude for it. On another occasion not one of my interior windows were even touched. I am sorry to the owner for this but after 3 visits I never left satisfied and that's completely unacceptable.

Le proprio à tenter de l'enlever après la cire et sans succès ( un décontaminant,un vrai, sa enlève ce genre de chose)J'avais une bebite morte écrasée contre une vitre assez voyante et ils ne l'ont même pas enlever ! Très déçu surtout qu'ils ont garder la voiture toute la journée , le prix n'était pas cher car en spécial et c'est très décevant et je suis certaine que c'est même de la fausse représentation et que la peinture n'a jamais été décontaminer !

They just recently increased their prices by 15%. Its now 23$ for a "deluxe cleaning". They are very polite, but the job wasn't well done. They didn't vacuum at all in the trunk, my passenger seat still had crumbs all over it so I am assuming they didn't do much vacuuming inside either. My windows were still dirty (though cleaner than when I got there) and the passenger side mirror didn't seem to have been cleaned at all. Overall not very satisfied.

I got referred by a friend and this is the most disappointing experience. I paid for a car wash interior and exterior for 25$. And shampoo for 100$. He told me to come at 8am the next morning and i would be out by 9am. Next morning, i drop my car at 8am. And when i come back at 9:20am he didn't even touch my car yet. I see he goes get my car. And at 9:40 he calls me and say he finished. 20 min!! It was still dirty and the wheels were half washed 1 side and the other side untouched! There were still black waxe on my car stuck there.
