I decided to give this place another chance since it's always busy. And AGAIN this is terribly executed. Not only did they not vaccuum the entire back area of my car last time, this time it's dirty water used to clean the Mats and so many parts are left uncleaned, not even wiped down....almost 30$ for a job poorly done.

Avoid this car wash at all cost. My truck was not clean after the wash and i spent about 30$. They did not return one of my carpet in the back. When i came back for it , they all denied and even said to me there was no carpet there. I explained them that the carpet can only be bought by set because its from the dealer but they didn’t care and denied. You are really better off going to a handwash carwash . There big machine miss alot of spots and did not clean my truck properly. It was a total waste of time and money

Horrible experiences since new owner!!! I used to go here on a regular basis and loved the work, the staff and everything else. I went back and there was a new owner and they did not only a horrible job but scratched a plastic cover on my 2017. I went back the same day to complain and the owner who is Asian refused to speak to me in English or French and proceeded to write his name in a language I couldn’t understand when I asked his name. I was finally able to get them to clean the parts of the car they didn’t do properly the first time but they would take no responsibility for the scratches. I went back today for lack of another option since they open earlier and I was told I was barred from the car wash. WOW! Don’t go here there are 2 other car washes on Airlie that do a great job. Marco Polo and another by De La Veranderie. Merry Xmas!!

Plus, the final washers are dumb and don't even warn you that the wash is complete. They change cars leaving the driver's door open so you understand that this is indeed the case. I had to ask for confirmation. I have visited a lot of car washes. Unfortunately, the vast majority botches the job. But never like the wash I had today. If you have the chance to go elsewhere for an interior wash, go for it! (Original) Pire expérience à vie. Mon auto était assez sale. Mais le niveau d'effort /la qualité du lavage intérieur frôle le ridicule. Nous avons donc pu constater à quel point beaucoup d'endroits ne sont pas lavé. Que ce soit la console radio, les portes, les coins sont faits rondements. L'extérieur par contre était très bien lavé. Je ne conseillerais cet établissement que pour un nettoyage extérieur. De plus, les laveurs à la finale sont bêtes et ne vous avertissent même pas que le lavage est complété. Ils changent de voiture laissant la porte conducteur ouverte afin que vous compreniez que c'est bel et bien le cas. J'ai dû demandé confirmation. J'ai visité beaucoup de lave-auto. Malheureusement, la grande majorité botche le travail. Mais jamais comme la lavage que j'ai eu aujourd'hui. Si vous avez la chance d'aller ailleurs pour un lavage intérieur, allez-y!

Not worth the money. Console still had dirt on it. Was astonished by the speed at which the interior was done. Paid $19.50 for inside and outside wash and was clearly dissappointed. Plastic on the outside still had dirt everywhere. The rubber mat was washed but other than that, everything was dirty. They got new machines but the guys working there do rush to get over to the next car. Well, we get what we pay for... Definitely not sending any of my friends there. I'll keep washing my car in my garage at home. Those who say they did a great job cleaning your car must obviously not have a great level of expectation when it comes to cleanliness. Good luck to the regular and future clients. In the hope that the way they do things there change. Btw they indeed leave the driver door open to let you know the car is ready to go in case you are not paying attention.
