Pretty cheap for a basic in/out wash ($25) They missed obvious dirt on the interior and an exterior. Plus, an employee was smoking indoors like it's 1970 (during COVID, mind you). Then again, they were pretty cheap and I was able to finish the job much more easily than if I did it all from start to finish.

Expensive, expect to get attitude and the malocchio when you go there. They once stole my front bumper towing clip off of my BMW 5 series when I brought it in for a wax (how I know? because the clip is held in place by an industrial tie wrap, it just doesn't fall off). Another time they cleaned the interior of my Lexus with what seemed like a garden hose (there was water floating behind the lens of my Radio Head Unit lol).

I was looking for an overall good place to have my sports car cleaned. I spent many days searching for a place that would care and treat my baby like family. When I found Marco Polo I was hesitant at first until I had clicked on their website. I was astonished! I thought to myself, could it be? Was this the place where I could finally rest my child and have her all tidied up. The answer was YES! After watching their video, I could see that they did not hold back on the amount of staff that cared for your vehicle and that every part of the vehicle would be spotless after its cleaning. Also their workers seem to LOVE, and I mean absolutely LOVE their job. I would be more than happy to not only have my car cleaned by this crew (who seem to workout intensely after hours due to their structure) but to also support a crew that is just all around ecstatic to be working in this industry.

The car came out clean but I did not appreciate the dishonest business practice; THEY DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS ANYMORE (without warning). The excuse they gave to refuse my coupon was ; ''it's Covid, we don't take coupons''. I sprayed some disinfectant on the coupon and they still refused it. I find it hurtful (for those that lost loved ones) that they use Covid as an excuse to refuse coupons. If I hadn't waited in line for 45 minutes, I would of drove away, but there were cars behind me and I did not want to bother other patrons. There is no disclaimer on the coupons and no sign outside saying: ''no coupons, sorry'', that's why I find this as a dishonest business practice.

Came back from a trip and the car is covered in bugs outside and littered with wood chips inside. I asked for an "all-dressed" car wash which includes inside and outside wash + vacuuming. J’ai dû dépenser de l’argent pour coller le miroir et pour se faire, le miroir a été collé en occupant (dissimulant) la partie brisée du pare-brise. Pourtant, je ne sais pas si un nouveau coup finisse pour briser et faire un trou le pare-brise ce qui est plus dispendieux. De plus, le service n’a pas été bien fait car les employés ont « oublié » de nettoyer le coffre de la voiture, même si j’avais libéré l’espace. Je ne retournerai jamais.
