My car was clean inside and out, but they don't give it back to you completely dry. I drove off not knowing that water was dripping from all sides. It was sunny that day, so when I got home streaks of dried water and water spots were visible all around. I had to wipe it clean. Not sure if wax should have solved the water spots on the roof because I totally availed that, but it didn't help. I'll still come back since they do a good job at cleaning. Just needs to improve the drying part. 4 stars ????

You have to wait 1-1.5 hours just to wash your car in busy time. When the queue is 4-5 cars you have to wait 1hour. They don't have enough employees to work in busy hours. POOR Management skill.

I am absolutely was appalled by the way our car was cleaned, washed, vacuumed (interior and exterior).After reading the well written reviews on their website, I decided to try them. It is not worth going to this garage at all. The workers did not seem to have any energy to do their jobs. We had to ask them to vacuum the sides of the seats, and also the back window. I would never visit this car wash again, and will not recommend it to any one. I would not even have given a single star but I had to otherwise I will not be able to post this review.

I honestly just moved in the area and had no idea where to go wash my car on a hurry. I usually do once a year full inside shampoo and outside cleaning. I was planing on saling my car. But after this guys cleaned my car i changed my mind!!! Its a family business a husband and a special lady that makes sure every single detail is taken care of. I am very happy and i can tell you they did a better job then the dealership i use to take my car to, i thought a dealer would do better but i payed much less and the quality was a million times better! I defenelty recommend!

Arrived at 5:45, didn't get out until 7:30. Yes, 7:30! There is no way to back out once you are in line. The main guy seemed nice, but all the workers seemed miserable, which is probably why they work so slow. I saw one guy pretty much standing in front of my car pretending to vacuum. Some of the guys working the. Ars were doing the best they could. Overall, the job was ok, not worth $53 CAD for the super wash. Certainly not worth nearly 2 hours of my time. What can I say, after waiting an hour on line, I was pot committed. The place seems like it was patched together. Just a few hoses and a vacuum. It's a hand wash car wash likely because they don't want to purchase equipment. I'd suggest going somewhere else as the end result wasn't great. Never go back.

I went for to this place for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. My headlights were foggy and dull, I saw one of the reviews saying how well they restored them so I gave it a try. I am so happy with the incredible results! They look brand new! I was bothered by this for a while and was told By others not much can be done to fix it. I’m amazed. I also got my car cleaned inside and out with a special package including carpet cleaning armor all and wax. Great job on that too. All of this including headlights was done within 30 mins. Very friendly gentleman who patiently explained all options and friendly staff with good prices. I highly recommend this place and have already told a few people about it. I will be a regular customer from now on.

Not only wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t even pass by front of this store again. Here is how they do cleaning when you choose the highest package “super special”. Some parts seem to be cleaned, but many others seem to be forgotten. I guess this is why they finished cleaning faster than i was expecting.

This is the second time I took my car in there to be washed. I took the package I've always taken every time I go to any carwash. "INSIDE, OUT, HOT WAX AND AMORAL". When they told me that my car was ready I quickly made an inspection and noticed that my Rims were still dirty. (all four). The car was not waxed and the tires did not look like it had any AMORAL on there. I immediately spoke one of the guys who assured me that it was done. I even went to another of the workers and he assured that the hot wax and amoral was done. Twenty minutes later my tires are so dry. Ive posted a pic, you decide if it's Amoroled or not. I paid $25 for what rain showers could have done. After my first experience, which was not much different, I excused y'all. But after the second time? Nope! Undoubtly the worse car wash I've had...

I visited this place in August for my Audi Q7 detail cleaning( exterior and interior). They call it as super special package . I paid $65 + 5$(Tip) . The service was pathetic. They did nothing for INTERIOR CLEANING. I dont recommend this place for car cleaning. If you end up taking service then please dont shy away to inspect each and every place of your car and ask the staff to clean it. Updated after reply from the business: Yes, I was fully aware of the services included in super special package. The compliant is , you guys were suppose to clean the interior dashboard,driver arm storage area, steering wheel and vacuum the dust particals . That was not done at all. Yes 25 mins job was not done properly and quick check was not effective. How does it matters me giving my reviews on the service i got after a week or a month. ? Please look into the reviews/feedback with acceptance mindset so that you can improve your services.

Our new car was completely scratched everywhere after the car wash. We even payed for the most expensive one thinking it would be a fantastic job. I hesitated for a while before writing this review but everyday I see the car under the sun all scratched up and I get super upset. It’s as if they cleaned the car with dirty sandy water. Car for sale are REALLY OVERPRICED! Totally lost my afternoon going see the POS Forester! The car really look good but its scam for peoples how dont know nothing about mechanic! On top of it, was vey hard to contact them, (never awnser to my message, I have need take a gamble to show in person to see the car since I never get reply) was also very hard to get the attention of someone to get the key to see the car. Only reason I put 2 stars its because they seems to do a very good job on Washing the cars. But their used car division worth ZERO after ran from the Forester. It got major leak on top of the engine (probably head gasket) and the transmission shifter move lots when engage (to be check, but may need a transmission very soon or the actual transmission need works very soon). On top of it all the directions parts and the muffler system is so rusted, Its also need to be changed very soon!

They took their time and did a great job. I work on a construction site and my SUVwas really dirty. They took about 20 mins for an outside wash. While drying the car they noticed more mud around the wheels and rewashed that section. I was especially happy about how they dried the car. They used lots of compressed air so that there were no drips when I drove away. For an outside wash with wax and no Amoral they charged $15 (small SUV) and they certainly earned it.

When I saw that they didn't bother to vacuum the cup holders in the console or even remove an empty chocolate wrapper from it, I realized -a bit too late- that this is certainly not a place to spend money on detailing. The air vents were left full of dirt and I had to use my flashlight and ask them to clean it. Front seat seams weren't air-blown and cleaned, there were/are lots of spots on the inner doors and frames. I waited an additional 20 minutes for them to rectify the issues but it didn't help that much: there are still pieces of trash as large as a peanut visible on the floor. $180+ 5~10 liters of gas for running my car idle for more than an hour on high heat so it dries itself! Terrible!
