Absolutely horrible customer service this trip. The woman was rude, not wearing a mask over nose while being rude and no greeting or polite goodbye. This is not the service I used to receive when I used to live closer to this gas station and used it for every fill. I would recommend using another location if needing to go into the store and not just get gas.

Small conviently placed Petroleum Canada station. There are many pumps and are all self service. There are washrooms on the outside. They are clean but tiny. There is a small convience store inside. Best thing is that they sell Petro Canada SIM cards inside.

The quick-pay machines work well and the gas pumps quickly even when busy. Space is an issue between pumps preventing you from quickly getting around the vehicle in front of you. Luckily there is a decent amount of space to back out if the need arises. Getting back onto the service road can be difficult as people drive quite fast and during rush hour you will be stuck in traffic getting back onto the 20 West.

Ive tried most gas rewards programs, and for me this is the best. Assuming fuel prices are the same at most stations in your town, then getting a petro-points card and using it at a petro can everyone you fuel up will save you money!

On May 18, we drove long distance to this Petro-Canada gas station. The food store is open, but the toilet is not available. They excuse it because of an epidemic! I'm wondering why it's okay to refuel and pay for things. Free service that should and must be provided-why can't the toilet be used? , I drove to another gas station 4 minutes away from this gas station. All toilets are available. Petro-Canada used such an excuse to be very immoral. In the future, please do not choose this gas station! Lest you pee your pants.

Beware: cops love to hang out and catch people for infractions! Remember - if you are in the Petro Canada Mcdonalds complex, it is private land and therefore the Highway Safety Code doesn't apply. It's a gas station - you will have all the usual amenities.

Credit card payment at the pump almost always ouit of order. My Costco Mastercard was ruined attempting to pay at the pump. Inside service counter understaffed considering all shoppers must prepay before operating the pumps. I needed to obtain a replacement credit card as a result. too bad as the location of this outlet is very convenient. Once I receive my new replacement card, I will use it at another location not wanting to risk the experience again.

Gas is always 2-3 cents more here and I guess other Petro can gas stations to compensate for the petro points! Keep your eyes open! Also this morning they want you to pay before you pump your gas ! It can be accessed from Hwy 1 quickly. It is new, well run and layout of pumps are well thought out. Quick and efficiently run. If you have an RBC credit card and Petro Canada points card linked you would save 3 cents per liter right at the pump. Once you have earned/saved 10,000 points you're entitled to 10$ off your next purchase.

Beware! Put in my Petro points card also my Visa. Before even removing the nozzle from pump one I was charged .07 cents on Jan. First 2019 at 12:17 pm. Didn't catch it in enough time before I started filling. Complained but told me I would have to come back the following day. So you took a few cents from me. I won't be back.

Went in to buy a car charger for my phone. I bought the USB cable and the lighter adapter for it. After 4 days (maybe using it for a total of 1 hour) lighter adapter started to smoke and vehicle was filled with electrical smell. I went back immediately to exchange it assuming they would since any other place would accommodate that. Workers called the manager and he refused to exchange it. There is absolutely no reason for them not to exchange it for me. I even still had the receipt. I have spent money on gas there multiple times. I will never go back to this place unless management changes. I'm disgusted.

So visited here December 10th at around 10am. I pull up and come in to the store and grab myself 3 energy drinks and put them on the counter and the guy behind the counter was talking on the phone. Okay that's fine so I wait a bit. But he just continues to ignore me and stand there talking on the phone. So I wait a little bit longer and he continues to talk on the phone and still hasn't even scanned my stuff yet at this point let alone acknowledge me standing at his till. About 2-3 minutes have gone by at this point. He turns completely back towards me and stays that way for about 30 seconds before I just decided to walk out. Seems perfectly reasonable to be able to scan and process my payment of 3 items while you are talking on the phone or at least at minimum tell me it will be a second, don't just completely ignore me.

on boxing day night i waited for over 50 min for the back in 15 min sign to be gone and eventually i just went to 7/11. that is not a good business model and what are you being paid for during this time

employee accidentally sold my wife a $25 card for .10 cents a liter off , instead of a $25 gas card gift card Employee wouldnt exchange it for the appropriate card that my wife requested, had to call manager , manager was useless in solving a problem that was caused by an employee grabbing the wrong card, needless to say . the petro canada on cliff ave in courtenay bc has lost 2 large gas consuming customers for life. the level of rudeness and incompetence is at 11/10, its too bad because i drive in that very parking lot everyday , but they can watch my suburban and my old school grand marquis keep on rolling by . Thanks for being useless I hope someone reads this and also avoids this place total b.s.
