When they finally got my car into the garage, the mechanic hung the front bumper on the boarding ramp and pulled off a part of it as well as having it unhooked from the fender and broken several fixing brackets. . After this incident, they refused to ride my car on the lift for inspection. They also explained to me that they were not responsible for the damage and that my bumper was probably already in this state before going to their home. They took no responsibility and offered no compensation. They did the work in the yard of the garage without having access underneath and without even taking the time to check at all the places (They did not even open the trunk to inspect the condition of the covered hinges the last year). They used only one type of rust inhibitor while 2 different products had been applied to specific locations on and under my vehicle the first year. No cleaning was done after the treatment. Result: I do not recommend this place to anyone and I am now looking for a bodyshop to repair the damage done during my visit as well as a new trusted garage that will treat my vehicle as it should. I take my mistake that I have wasted my money at Protech-Shine and I hope they will invest it in the right equipment to avoid similar situations in the future. Comme j'ai été très satisfait du service, je m'attendais à la même chose cette année... J'ai croisé le nouveau propriétaire qui m'a indiqué que l'inspection complète avec retouches ne durerait que 15 minutes. Après 30 minutes d'attente, je me suis présenté au garage pour voir que ma voiture n'avait pas encore bougé. Lorsqu'ils ont finalement rentré ma voiture dans le garage, le mécanicien a accroché le pare-chocs avant sur la rampe d'embarquement et en a arraché une partie en plus de le faire décrocher de l'aile et de briser plusieurs braquettes de fixation. Après cet incident, ils ont refusé de monter ma voiture sur le lift pour l'inspection. Ils m'ont également expliqué qu'ils n'étaient pas responsables des dommages et que mon pare-chocs était sûrement déjà dans cet état avant de me présenter chez eux. Ils n'ont assumé aucune responsabilité et ils n’ont offert aucun dédommagement. Ils ont fait le travail dans la cour du garage sans avoir accès au-dessous et sans même prendre le temps de vérifier à tous les endroits (Ils n'ont même pas ouvert le coffre-arrière pour inspecter l'état des charnières recouvertes l'année dernière). Ils n'ont utilisé qu'un seul type d'antirouille alors que 2 produits différents avaient été appliqués à des endroits spécifiques sur et sous mon véhicule la première année. Aucun nettoyage n'a été fait après le traitement. Résultat : Je ne recommande cet endroit à personne et je suis maintenant à la recherche d'un bodyshop pour réparer les dommages causés lors de ma visite ainsi que d'un nouveau garage de confiance qui traitera mon véhicule comme il se doit. J'assume mon erreur d'avoir gaspillé mon argent chez Protech-Shine et j'espère qu'ils sauront l'investir dans de l'équipement adéquat qui leur évitera des situations semblables à l'avenir. Belle job à 400$$$ les boys ;) C'est comme ça que vous allez vous bâtir une clientèle fidèle! Je vous souhaite de rester en business longtemps avec le service que vous offrez!
