Ajoutant a ca que m'a voiture a était scratchée du côté droit chose que malheureusement je ne peux pas prouvé que ca été faite chez eux. Je lavais souvent ma voiture chez eux et honnêtement la majorité du temps le travail etait bien fait mais là, c'est vraiement la dernière. Best carwash I've been to in the Montreal area. I had bought two Groupons that were about to expire. I used one and they let me extend the other one. They really detailed my car well, getting dirt from the door jambs and everywhere else. And it was fast. Extremely impressed and definitely recommend.

The staff was kind and overall the experience was positive, but I spent over 100$ and there were still stains and they didn't spend much time on the car, for the most part it was outside drying. I used a groupon voucher here a couple years ago and was satisfied so I bought another one. Reserved through Groupon as specified on the voucher. I'm 6 months pregnant, I empty out my car, uninstall 4 car seats, pack up my bike (so I can leave my car for the day to be cleaned and still get to work) only to arrive at 8am for my reserved appointment to have the guy tell me "sorry, I don't have your appointment in my system. It happens sometimes". Really unprofessional and crappy customer service. I'm getting a refund from Groupon and won't be using this company anymore.

Picked up our car after the car wash - we had a full package for 140$ including interior, exterior, leather seats treatment, engine etc... The rugs were still dirty with pebbles and some white cloth fabric strains (that I guess they use to wash them), mags dirty, trunk dirty, exterior full of water stains, did not put back the cup holders properly and was dirty under some of them,. Spent another 15-20 minutes cleaning my own car after , which the guy I spoke to said was really hard to do) and was able to get rid of the dirt....I must be a magician. I called to let them know and not only did they have an excuse of being busy and therefore maybe the job wasn't well done because of that but they also hung up on us saying to call later when they're less busy. What a waste of money this place is. Unprofessional and full of excuses, don't bring your car there unless you're looking to get ripped off.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This review is based on the Full detailing package with shampoo. So I got a coupon in Groupon for a full detailing package with shampoo and made an appointment 5 days in advance for saturday morning. Even though I live far (West Island) I decided to drive to this place since it had great reviews. As I got there at the time of my appointment the person in charge told me to come back in 30mins because he was too busy. I decided to go for a walk but came back 15mins later and asked him why I had to wait longer since I had an appointment. He simply answered that he had no scheduled appointments for that day, that I made the appointment with his boss and not him (what does that even mean?) and that I would have to wait. After talking to him for a few minutes he agreed to clean my car and told me to park the car in front of the garage and that he was gonna start cleaning it soon. So I went for another walk and came back after 2 hours just to see my car still parked outside and when I went to talk to the guy he said he didn't have people to work on it and I had to wait longer or come another day! At this point I was furious because I drove all the way there and he lied to me and he was more interested in washing other customers' cars than starting to clean mine. These people probably do a great job doing a normal interior/exterior cleaning, but beware of the full detailing package with shampoo as they might not even do it and you may have to come again. As for me I requested a refund on Groupon and I'm not going back there.

Although my trunk was still wet upon pick up, the dirty details I was dying to remove (winter salt residue sitting on my carpet for the past 3 years) were all removed! As I saw my car from afar when i came to pick it up, I couldn't believe it was my car. It literally looked brand new. My girlfriend was very impressed as well! Props to the staff ???? My girlfriend went to get an interior wash. It was not that great since some areas were still dirty, but right after the wash is done, the passenger side back door can no longer open. She went inside to tell them their employees broke her door. Instead of being apologetic, they laughed in her face, making jokes with other employees saying "Hey, we are not responsible if we break your car. If her engine stops working she will accuse us".

Bought a voucher off groupon (the one for interior and exterior) and took in our Toyota minivan which was disgusting thanks to our 4 young kids. I had called Toyota to see about cleaning it and it would have cost $250 for the same package. Anyway, when we picked it up it looked great! Even our kids were amazed. Would definitely go back. Worth every penny.
