The person who attended me initially was kind and I appreciate that very much. But the guy who washed my car partially put soap in the car and at the end I could see the dirt on the car, not everywhere but in high places. (Height is not an excuse) when the guy decided that the car was finished, he came out and lit a cigarette and I said: 'it seems that he is not finished' He just blew out the smoke and said: 'you know, nothing is perfect in this life ... it's very difficult' I went back to my house and I had to wash it quickly, it was supposed to go there to remove the wax left by the trees and my surprise is that my car still came out with the same wax. Very sad!

Owners try to lure you to pay cash. Whenever you don't want they offer an ATM that of course will charge you a commission. Lucky me the ATM didn't work. They ended up to open the drawer take out the cc electronic payment machine and charge my card. That is poor customer service. Nothing related to the service provided by the staff that actually wash the cars.

Went there a couple of weeks ago (first time). i just got my oil changed so I had a near empty 5 liter jug of oil and a shovel sitting on the back floor of my eclipse. I told them not to bother with the back seat area since nobody goes there anyways. I get the car back and the jug of oil is in a horizontal position on my back seat (some common sense please). The bottle is all oily on the outside so it must have leaked but thank god I had the bottle in a bag otherwise it would have been on my seat. There was a big white spot of bird poop on the roof just above the driver's side/windshield which was not cleaned. My roof is black so no way you can not see it and no it's no decoration. There were area of dusts on my dash that was not wiped. Good thing is they are fast but unfortunately fast does not mean quality.

You had to ask me if it was a convertible I informed you that all SL's were convertibles .. So first of all your accusing the wrong person of doing something they didn't do ! 2nd of all you told me you Used Maguiar's Deep Crystal .. I told you that's not a ceramic coating ! You than proceeded to tell me you put 4 coats of it on a car , I said its not a Ceramic Coating ! Maguira's does not make or sell any ceramic products for cars .. Your sign visibly shows the Maguiar's Trademark Logo and underneath it says Ceramic Coating $ 148.00 So the person whom called you a scammer is 10000000000000% Accurate .. and correct I will put my name and reputation on that .. You can say you use all those products that are ceramic but your not advertising those brands ! I also took the liberty to send 4 pictures to Barry Maguiar whom I know personally and informed him of your fraudulent advertising aside from the fact your not an Authorized Maguiar's Dealer / Distributer .. He did not take that very lightly and I am sure you will be receiving something from their attorneys ! Now don't you feel foolish for accusing someone of something they didn't do or say ? Beware no more card interact payment allowed had to use the machine inside with fee of 2$ the reason of this change WITH only cash is to because they were getting card fraud, ALL BUSINESSES HAVE THAT financial risks it's part of the activity and part of the world that 99.% of people don't carry cash anymore as well, how RUDE is for a business to tell how to pay and you have to get charge from ATM instead... + it was poorly cleaned had to finish myself on 4 missing spot 2 doors inside ,1 behind front seat and all around the manual stick with the cups holder, LAST TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE... Bad customer experience and one note for the owner if you wanted to cover for the card frauds LOSSES at least MAKE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE excellent you would gain more customers! i use to work for bestbuy and we were getting fraud everyday our managers pushed us to sell more services and products to cover the store losses... if we turned the store to only cash guess what?.. clientele reduces by 90%!

Came back after a decent wash the last time but I'm never coming back again. I asked for inside and outside clean and again they didn't clean the inside. I'm not asking for a perfect clean either but I promise they did the bear minimum didn't even clean the seats.. i had to ask for their cleaning material to do it myself. First time there the guys were a bit intimidating and no cc or debit accepted. Cash only in pandemic time. I only got the interior clean and for 12.50 the car was not sparkly clean, just fast vacuumed. I could of done a better job myself for 3 dollars but every other car wash was far or closed.

Best Car Wash in the city. This is not a superficial indoor/outdoor spay and wipe. They are thorough, taking the time and care to clean and wax the exterior as well as to vacuum and clean the interior. They treat your car as if they were cleaning their own car. They have a waiting room with free Wi-Fi, so although it takes longer than other places, the quality is worth the time they invest in your vehicle. While there are other choices in the area, I urge you to give them a try and you will become a loyal customer like me.

UPDATED***Thank you for your quick response to the review. I returned today and I was pleased to see a couple of people washing and a young gentleman preparing the waiting cars with signs to indicate the level of cleaning they were interested in in order to stay organized. I saw an employee give unsolicited and helpful advise to another client about drying their car seats and the price was reasonable. Orignial***I sat in line for 45mins at 8:30 am on a Saturday to find one older man washing cars. I finally had to leave because there were still two cars ahead of me. They could be far more efficient with their clients time.

