I went today on March 18th to get my car detailed once again for tomorrow is my birthday and wanted my car perfect. I signed up online for my appointment a week earlier and accepted my appointment. I left work early and tried calling to let them know I was on my way. Once I arrive, they tell me two cars are in front of me and I'd have to wait 1.5 Hours. I showed them my appointment email, but it did not matter .. And I came during my reservation time. This is very unprofessional and I will not return to this place again. Very disappointed.

Il y avait des spots de grandeur importante qui n’avait pas été laver pantoute. J’ai pris un de leurs linges pour laver les marches pieds, un des employés me vit alors s’empressa d’aller laver le marche-pied de l’autre côté. Super jusque là. Lorsque j’arriva pour embarquer dans le véhicule, à ma surprise, je me demandit qu’est-ce qu’il avait lavé.

The amount of money I spent there is definitely gone waste i had given my bmw for detailing in morning and i had came back in evening pick my car but after thoroughly checking my car i found lot of dirt on my car and when i showed mud a guy tried to wipe out places but still found lot of dust on car and i asked them to re-wash my car and workers mentioned that owner was not available so they can't re-wash

My dad forgot a bag with fish in my trunk during the summer. Needless to say it got rotten and the liquid spilled through my car. It was disgusting and I was devastated as my car was just one year old. Chic lave auto Brossard did an amazing job. They tried cleaning the car but that alone was not successful. Then they suggested doing something called a smoke bomb. It was amazing and worked and they charged me half of what the dealership wanted for cleaning the car. I will never forget and they are the only ones I trust my car to to do an amazing job!

To start, the staff are very friendly, courteous. For customer service would definitely recommend this place. When it comes to cleaning, may be I was expecting more. I took my car for a wash and I chose the hugest package available (258$ after tax), I generally do a very detailed cleaning on my car at home, but the paint is little rough in some spots and there is iron dust on the rims from the old brakes (new ones installed a month ago). So I thought all those will be gone as they may use some iron deposit removal chemicals and clay the rough areas of the paint, guess what I found dirt on one of my rims which I had to wipe of myself after I came home. I am happy with the interior but still can be better. I am very keen and detailed when it comes to cleaning my car, I saw water dripping from side mirrors and on the trunk. The wash I got, I could do at my home as I have most of the chemicals and equipment. I didn’t get what I was expecting. For the money I paid I felt defeated. I am not giving a one star as few did because overall experience is not bad but for sure not happy with the wash. Not sure if would return to this place. Update: Got my car re washed on June 16 (No charge), My issues were addressed.

I was a little bit confused about the price so I made my friend call the next day and he confirmed that the price is $80 for interior and $35 for exterior and that if the car needs more love then he will say how much extra has to be charged prior to cleaning the car. $80 + $35 = 115 I was charged $140. The car wasn't even clean (look at pictures). I emailed him asking for the difference in price as well as showing pics of my unclean car and didn't hear back. Hence why I am writing a review. Be careful and don't be fooled by the reviews!

My husband took my car to have it cleaned for Mother's Day. For $80 they were supposed to clean and vacuum the interior. I did most of the heavy lifting by removing any obstacle yet my cup holders still have crumbs and oil in them, there's still dust on the dash and it wasn't polished or even whipped down, and my umbrella was still on the floor exactly where I left it making me wonder exactly what it is that they did other than wash the outside. My husband wasn't contacted at all, and not cleaning the entire dashboard, doors, and center console isn't simply missing 2% of the work. Furthermore, I paid for 110% of the work as we were charged the truck price for my full sized sedan. The original reply was much more customer service appropriate, but for some reason has since been changed to defend inadequacies because apparently cutting corners should be accepted. When a promise of "washing the car interior" and "dusting the dash and passenger compartments" are the top couple things on the advertised list, I expect them to be done. I passed by couple of weeks ago to have my car washed ( inside & outside ) nothing too difficult or fancy. the staff are friendly and accommodating, they explained what could be done and the time needed to finish as well as the cost. Agreed and left for a couple of hours. I got back and I was in a hurry so I paid ($100 ) did a quick check and left. Arriving home where it’s nice and bright I found that the car has been poorly done with a lot of mud still around the number plate as well as some stain patches still on the bonnet and front bumper. From the inside I could see the dashboard has been cleaned with visible patches and marks from the clothes, maybe it was dirty or oily I couldn’t tell. The floor not been vacuumed well and I could pick up soil and derbies from the corners. Extremely disappointed and shocked with the service specially after paying $100 for a simple clean. Surely I won’t be coming back nor recommending this place. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all cost unless you would like to waste your time and money.

I'm starting a delivery job that required a good clean car, so i thought a professional job would be in order. IMPORTANT TO NOTE - i took the cheapest service "Smart" when owner recommended me a more advanced one for the calcareous deposit that i had in the back seat and trunk. The price was a bit steep for my situation so i opted against it. When i went to get my car, i did a quick check and found my backseat calcareous stain still there, which i had anticipated due to the package i paid for, but it was still pretty clean with a few touches that had been forgotten which is understandable human error in my opinion (shift stick and back interior door handles). I Then inspected my trunk and found the calcareous stains still there but also found it to be similar to when i brought it in. So i went back to the counter and asked the owner "was the trunk not included in my package?" he replied "it was and it was done, we couldn't get the calcareous stains out with just the vacuum". When i got home, i got a sunlight view (the place is underground and the lighting is poor, hence why i missed the following) The trunk was not vacuumed, i could literally pick up the debris with my fingers (picture) There was pick-able debris everywhere in the trunk that my home vacuum was able to get. I'm positive they over sighted my trunk. all and all, the front interior of my car is to my liking (excluding the trunk), I will not return, i personally don't recommend.

Faut croire que les gommes collées sont pas inclus dans le service. Lorsque je suis revenu cherchez ma voiture, la gomme était toujours là. J'avais aussi laissé mes sacs d'epicerie vide dans le coffre de l'auto. Il a fallu que je revienne parce qu'ils avaient oublié de les remettre. La job de nettoyage n'était pas impeccable, il restait de la saleté sur la banquette arrière. Pour le service et la qualité du travail le prix est beaucoup trop cher. Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une business de nettoyage de voiture ... c'est mon erreur. Pourtant j'ai lu ça sur leur site internet : L'équipe du Chic Lave-Auto s'assurera de prendre soin de votre voiture et de vous la rendre parfaitement nettoyé à votre retour.

These guys use the right products, they right care and best of all, they are in the basement. The key to washing a car is using a grit guard and the right drying towels and lastly, the right car wash. Theses guys do it all. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 instead of a 5 (which they rightly deserve) is because the last wash was done so-so from the inside. It just seemed like a rush job. Highly recommended during winter time as they are in the basement and have the right equipment and the right attitude.
