Poor service, quality and communication. (Original) Méfiez-vous, les forfaits et les services indiqués sur leurs sites sont trompeurs. Clairement c’est de l’arnaque. J’ai payé pour leur grand forfait (lavage intérieur/extérieur, décontamination, polissage...), mais tout ce qu’ils ont fait sur mon auto c’est un lavage intérieur/extérieur. Quand j’ai demandé pour le polissage, le gérant m’a expliqué que le polissage est fait à la main avec un chiffon :) Le pire c’est quand j’ai montré au gérant les résidus et la poussière des freins toujours collés sur la peinture, il a essayé de les gratter avec une éponge à récurer comme celle utilisée pour laver la vaisselle qui va laisser des égratignures sur la peinture... Service, qualité et communication médiocres.
