Very disappointed... Service went down a lot since I used to come few years back! Topped them very well but the work was all rushed and very botched! The interior of the car wasn't cleaned properly at all and there was still easy to remove stains on the radio buttons and climate buttons but that we're left there... The center console was stained with coffee and was left like that... The trunk wasn't touched at all and there was still some bug stains on my grill and other spots on my car... I feel stupid for paying $30 for such a bad job... But like I said... My previous experience with the original owner was way better thus I didn't bother to check the work till I got home... They lost my business for sure.

On ne me dirige pas, c'est moi qui doit demander si y'a une salle d'attente. L'entrée du lave auto est mal indiquée. Le lavage intérieur et extérieur a pris environ 20 minutes, un temps raisonnable. Il n'y a pas de réceptionniste, mais une petite salle d'attente avec une télévision. La TV était réglé au pub tva et il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la tv. Par contre, on a accès au Wifi, ce qui est bien. L'extérieur a été quand même bien fait, la voiture a un effet miroir une fois terminée. Cependant, un peu mal essuyée. Il reste des particules blanches de linge sur ma voiture. Les pneus ont été vite faits, le dessus des pneus est encore sale. Le flan des pneus ont été fait avec un produit, mais fait sans trop de minutie. Je dirais 7.5/10 pour l'extérieur, ma voiture était pas mal sale avant d'arriver. À l'intérieur, j'ai l'impression que mes tapis protecteurs n'ont pas été enlevés pour le nettoyage. Plusieurs traces de saletés restantes sur le bas de mes portes, de la poussière sur ma radio et rien n'a été fait dans la valise. Ben voyons! 6/10 pour le nettoyage intérieur, ma voiture était pas mal sale avant d'arriver. Même pas le temps de passer un commentaire, le commis me demande l'argent avec aucun merci et pas de au revoir. On semble se ficher de ma satisfaction, on veut que je sorte au plus vite pour laisser place au prochain client. Voilà mon impression! Je pense qu'il n'avait pas interac aussi, mais heureusement j'avais du cash. 5/10 pour le service clientèle. Bref un 3 étoiles sur 5, 18$ c'est pas cher, mais ca pourrais être mieux. Une télécommande pour la salle d'attente, un 5 minutes de plus de travail pour la valise et l'intérieur avec un commis plus soucieux de notre satisfaction et le tout aurait été joué. Malheureusement, je vais essayer un autre endroit la prochaine fois. On prend 20 minutes nous mêmes et un petit tour au car wash automatique du coin et ça sera probablement mieux fait. Désolé...

The wait was horrible! 3rd car outside waiting (more cars inside), 2hrs to get it done! Only 3 guys working on a sunny Sunday noon. My winter mats were so slippery though, felt like they were covered in Armor All. In the end, the car was very clean and I'm happy with the results. Only giving it 3 stars because I am comparing to Marco Polo in Lasalle which you get approx 9 guys working the chain... too bad the 20 was closed cause I would have went to my usually Lasalle spot. I went there for a standard car wash and the manager was persistent on selling me a more expensive service. When I finally decided to say no, his attitude became arrogant. Best car wash ever, if I could I would give 6 stars. I went at the beginning of each summer, to get a interior / exterior cleaning, it's so cheap for the quality of it. This year I was selling my car so I got a "remise à neuf" my car was so clean, I felt bad for returning home in the rain. I'm pretty sure I got more money for my car with it. I would recommend without hesitation.

Un service bas de gamme fait à la chaîne la prochaine fois j'irais ailleurs.