They are not using a lot of car foam and maybe the quality of this foam is not the best and all over the car are stains and even places where the dirt and dust is not completely taken away. I don't like the location very much but there are not many options in the surroundings.The employées should be paid more maybe and that way they will be more involved.

I went for interior-exterior wash on my last visit. They barely cleaned up the interior of my car, carpets were still very wet, and barely vacuum as well. Also, cloths they use to dry up my car were so dirty, almost black colour.

I expected much better services from a 4.4 star carwash. They didn’t even dry my car. The price is good and the service is fast but not great at all. Considering the extra price that you should pay for washing carpets, I believe you can find a better carwash which really cleans your car.

I went to this place as it had a 4.3 rating here. I was not satisfied with the service. To begin with, the price I was charged was higher that the one announced on the website. There was no manager to take responsibility for that or explain why. Then I made the mistake of paying beforehand. After I was told that the car has been washed I started checking the work done. There was dirt and stones on the floor in front of each seat, front and back. I had to call the employee operating the vacuum to come back three times as he would come, clean in front of one seat and leave. I asked that the dirt spots on the plastic ledges under the doors were cleaned from dirt stains and was told that what I was given was good enough. I was also told that that was what I would get for what I paid and if I paid for shampooing they would do more. Then I was rushed out with the argument that there were other vehicles waiting in line. I have uploaded pictures of all of the dirt and dirt stains left on the car. The trunk was also not vacuumed well, as I found out when I was already out of the building and in the yard in front, so I had to call one of the employees to do that which he did reluctantly and begrudgingly. When I asked for the phone number of the owner I was not given that but some customer service number where I only got an answering machine (it was Sunday, so that maybe was not that strange, but they do claim to be open 7 days a week). In conclusion, there were dirt stains on the body of the car, marks on the windows, the vacuuming was superficial to say the least, the attitude was not customer friendly and there was no one to take responsibility and address and resolve the issues. Probably I would have done a better job washing the car myself.

Not bad, not great... Im stating this just as a constructive criticism, workers need to love what they do, which i didnt feel they do... Anyone can wash a car but what makes you different.... Just a small thing to give u an example... The guy who was washing the car, was just too rough with things.... To a point i felt he was about to break some interior buttons or knobs, no precision and also for example instead of cleaning the windshield from inside on each side, he goes in the driver side and push himself to the passenger side windshield to clean it, which caused him to push on with his wet dirty boots on my beige driver side carpet and obviously dirtied the door side carpet... So my whole point is if you want to be successful and people to come back just for you, you gotta be special, carful, precise... And workers have to love what they do....

Can't say anything about the quality, my review is for customer service and sales. I called, asked for the price of shampooing, got a quote of $150 and headed to the place. When I arrived the price went up to $250 and it takes a whole day I was told. "This is all I can do". Why saying 150 then? Going there and back - an hour of my time wasted. Maybe $250 is an ok price for the market... but at least you know what to expect.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t good. I took my new car there for cleaning exterior only, they cleaned it quickly but put a scratch near bonnet and swirls all over the body. It could be of multiple reasons, using dirt mitt or old worn out one or not drying the car with a clean microfibre cloth. They didn’t put care and attention while washing a new car. Quick wash is may not be the reason people choose hand wash over automatic car wash on gas station.

Took my SUV there and I was not expecting an absolute sparking job for $23+ taxes but I had to show them an obvious fail on the hood as soon as I took a first glance... besides that, they just did an absolute horrible job on the major dirty parts. I vote 23 times to never ever go there again

Good service and reasonable price for wash and wax. The last time I went there, I paid for wash and wax and they almost let me go without waxing my car, had to ask why it wasn’t waxed before they did it. So look out for such, don’t know if it was intentional or not but we should be smart about that. They washed my car and I could still see some parts with stains. Would recommend.

When the comis tell me the truck and ready after waiting for everything temp la, I went around the truck and I realized that the guy had just watered the truck with the jet of water the back door of the cube was intact which means that not even water had touched it look at the manager and they said he didn't think i was doing a full wash. Let's say that for 45 dollars I would have cleaned the cabin myself. The end is made that I myself went to remove the dirt with another comis. To finish I ask for a receipt. 3 stars because the complete job was not done in a very good way. I went for the first time here for a complete inside outside regular car wash for my SUV. Some uncleaned patches were left both outside and inside. My mag wheels were not cleaned properly. Back seat was not cleaned. Trunk was not cleaned properly. Had a dirty patch on my panoramic moonroof which was untouched. Overall result - I had to spend a lot more of my time and effort cleaning all the above mentioned + some few more left over areas even after paying for the job.

No stars!!! Don't do it!!! Avoid at all cost. We were waiting and a terrible fight broke out between employees, throwing punches and kicks. Our car was not even being processed to be cleaned after waiting for 35 minutes. And rest assure the place was empty so we just left. The place is filthy, looks like raccoons had sex in the waiting area, animal hair everywhere. Employees are careless and look tired. No way these 5 stars ratings are accurate. To be clear no management on site!!! Never again!!! Whoever you are, don't even bother replying to defend with random excuses!!!

I paid 125$+tx for exterior and interior carwash and shampooing. They were courteous and agreeable both on the phone and in person. They had a lot of availabilities and were able to accommodate a very short notice booking. However, the job was not very thorough. There was still quite a bit of dirt on the exterior door panels and they didn't clean well some places in the interior such as the cup holders and door jambs. I have had better jobs done elsewhere for less money.

UPDATE: I brought my car back and they did a fantastic job. I have a dog and we do a lot of camping, but they made the car look as close to new as possible. I appreciate that the owner really cares about the customer experience. It's truly cleaner on the outside and inside than I could have expected. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Overall, I was disappointed, but they also only charged $20, so I think there was a communication issue. I was hoping for full shampooing, cleaning all surfaces, etc. and I was pretty disappointed even for a $20 quick job. But the owner heard my complaint and was willing to spend the time and effort to remedy the job.

Good service unless it's busy and work varies depending on the staff. I went in the morning one weekend and I was their only customer at that time. My car was cleaned relavtiely well. I went in this morning for delux exterior. The work was extremely sloppy and incomplete. Water marks on the windows and water inside the car at the door frame among other things.

Very poor quality of work. When I arrived I found the floor mats in the trunk, not cleaned. There were spots on the body. The manager told me they were "in the paint". After I rubbed a few off with my finger, he took the car back in and removed some of them, but still did not complete the job. They completely missed shampooing the back of the seats even though they were visibly dirty (camping trip). A complete waste of money. I will not be returning to this business.

2nd time there, first time was a year ago and my experience was decent, nothing more nothing less. But today they did a very poor job. Obvious spots not cleaned; back seat(passenger side)hasnt been dryed off, uncleaned shifter leather base, uncleand cupholders and little tray, front dash has barely been touched. Front passenger seats still had dirty winter water stained on it. They told me it was 15$ extra to clean that. I did it myself after coming back home within 2 minutes. They gave me back my keys (with remote) all wet.

I've been going to this car wash for a long time , I recently heard that they changed owners and it all made sense now . The last 3 times i went they did an horrible job . They don't rinse and dry the car properly so the next day the car is full of soap stain , the windows were poorly washed and only on the outside . I even asked for a towel after to dry it properly and they only watched me do it without apologizing for not doing their job properly . I will also add a the poor costumer service . as i was waiting in the car there's a guy that went outside to watch the line up and when he saw the long line up he started cussing . I can understand that its not always easy but for me as a costumer its not really professional to see that espacially when i'm the next one in the line . I think the owner should consider hiring a supervisor or be there to see what is going on at is car wash cus he will lose alot of customers .

I had the best customer service experience I have ever had at a business across the board, at this car wash. They are incredibly knowledgeable about car cleaning, guarantee great service every time and go above and beyond to make sure they deliver. I went to have my car cleaned a few days ago because during moving house some seafood water from my refrigerator had spilled in my car boot, so I took it to have it shampooed and cleaned but the car boot still stunk after. I left feeling like I had wasted my money, so I wrote them about it and they told me to come back in and they would re-service my car free of charge. I went back in and once I explained to them it was fish water that had been in the car boot, they told me fish in particular is oil based so they needed to use special high intensity cleaning chemicals to get the smell out. They re-shampooed my car boot over 15 times until it did not smell anymore, and told me not to hesitate to come back in if the smell ever returned. They even have a cute outdoor patio lounge for you to sit at while they wash your car :)

Inside they just partially vacuum floor and put carpets in water (when I left my carpets was wet, so I took them out to dry). All dust in all car interior was untouched.
